I am trying to lose weight. My Metabolism is REAL slow and i was thinking about doing Cardio, push-ups, sit-ups and a strict diet. i have a cycle of Winstol and i was wondering if this will help me lost Fat quicker? im not really trying to get smaller...just trying to cut down the fat on my stomach and chest. Am I fat, and how do I lose weight fast!? -

I am 5 foot 6 (171cm) and 134 pounds (61kg). Am I fat for a 13 year old, don t judge me by my age though. How can I lose about 24 pounds (11kg) and fast?

You arent fat darlin. Im 15 and Im like 10 stone 10 which is way more than you. And you are the same height as me. i wanna know a drink that can hepl e lose weight fast. so does any one know one that i can make right from home?

It has only 100 calories and no fat.-drink at least 8 cups of water a day-start with simple exercises like running. if you don t like to run, then take a leisurely walk around your neighborhood. slowly but surely you will see results.-always try to tie healthy choices into your daily meals. instead of fried chicken have grilled chicken. instead of having 3 cookies have 1.you re not going to go to sleep and wake up automatically thin. it takes time but you will be fully satisfied with the results if you keep up!

Start by writing everything you eat, daily.Also make conscious efforts to eat healthier; eliminate junk foods.And exercise.

Any advice to a middle aged woman on how to lose weight..fast? -

I ve tried the diets, I exercise....but am having no luck losing I want to lose 25 lbs by the new year help!!

Thanks for helping me with my question. If you have children it would help a lot. You could change the whole family s diet and that would be beneficial to everyone if you usually eat junk. Exercise! 30 minutes a day is a really good start. Walk whenever you can, you don t necessarily need to cut foods out, it s proportion size. Eat like your French basically they have 3 small meals a day. Try not to eat any processed foods, even if it s one of those microwave meals that say it s low in calories. Eat fresh and start from scratch. Drink lots of lots of water (the daily recommended intake is 2000ml - 2 litres) because it suppresses your appetite and leaves you feeling as if you ve eaten and are full. If you don t really like water then add some concentrated juice to it or just drink green tea which is even better as it has flavour and has 0 calories. Here are some ways to suppress food cravings but they ll really help you if you re planning on losing weight.Start your day with oatmeal: Oatmeal has a high amount of fiber that suppresses your food craving for a long time during the day. Real oatmeal is better than instant oatmeal because its fiber content is higher. Each day for the next week this is what I m eating! Will I lose weight fast doing this?Every day I m eating 815 calories28 grams of proteinand 33 grams of fiber

Its actually healthier to eat fruits and veggies, then exercise:)If you don t eat enough you will become sickly and more prone to illness.eat healthy and exercise, its the best way, and you will feel great.

I m gonna make some rules for you:rule 1: stop counting caloriesrule 2: enjoy liferule 3: stop trying to starve yourself to death, to maintain a healthy weight you need atleast 1200 calories a day. be healthy but don t be silly about it.

THAT IS NOT ENOUGH! You need atleast 1500 - 2000 calories a DAY! you will NOT eat enough!

1:: ALWAYS EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST...I can t emphasize this enough...this does not include a muffin and coffee...this means something along the lines of oatmeal or eggs or cottage cheese...you can t possibly use the excuse that you have no time...it takes roughly 10-15 minutes to prepare a meal, eat it and brush your teeth, get up earlier2: Cut out ALL cabonated beverages, this includes the diet ones...THEY AREN T GOOD FOR YOU..they re actually worse than the regular ones3: if you drink coffee, drink it black4: EAT vegetables5: Eat 5-6 meals a day, eating every 3-4 hours....eating 3 smaller and 3 larger meals...the larger meals being healthy and an example of a smaller one being an apple. 6:Another thing to keep in mind? Eat something after supper...I know idiots say that you shouldn t eat after 7 (or whatever time) buuuut they re idiots...if you dont eat, the body devours the higher energy muscle and leaves the fat...making sure you have that small meal, will keep your metabolism up7: Exercise 4-5 times a week, this does not mean exercise where you can exercise and talk to a friend/read a book at the same timeYour workouts should last a MAXIMUM of 40 minutes, You should also be pushing yourself, I m not going to get into exercise as I dont know how much experience you have and I dont want to see you get hurt
