How to lose weight? -

ok im kinda fat bout 60kgn really wanna b 48-53kg..so dats about minimum 7kg to losei need to lose it in 5 months! is that physicallly possible?i cant go to the gym cos cant afford itWHAT can i do?please help!!much appreciation to all replies thankx a lot but plz dont insult..takes courage to even type out this question!

yeah its totally possible. you might even lose more. but be careful.you have to excercise. go running for 15 minutes the first day...20 minutes the next..slowly increase it to 1 hour. with that, control your eating habits. dont stop eating. do this and i guarantee results.good luck :)

its my personal experience and u can try it safelyBelow are the few Quick Steps Towards A Healthier Diet.1)Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily.2)Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach.3)Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet4)Don��t eat any type of junk food.5)Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can. Rather take a bottle of water with you all the time, when you feel starving, drink it as much as u can.6)use brown bread7)use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt8)no sugar of any type.9)First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink any soft drink (but not cola), but just one glass once in a week.10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. 11)Just look at your food portion. Don t think about losing weight that fast. Just exercise everyday or 4 times a weeks and eat correctly. Eat a little several times a day to boost metabolism, but make sure it s healthy for you. AEROBIC EXERCISE is best. Running is the best way to lose weight (and not have a whole bunch of muscle because running makes your muscles lean and cut). Jog 30 minutes straight without stopping (it doesn t matter how fast you run for now) because after the 30 minutes, then the fat starts burning. I would also do a little warm-up jog before the main job in order to get warmed up and a make sure you walk a bit after the jog to cool down. Make sure you stretch well before and after exercising (and also before you sleep) so that fat will distribute around your body and not bunch up (so that you look skinnier and better shaped). Joining a sport at school makes it easier because then you re forced to run by the coach.Keep your expectations REAL!
