How can i lose weight fast? -

im 12 and i need help to lose weight before swimming cuz im 167 can you plz help

whoa. 167. thats really something..... my friend is 13 and 140 and people think she is overly obese....I M SOORY ABOUT PREVIOUS POST~!!!okay i m going to tell you my story and i am 13 i have never told anybody this, ANYBODY~, 3 months ago i was 125 i hatd it i began to be belimic, i was thirsty all the time but i couldn t swalllow anything and keep it down, i was 110 withing 2 weeks and it was hell living hell what i went through. So whatever u do never go belimici would sugest eating right and working out somewhere where you can plug headphones in and watch tv. eat snacks like yogurt count your calories ect. don t go above 3 pound loss per week because that is not healthy.

You don t need to lose weight just because you go swimming.You need a self esteem boost.No matter what weight or size or height you are, don t let it bother you. Your only 12, if you havent started yet, then you will eventually go through puberty. You don t need to be worrying about losing weight at age 12 unless it hurts your health.Your beautiful just the way you are, and you should focus on and compliment features that you like about yourself, not ones that you don t.

You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when you��ve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and they��ll become healthier people, too?

not sure what your goals are, but any diet that helps youlose weight fast usually are not the healthiest- the bestsolution is exercise, because changing your diet willreek havoc on your metabolism- try to incorporate moreactivity- it doesnt have to be outside either, those medicineballs work really well, so does yoga, pilates, and billy blanksor denise austin-get some of those workout videos- and dothe exercise ball- you will see major changes in a weeks time

Eat only three soy burgers a day. Drink nothing but water and lemon juice. That will take the weight off.

How do i lose weight fast and easy? -

w.out starving myself? and how much weight could i lose by sunday??? adn how???

well w/o starving yourself there is no real fast waya healthy rate of losing weight is about 2pounds per weekso i would suggest lower cal intake and cardio exercises

well, since today is monday, you could probably lose like 10-15 pounds on a water fast. But these are apparently dangerous .Other tips for losing weight:Stop eating meat. It makes you fat. =] And poor innocent animals are suffering. Also, milk causes allergies, flatulence, heart disease, breast cancer, autism, diabetes, sickness, OBESITY, osteoporosis (yes, it sounds silly, but it��s true!), constipation, acne (EW!), ear infections, prostate cancer, mucus, pus, and Crohn��s disease. And Juice it up is about 200 calories for their mango tango and strawberry wave which will fill you up like crazy for what they give you. Try asking for the drink without yogurt because it doesn t have milk in it and still tastes amazing! =] Try salad with dressing under 40 calories as well. And NEVER drink drinks with calories! Also, diet sodas make you hungrier and the fake sugar can give you cancer. So, stay away. Green tea is a great appetite supressant. So are green tea pills. =]

Ahmmmm. You don t. It takes time and effort of eating right and exercise. I think when wrestlers need to lose weight fast they try to sweat all of the water out of them using saunas and exercise in sweat suits. I guess the safest and most effective way for you could be to try a cleansing program like evercleanse or some kind of colon cleansing pills from a health and vitamin store. Good luck.

What is the best diet for me? and Does losing weight fast make you have a big head in the end? -

Hi I am new to thisI am currently 17 years old , male , 200 lbs , 6 0I currently attend a martial arts gym called Muay ThaiEveryday I do 30 minutes on treadmill in a nylon or leather jacket (I don t know exactly what the material is but it keeps by sweat inside)Ive been doing this since Feburary and lost about 25 pounds without a formal dietIm looking forward to lose weight faster so I can enjoy my final years of high schoolSince last week I ve been recommended the protein dietand since then I ve been eating protein food most of the timeExample: breakfast : a glass of soy milk with 2 handful of peanutslunch: 80% of the time I dont eat or 20% i eat bun-less hamburgerdinner: a few roasted drumsticks and/or a small box of pork I buy at a Chinese fast food restaurant (don t know if its healthy) Today I ate soy milk and peanuts for breakfast , went to the gym , then ate a package of Parmesan cheese (hard cheese) with 4 roasted drumsticks (I was hungry :x)Is this a good diet?

your diet doesnt really look that good.you dont have any fruit or veggies in it and no complex carbs.find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

u sound healthy to me but i suggest cardio and once you notice a difference start strength training( weights/crunches) but make sure u burn off fat before u build muscle or else u ll tone muscle under ur fat and look bigger
