How to lose weight in menopause? -

Well, it s definately harder for sure. I m almost 50, and I know that your metabolism slows down alot.I ve lost 22 lbs in the last few months. I go to Curves for 30 minutes a day and then work out at home for 30 minutes with weights. I ve really had to watch what I eat, but I m eating alot healthier now, and I ve dropped 1 size, and will be down another size soon. So, it s not impossible, just a little harderGood luck

you really need to try a few recordings that i got from a friend of mine...one was for menopause (and the symptoms being reduced greatly) the other was for weight loss. they use your subconscious to bypass your conscious. from independent achievement productions ....definitely worth a look at ...good luck...fellow baby boomer?

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It s better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol. If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical. Its results are excellent and fast.
