Tips on how to lose weight, help me?!? -

I know I already made a question like this not long ago but I probably should have worded it better:I gained about 40 pounds over the summer and I want to lose it as quickly as I gained it. I can for sure buy healthy foods, but what kinds?I m starting to get out and walk more but thats not really showing any improvements.I dont do sports that much other than shooting baskets every now and then.

eat alot of brown rice with different things like veggies. you can eat alot of it and it is filling so you don t feel like your starving or going hungry. some people find it hard to get used to they prefer white but i got used to it by sauteing sweet onion and garlic and then stirring that in the rice. i eat alot of whole grains and that helps me eat less and fill up to lose weight. i don t eat meat but you can add things like chicken breast or other lean meat with the rice.also cutting down on dairy products like cheese. it makes a huge difference

look buddy i have a gd tip for u insted of buying expensive food thts going to make u loose weight i dkn fast the question is would u gain it back again so the best way to loose it is go to a gym start working out and they key is when u change the way you look at food thts when u going to start loosing weight dude im 16 i use to be 250 and 5 10 omg i was big and now i lost 60 pounds i havent put a pound bacl well sumtimes when i go to partys u know and eat alot but i loose them when i go t back to ma rutine so thts why im tellin u go to the gym change the way u look at food and trust me you will loose it and most important you wud never NEVER EVER put the weight back hope this helped you gd luck:)
