How to lose weight in one month.? -

Well im 17 years old, female. Im 275lbs, and im 5 6. I play hockey once a week during the summer and 3 times a week during the winter and bike ride at least 20 mins a day. I don t eat much, and i don t eat alot of junk. Its the time s I eat. I ll eat nothing all day and then eat alot right before bed. I need help. Does anyone have suggestions? How to I stop eating at night? And whats a good excersise plan?

I think part of the key for you is fixing your eating habit. It s great that you don t eat a lot of junk but just having only one meal is working against you. I used to be like you so I think I can advise a little. the problems with eating only once a day is 1. you are usually so hungry by then that you over eat and 2. what you are telling your body is that there isn t enough food. It forces your body to go into a survival mode so that rather than burning the calories and discarding extra it stores everything. This is absolutely what you don t want! Try to get in at least 3 good meals a day with maybe 2 snacks inbetween. So...breakfast at 7? Snack at 10. Lunch at 12. Snack at 2-3 and dinner at 5-6. No snacking after dinner! It s hard to start with but once you get used to it, it works pretty well. This way your metabolism is always working and your blood sugar doesn t spike as bad. Even keel all the way. I would make sure your cardio (bike riding) is at least 3-5 times a week at 30 mins minimum and throw in some light weight lifting 2-3 times a week for good measure. Try to keep your heart rate when you are working out under 170. To find your heart rate just take your pulse for 10 seconds and then multiply by 6. And last but not least....drink water! A lot of the time when our body tells us we are hungry it actually wants water. 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day seems to be the norm for most people. I ve lost 22 pounds this way so far so it works for me but I think maybe you should speak with a nutritionist too. it helps to have support and someone who can point out where you might have goofed and give you solutions to help fix it. There is no short fast way to do this so you ve got a long road ahead of you. Good Luck! PS- 2-3 pounds a week is a safe average. Anything more and you are just losing water weight which will come right back.PPS-Watch out for foods high in sodium too. Salt keeps the water in your body.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Fasting all day and eating before bed is the worst possible thing in the world you could do if you want to lose weight. You want to eat small frequent meals. Your exercise regimen sounds fine. You should always break a sweat when you exercise. Don t lose the weight too fast or your breasts, stomach and inner thighs will hang. If you lose it slow you should be OK.

Talk with your family doctor about what your healthy weight range should be and have the doctor recommenda nutritionist. Because of your age, you re not looking to grow very much more,if at all.Your Dr. and a nutritionist can help you put a better diet together. You have to learn to change your eating habits. Both the changes will take time.Good luck!

well i would increase my cardio exercises if i were you. Start eating during the day, light snacks if possible. I dont eat anything after 8pm. Schedule a time where you stop eating like i did. Make sure your not just eating and then going straight to bed. Drink plenty of water. Im trying this right now, im also needing to lose weight. Good luck.

You shouldn t stave yourself. Your body needs food for fuel and eating small meals throughout the day help speed up your metabolism. Eat breakfast lunch and dinner with small snacks in between and lots and lots of water. Portion control is key along with EXERCISE....and it sounds like you re on the right track for that. Please remember to eat little meals during the day, not one large one before bed....Anything worth having is worth working for. I m on nutrisystems, day #6 . It s not easy but feeling thin (er) is better than anything can taste.....it s ok to be a little hungry sometimes, but don t starve yourself.

there is no magical way to lose weight. You have to control the amount of calories you consume and exercise. Go swimming, Jog with friends, walk in the park with friends, or go to the Gym or do it all in different days so you can have a variaties of things to do and wont get bored of just one thing. Also look for a partner maybe a friend to support each other and make it fun also. You also have to be patient it might take time to actually lose the weight you want, doesnt happen in just one day. Good Luck.

where your weight is now, you are at the 98th percentile for your age/sex. sounds like you may be binge eating. try eating within a half hour of waking up. at first you probably won t feel hungry but your body will adjust. eat something with protein and then eat every 3 hours or so, small meals to keep your blood sugar stable. do not exceed 2000 calories a day. as for exercise, cardio is good for losing weight. you could buy an exercise tape and follow that in the privacy of your own home (i like denise austin) or jog, starting off at about 15 minutes 3-5 times a week, then increase to a half hour when you feel comfortable with that. once you get into the habit of it, a healthy lifestyle will become part of your daily routine. good luck!! :)

I used to weigh in at 245...now down to 215 three months later and keeps getting better. I ve been using a program from http://bellyfatisnasty.comIt had a great food guide with a bunch of healthy meal plans, and the workouts are probably the best I ve ever done. I ve lost a good portion of my gut.You can stop eating at night by eating more nutritious foods throughout the day with lots of fiber and healthy fats and protein. It stops your cravings. Good luck!

why dont you try eating small protions of food during the day? are you at work or sth? well just carry fruits with you...or vegetables...or just have your lunch at 6.....but not at night...you are killing you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we should eat our dinner before 7! and you are having your lunch after 7!!!

eat once a day. ( eat good) and dont eat after 6 pm it works my best diet.

well i would exorsise everyday. and o would also eat that special k cereal. the chocolate special k is very good and it also helps you loose weight. so i would exorsie each day and eat a bowl of special k a day. and you will loose 6 pounds in 2 weeks if you eat the special k cereal a day. =)

try to concentrate in meals that has less Cholesterol and less Calories As far as you...and don t use car but walk..walking is the best sport that help you to lose weightand never eat before sleeping..Try not to eat after 8

How to lose weight fast? -

I don t care if it s unhealthy I just want to loose weight.I ve tried making myself puke I can t.Healthy foods taste bad and don t really fill me up.My mom won t buy me diet pills. So, recommend any crazy diets or exercises.my goal is to lose 15 pounds 20 at the most.I don t wanna hear its unhealthy your stupid don t do it I have a binge eating disorder and I hate it...I want to be skinny...So please help..

I found this great website for losing weight a while back and bookmarked it. They offer free trials of Rachel Ray products that make you lose weight fast like she did. Me and a friend are now trying it out now. http://myrachaelraydietblog.com/?t202id=

More good reasons to be activeRegular physical activity, especially if you include some strength training, not only burns calories and boosts mood and energy levels but can build muscle. Muscle burns loads more calories than body fat, and just a 3 pound increase in the amount of muscle in your body can potentially burn enough extra calories to lose an extra 10lbs over a year.

Weed out calories you ve been overlooking: spreads, dressings, sauces, condiments, drinks, and snacks. These calories count, whether or not you ve been counting them, and could make the difference between weight gain and loss.

the best way to loose weight is of course to work out, but if you want a much faster weight loss try pure acai berry and see the difference drastically...see - http://tinyurl.com/yjno2gd

I want to share with you 3 of my own personal tips for losing weight.Tip 1 - It s Not About ExerciseFinally studies are now showing that those on a diet who also do exercise to lose weight actually lose less than those who did not. What s the reason for that?We are led to believe that exercise is good for losing weight. But actually, most overweight people who do exercise will simply eat more to make up for the last calories. So exercise is not bad - just don t go overboard with it. With exercise, you might be able to help your weight loss a little but it is through food that you can make even greater losses.Tip 2 - My Portion Control MethodFirst of all I make sure to eat a very good and healthy meal in the morning. Do not skip breakfast or eat only something small.Personally I eat some pieces of fruit such as a couple of bananas. Then I have a couple of pieces of bread or toast with something on it. A small portion of smoothie is also really good. Then for the rest of the day, eat one cooked meal of a regular size. This will actually feed you twice - eat half straight away and then save the other half for later. With this method, even if you have too many snacks during the day then you will still just about lose some weight. If you keep discipline and don t junk on anything else then you ll start to lose between two and five pounds per week.Tip 3 - Changing Your Way Of LifeYou do have to make some permanent changes to your life. Look at your shopping basket and compare it to someone else s who looks thin. Now, I m not saying that you have to develop an interest in green vegetables (I hate them!). But there is an abundance of better tasting, healthier and less fattening foods out there so I suggest you experiment because you will enjoy it.

Reward yourselfIf you have set yourself some specific goals, for example, to have regular meals, or lose 3lbs in 2 weeks or eat your 5 a day, reward yourself when you have achieved it for example, with a new CD, seeing a movie, a new hairstyle, or outfit. It will also help to plan a big reward for when you have achieved your longer term weight goal. You will definitely deserve it.

So you basically have two choices - you can just avoid eating as much, or you can learn to eat right. If you choose the former, it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to stick with it in the long run. If you re determined, you ll lose 15 pounds, but you ll put it back on again in a few months, and you ll be living in a constant state of hunger. Trust me, I ve done it a number of times. Changing your general diet will give you natural, fairly rapid weight loss without much hunger. You don t need to eat nothing but raw spinach and free-range tofu. Just avoid junk food, fried food, candy, anything with significant added sugar (especially soda), and fast food. If you crave sweets, eat fruit. Try to eat whole grain rather than white grain. You don t need to eat healthy quite as much as you need to not eat unhealthy. If you avoid candy and junk-type food entirely, it should also be easier to avoid binging. You should also be exercising, both cardio and weight lifting. Oh, and diet pills don t actually work, whatever the ad-bots here say. If anyone actually invented an effective diet pill, they d take over the whole market in no time flat.If you really want to, you can just stop eating or eat the same crap but a lot less of it, or go with some fad diet. This may help you lose weight, but you ll put it back on pretty quickly, and you might put on some extra beyond that. There s a reason 95% of dieters regain the weight, and it s because they view diets as temporary. You need to change how you eat and how you exercise. If you stick with what you do normally, you ll be overweight. If you binge/crash diet, you ll still be overweight and you ll be unhealthy.

Hi all, I used this brand new supplement from http://dumert.besthealthpro.info. They have a risk free trial on at the moment. What it does, is flush out your pipes, there will be as much as twenty pounds in there, and no measure of dieting and exercising is about to rid you of it. Give it a try out - I did, and melted away 17 pounds LOL!!!

I hear ya. Whenever I want to lose weight, I do Atkins. Basically you cut out all carbs by just eating meat, chicken, fish, full fat mayo, butter, eggs, anything that says 0 carbs and 0 sugar on the nutrition label. If you drink coffee use Splenda and full fat cream. No bread, no veggies, no fruit, no sugar, no carbs. For example, you could have a bacon cheese burger with mayo, but no bun, no ketchup (b/c of the sugar). I literally would lose a pound a day doing this, but it s really hard to keep up. The longest I ever lasted was 2 weeks and then I just went back to eating carbs. And once you start eating carbs again, you start gaining the weight back. But if you want to just lose weight than this is the best way I ve found. Good luck.

Okay here is what I did and I was very successful. You may not like this solution but it is the only way to do it!COUNT CALORIES: keep a food diary right every thing you eat down and look on the back of the packed to find the nutrition info find how man KJ s is in it per amount you had. Then go online and find a good KJ to calorie converter and this will tell you how many calories you just consumed. Also go online and find out how many calories you should consume each day. For me it is 1700 but if you enter your weight and height etc... it will give you yours.LOWER PORTION SIZE. DUDE, run, walk everywhere DO WHAT EVER FORM OF EXERCISE YOU CAN. Find something you enjoy. My dad has promised to take me over to America next year to do the New York marathon if I train for it and stuff. So i find running enjoyable knowing i will get to go over to NYC!Exercise socially, or whatever you just need to enjoy it!Find healthy foods that are yum! it is possible, No fat yoghurt with frozen berries mixed through it. Smoothies...chicken burgers. Trust me! there are plenty it is not all bland.Treat yourself occasionally so you don t feel totally deprived. You can do it I did.

If you are looking for fast diet method, you can use my method. I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. If you are serious about diet you need to have a look this method. It is fast if you know right info to do diet. You can get more info from link below.

Daisy -you are almost underweight for your height.Definately do not lose weight.Losing weight is often loosing muscle. You need to get your body to make more muscle to burn any excess fat you have. Your weight may increase as you build muscle (muscle is more dense than fat), but you will loose the inches and your clothes will fit better.Be patient, women s bodies often take 3 months of regular excericse before the results will appear. Once they do, you will be amazed!

Hi sis! i know how u feel..i m 19 and always thought that ladys must feel good with there body..if u believe u will look much better and happier then i can help u by giving u this tips...pls try to folow them...they are easy..if u believe it girl you can do it!!ok?..lets start at good luck...Long Term Weight Loss - 8 Tips To Keep Weight Off Permanently!!1.Eat breakfast.Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.Your body has been deprived of nourishment for up to 8 hours; at breakfast you re fuel your body giving you energy that sets you up for the day and curbs hunger pangs later on.More than 80% of dieters who achieve long term weight loss eat breakfast, so this is very good advice.2. Eat greens.Fruits and vegetables are low in calories high in water and fiber, both of which make you feel full for longer.Aim for five servings a day, this is not as difficult as it sounds, as there are plenty of foods to choose from.If you are in a hurry, buy green foods supplement and dilute with fruit juice for a quick nourishing snack.3. Eat naturallyIt really is common sense which foods are good and bad for you.If you eat as naturally as you can and avoid foods with lots of additives and processing you are on the right track for long term weight loss.4. Dont be too hard on yourselfPeople who keep weight off have learned to treat themselves and not be too hard on themselves.Eating a Pizza or burger every now and again, is not going to make you suddenly jump hugely in weight.A treat such as this 2 or 3 times a week will not harm you at all, so long as you are sensible with the rest of your diet. The reason many people give up dieting is simply it is to demanding in terms of what they can eat, but the reality is it does not have to be in the first place.Proper long term weight loss and maintance is exactly that, a long term process. The occasional treat is essential, so forget about all the foods you can never eat again, you can!5. Have healthy convenience foodIt is to easy with our hectic lifestyles to simply grab burgers, fast food, microwave meals when were in a hurry.Make sure you have quick healthy foods in the cupboard instead. For example, tinned fish such as salmon, sardines or Tuna are ideal.Simply add over a baked potato with some vegetables and you have a quick meal in a matter of minutes.6. Eat 5 times a dayEat regular and often, five times a day to prevent insulin spikes and hunger cravings. This way you will always feel full and more energetic.7. Eat protein and carbohydrate togetherAlways try and eat carbohydrate and protein together at every meal.Protein stabilizes insulin levels, which leads to steady energy throughout the day. One more benefit, eating protein has been shown to reduce your appetite.Protein and carbohydrate work together so should be eaten together for long term health.8. Drink waterYes, you have heard it numerous times before:Drink 2 liters of water per day to help with long term weight lossMany of our hunger pangs are really thirst pangs so reach for the water first. Also water is essential in the fat buring process so make sure you get plenty each day.

remember you are always looking at yourself with a more critical eye then others. So things you see as imperfections others may not. Try riding a bike or roller blading both are fun and things you can do with friends if you and your friends get together a couple times a week you ll be having so much fun you won t pay attention to your body and it will just melt away!

Diet and exercise!BTW: I agree, you shouldn t post pictures of yourself on-line. It s like few million people looking at you. Do you want that?

First off, your legs look fine!!! One of my legs is double both yours. If it s that big of a deal, do lunges while holding free weights. they ll work and you ll definately feel it the next day! :)

first off hunny i wouldnt post pictures of yourself on the internet. there are a lot of bad people. second try squatting and a rowing machine.

How to lose weight fast, and cheap.? -

i work alot and have very little time to go to the gym. i really need to lose 15 to 20 pounds and i dont want to spend alot? can any one help!?!

Eat around 1000-1200 calories a day and get at least 30 mins of cardio a day.

If you work out alot you really don t need to go to the gym, try doing exercises like sit ups, bike riding, skipping rope walking more, lifting dumb bells will help tone your arms.Just try eating healthy snacks, such as muesli bars, low fat yoghurt, salad, salad sandwiches. Healthy meals with a low fat content will help.

even though im a guy, my first year outta college i lost about 50 pounds and have since then kept it off and am close to a six pack for tha summerthe easiest way to lose weight fast and cheap is to cut the useless carbs(refined sugars mostly) and stick with healthier choices like fresh greens and other vegetables, try not to consume carbs past 6:00 in the afternoon because that is when ur metabolism slows down, eat most of ur carbs during the morning so u can matain energy throughout the day, incorporate lean meats into your diets as well, dont think u will gain muscle becuase the most that will happen to you is you will tone up without excessively working out, DRINK A LOT OF WATER! prob one of the most important things you can do, cut out the useless calories like soda and flavored drinks, this is extreeemelyy important, combine this with a 30 minute workout every other day and you will see the pounds fall off!!! gooooooddd luck to you!!!

Spend alot? cheap? You dont need to buy anything. Go outside for a jog, or take a bike ride.. Exercise+eating healthy = weight loss

Eat equal portions of vegetables and grains at dinner. A cup of cooked rice or pasta has about 200 calories, whereas a cup of cooked veggies doles out a mere 50 calories, on average, says Joan Salge Blake, R.D., clinical assistant professor of nutrition at Boston University s Sargent College. To avoid a grain calorie overload, eat a 1:1 ratio of grains to veggies. The high-fiber veggies will help satisfy your hunger before you overeat the grains.

One of the most powerful diet pills on the market is the Acai Berry. It has amazing vitamins and anti-oxidents and is even considered a super food. It is so amazing that it has been featured on Oprah and 60 minutes. When used in conjunction with the proper diet and exercise, people have lost over 40lbs in a matter of weeks.

You don t need to lose weight at this point, you need to build muscle.

I would suggest not drinking any soda and not salt.run to build muscle and tone up. do sit ups too.

How to lose weight? -

I am 5 1 and about 220, just had a baby in April. What is the safest and fastest way to lose weight. I mean what should i eat or not eat and what kinda exercise, most of my weight is my upper body. Please help

You can have safe or you can have fast, but not both. You didn t get there in a few months, so give yourself time to lose the weight in a healthy, lasting manner.Eat fewer calories than you use up. Move more. Swimming or water walking is great, and easy on your knees. Avoid prepared foods and processed foods. Fix everything yourself -- that s a big help right there. That means no cuisine by McDonald s! Don t go on a diet; make changes for life, for yourself and your baby. Fruits and veggies and whole grains are your friends. Sugar and flour and grease are not. Avoid all fad diets -- you need a lifestyle you can live with. Know how many calories are in everything you eat, set a limit, and stick to it. You can do it and, if you really want to be healthy, you ll find it isn t so hard after all.

Drink more water and play tennis or swimming

I have had the same problem, I recently had another child back to back and gained 75lbs , now it s been five months, I was in a mission to lose, until my friend Gina referred me to this Dr. in Beverly Hills, he gives these shots that actually work, I have lost 20 lbs in 1 month
