How do i lose weight fast? -

Over the summer i put on a lot of weight and i just cant seem to get my self motivated to lose the weight like i did during the school year i mean i try to eat right but I m at risk now for heart problems and diabetes my mom has weight loss pills but i want to exercise i just find myself not motivated to work out again how do i get motivated to lose weightor what are some tips to lose weight fast

changing your diet is important, obviously. that s always pretty well given.walk thirty minutes a few days out of the week (you don t have to run).opt to take the stairs instead.after meals take a walk around the block opposed to watching tv or something still. try cutting out soda s and other carbonated drinks (that helps me a lot of the time if i gain a few pounds).and don t stress about how much weight you re losing how fast. it will only keep your outlook negative and you won t feel any better.then, when you re ready, start going to the gym again or do some more extensive at home work out.good luck!

Weigh your self at same time twice per day - once when you get up, once when you go to bed - post the weight on a chart on the wall. Eat only 3x per day at same time, never later than 7:00pm, snacks inbetween must be limited to Kashi nut bars or dried fruit or nuts - small portions - less than a handfull. Drink more water during the day. One 8 oz glass every 2 hrs. Eat one cup of rice puffs with 8oz glass of water before dinner - you will feel more full. Cut out dairy products and fatty meats. Nothing fried. Fast for the first one or two days if possible. Take a daily vitamin, eat balanced meals with drasticly reduced portions. Pray to God, read good books, get exercise (walk at least 30 minutes per day-not just in ordinary course of day-but dedicated walks around where you live). Before I got married I had let myself go a little and I didn t want to look like a whale in my wedding pictures. I started running for 30 minutes 3 times a week. Eat less kcals than the recommended daily amounts, and eat healthy and exercise. That way use use energy that you have in storage (fat), rather than the energy that you have eaten that day.Hope this helped.From Live loud

Sounds like you should get a personal trainer in all of that case. Heart problems are serious, dont waste your time here. Get a trainer, the risks, complications are too great for Joe Blow and Cindy Who to answer for.

Start by walking. Walk at least 45 minutes a day. Add the dieting on Day 3 of your walking. or diet, eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. That alone plus the walking will jumpstart your weight loss. Good luck to you!

Go an a diet or..... maybe just take some pills and pray to god to help yourself try to work out more. Ditch the fat foods and try to stay away from them, and try to work out.

call a friend up and ask if they want to come with you to the gym it is always more fun with a friend. and also consider a vegetarian diet. good luck :]

There is no sure way to loose weight quick, and what ever you do stay away from the weight loss pills.

hmm..that s my biggest problem..after losing 18kgs, i lost motivation, now i m stuck with the ugly same number.hmm..dancing.honestly. that s how i lost probably 7kgs.. i danced.. really danced, moved my whole body danced..belly danced rather.belly dance makes ur tummy muscles strong, so ur tummy will get bigger coz there s muscle build up and fat then after a little while, the size will shrink again, down down down.. plz do realise that u mite lose 1kg, then gain 3kgs.. dont worry, that s muscle, dont cry over it! then ul start to lose more after u gain those few..really, the thing that motivated me was my guy. also the really cool fashion i was desperate to wear! and also the fact that i luved dancing made me want to lose weight through that way..so have fun.best wishes.
