there is no fast way that is healthy for you. if you are losing more than 1-2 lbs a week you are doing it in a unhealthy manner....unless your 400lbs and you drop like 50 in your first week.combine....good diet and excersize

Fast is not the answer, but you can lose a reasonable amount of weight in a good range of time. Drink a lot of water~NO SODA! Eat every 3 hours to prevent binging. Lay off the sweets and bring on the fruits and veggies...also...EXCERCISE!

It all depends on how much weight you want to lose. If you are in fairly good shape and want to lose that extra 5 for an event, no sugar, no carbs, little salt, lotsa water and hit the gym. If you have lots of weight to lose, it won t happen fast no matter what you do. You have to find a nutritionally sound diet and a reasonable exercise regime.
