Should I have cayenne pepper right before bed to lose weight? -

If I have cayenne pepper right before bed, will that speed up my metabolism and make me lose weight faster when sleeping?....rather than if I went to be on any empty stomach?

Not sure about cayenne pepper. My partner tried the lemon detox. He did not like it. It was very draining for him. However, he s now drinking something else that has given him loads of energy, feels fitter looking gr8. He didn t do any gym work or exercises because he s always working long hours.
