Best foods to lose weight FAST? -

I need to lose 20 lbs in a month, I know its not the healthiest, so please dont answer with that. Im wondering what the best way to eat, and what foods would give me the best results.

How I lost 18 pounds since from January in three months and kept them off. 1. Ate a breakfast consisting of an egg sandwich and a glass of OJ and Coffee or cereal with a banana, OJ and coffee.2. For lunch I had either broiled chicken breast, a can of tuna or a lean steak with a side of veggies and rice or mashed potatoes.3. for dinner I had Kellogg s Special K cereal with non-fat milk or a piece of fruit.In Between meals, I ate a health bar (the grain kind not the power bars)I exercised 4-5 days a week. Any exercise as long as I broke a sweat and then kept doing for another 20 minutes. (my choices were swimming and my elliptical thread mill.On weekends I had either two glasses of wine or two whiskeys.Very important: at least 2 qts of water a dayGood luck.

Do a lot of Cardio workouts. Do something like go for a nice long run in the morning, hit the gym, go for another run. eat less and eat healthy. just to let you know 20 pounds in one month is a little unrealistic and its not really good for you to drop that much wieght that fast unless your huge.

um, i just know that celery is like.. it burns more calories by eating it than it actually makes you gain. also, watery foods, like fruit. oranges, melon... whatever. foods that are nice but theyre very light and are made up of a lot of water.

Cut out all foods that contain anything near junk food even white bread for example. and eat things like fruit and brown bread. nothing like butter either.

Eat LOTS of watermelon every day. It flushes out the intestines of toxins, so you will feel better. Exercise regularly and drink plenty of water. Try having more vegetables (especially the ones that taste bad) and eat far less junk.

eat healthy, run and exercise alot, stop eating junk food, dont over eat, only eat when your hungry

Okay, well first off, you probably aren t fat like your friends say. I believe if they are true friends they wouldn t lie to you. I m 13 5 2 and 180 and i know i over weight and when i asked my friends they said i was. and i didn t get mad at them because i was glad they told me the truth. BUt and average weight for a girl 5 3 is125-135 SO you r actually not THAT overweight. you would only need to lose about 5 lbs at least.

Swiming burns a crap load of calories, a lot more than running. Swiming makes you use your mussels in a way no other sport does. I love swiming and do it almots every morning. It helps me stay at a healthy weight. You have to ACTUALLY SWIM, you cant just float on you back an call it swiming, that wont do anything, and nothing will happen. But of course, you will have to start eating healther as well. You cant go any where by relieing on exersize alone. Find healthy substiutes for the foods you eat. Pick chicken rather than a hamburger, or a salad instead of slaw. Look for better items on a fast food menu, seems like they are starting to add healther items to it. The more you eat healthy foods, the more you body stars to crave them. It does get eaiser, you have my word. Try it, see what happens. Keep going and don t quit!! Well the first step is definately what you eat. You need lots of protein and less calories. Simple walking for long periods of time will help you more than jogging or running will. *Also if you are trying to gain muscle while losing fat you should lift weights. Ride a bike or something everyday. Pace yourself up the hills but dont stop even when your sweating. Cut off any junk food or sugar. Do 1 pushup today 2 pushups tomorrow 3 pushups the next and so on. Also when some people eat its not because there hungry its because the are bored. Then they get fat and long for more. Dont let this happen to you.

exersice and the at night when the light are off and your on your bed do 250 sit ups. Eat tomatoes and spinach.

I wish I knew something that worked for me.There are some good ways, though:-.Try eating between 1000-1200 calories a day. Get a journal and write down everything you eat and the amount of carbs it has. -Try cutting down on your carbs. This includes bread, wheat and pasta products. -Watch your salt intake. Salt absorbs water, which makes you gain weight. -Exercise. Just a little bit every day. Walk around your neighborhood. Buy a workout video and do it for 30 minutes a couple times a week. Exercise can be fun, it doesn t have to be a dreaded task

How can i lose weight fast? -

i am overweight, seriously but not really overweight i just want my stomach to be flat and to actually have a butt. please help me give me good advice.

The thing is is you cant really lose weight fast...When you start excersising and dieting you lose water weight first in the first couple weeks. Probably 2-5 pounds and then after that you start losing fat and gain musclethat doesnt happen fast you will probably lose 1 pound or less every week of fat.And if you do gain muscle it weighs more then fat so you wont lose weight by gaining muscles ( if that makes sense)to get a flat stomach you can do crunches and sit ups and to get a toned bottom you can do lunges, also running helps alot for toning.Remember this cant happen fast itll probably take 6 months or a year of hard work to notice a big difference. Hi, There are plenty of ways to lose weight. I will give you some tips to help you acheive your goal of losing weight safely.First I recommend you get 8-10 hours of sleep so your not tired. Try to eat 3-4 healthy nutritious meals spready throughout the day(10%fat/40%protein/50%carbs/). Exercise atleast 3 times a week for 45 minutes or more. Try to cut out the sweets/fats and replace it withvegetables/fruits. Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day. Um, it depends what your BMI is but I would suggest a healthy diet perhaps. . .and make exercise fun, otherwise you ll want to quit at your process to lose the pounds. In order to flatten your belly, and this may sound suckish, but sit ups and crunches really work.
