How can I lose weight fast in 2 months? -

This is how my football preseason works: preseason lasts 2 months to get us players in optimal shape, so it corresponds perfectly to your needs!! The program is designed so we build up muscular mass and loose the excess fat gained during the summer... Don t worry, I won t describe what you don t need to knowDiet:Eat 5 times a day, morning, mid-morning, midday, evening, nightYour diet has to be balancedAn example for one day of diet would be something like this8h00 - Citrus juice, toast, milk10h30 - Bread and fruit1h00 - Fish and vegetables5h30 - 2L Fruit smoothie ( use orange juice instead of milk or ice cream)9h30 - Meat and vegetablesDon t forget to drink LOTS AND LOTS of water throughout the day. Some people go as far as recommending 8L a day. I think 6L is beyond enough.Water is essential to your body, it will help your muscles, prevent injuries and keep you hydrated, which on the long term will enhance performance.Don t over eat - when you re not hungry: stop. If you feel like eating something during the day, eat fruit.Eat a small fruit before and after every training.Training:I wouldnt recommend training 2 days in a row. You can train 4 times a week. If you train too often your muscles, that grow when you rest, wont have time to grow.You can do something like thisMon - Aerobic Training (bike, long walk)Tue - RestWed - Middle training (abs etc)Thu - RestFri - Lower Body Training (Legs)Sat - RestSun - Aerobic Training (swimming, running)Lifting weights gives good results, but dont lift too much weight and dont focus your training on weight if you re young.Remember to do abs and push/pull - ups and leg excersices that dont require weight. Working against your own weight is the best way to make sure your muscles are proportional and nicely toned, making sure they arent big, bulky and bizarre. However if you want to gain this muscle fast, you might need to use weights.Trainings should last between 0h30 - 1h30.The best time to train is between 8h00 and 10h30AMSecond best is between 5h30 and 9h30PMStart off with a really hard week, then recover the next week and continue in this fashion.Record your results in order to see your progress and keep you motivated to continue. No offense to the detox answer, but I do not recommend that option. Ever tried living off a liquid diet? Not fun.The best thing for you to do is make changes to your diet and exercises. It is healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week depending on how muc weight you want to lose and what you caloric needs are.If you re an average person who need 2000 calories a day, then eating or burning off 500 extra calories a day through exercise will help you lose a pound a week.I also suggest increasing you re protein to about 40-50% of your diet. I m not talking about going on an Atkin s diet here. You should NEVER cut out a food group. Increasing your protein helps you build muscle to burn calories more quickly.Increase you cardio exercises. Nothing burns calories more than cario. Try running, spriting, running up hills, plyometrics, jump rope, whatever gets you moving. Usually 10 minutes of good cardio burns 100 calories.So decrease the calories you intake and increase your exercise levels and you will see the weight melt away. Trust me. It works.

stop eating anything that is bad for you - no sugar - no soda - try to drink as much water as you possibly can. Drink it before you eat so your full, and you won t eat as much. Bring fruit to work, or where ever you are going, so you can munch on grapes instead of getting a big sandwich. Get exercise when you can, go for an extra walk after dinner, park further away so you have to walk. You have plenty of time to loose weight. I just lost a lot of weight in 2 months too, so this is how I did it! for me, the soda was the big thing... now all I drink is water and coffee!!! grapes, yogurt, celery.... keep your goal in mind and you will be fine! ?

don t give in to so called diets or pills. the pills aren t researched and they say they are but where is the research?As for diets, you do it for a time and then you stop the so called diet and put the weight back on.Try taking walks and avoiding elevators and taking the stairs instead. Take up running.Cut back on alcohol and try to skip soda altogether. Anything where you can limit your fat intake is smart too. Because fat contributes 9 calories per gram whereas protein and carbs only contribute 4 calories per gram, and alcohol contributes 7.Little changes to be active can go a long way

I ve found that no matter what else you do, get a walk in every day even if it s just for 20 minutes. If you have a dog, he ll benefit too. How to lose weight fast for your wedding.? -

i have a friend that is almost 100lbs over weight and wants to lose weight fast before her wedding. how can i help her?

well...i wouldn t recommend trying to lost 100lbs in a short amount of time. skipping the carbs and eating lean protein ( tuna, chicken breasts, turkey) and dairy like cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, etc. will allow u shed some water weight and drop a size or two. drink water, coffee, no pop, etc. some green veggies are ok like brocili, spinach, green beans ( no butter, etc). this is a basic, simple clean plan but don t do it for more than 2 weeks. i did this to fit in a bridesmaid dress and it worked like a charm. that night when i ate dinner and cake, the dress was SOOO tight!

If you want it that bad, dont eat. You can live a month, arguablly longer with no food. Take vitamin suppliments, and drink water. You will lose about 14lbs in about 4 days depending on your weight. The pain goes away after the first day, but the moment you touch food to your lips, all the hunger pains come back.

The answer for me was Papayamine. It is not a diet per say but it is a complete food therefore you eat less because your body has the nutrients it needs. I take two shakes one in the morning and one at lunch. Then I take two capsules one set between the two shakes and the second set 15 min before eating. I have lost 10 lbs in two weeks so far and best of all I really have no cravings.

i really want to lose wieght help!!*what should i eat for breakfast lunch or dinner*what workout should i use?*i want to loose alot of fat on my thighs!please i will take any advice!

Losing weight fast is never going to be healthy, and there s a bigger chance that you ll gain it back. It s healthy to lost about 2 pounds a week. The best way to do this is to INCREASE your physical activity and DEACREASE your calories. I would suggest eating more fruits and veggies, brown rice, low-fat yogurt, etc in place of unhealthy foods. These foods will keep you pretty full because they re full of fiber and protein. For exercise, you can join a gym, buy exercise videos, or just go out and walk every day. Just as long as you re burning calories, you ll be OK. Elliptical machines are great for toning thighs.

cut out bacon fried eggs for breakfast, instead choose special k cereal or oatmeal. for lunch have a turkey sandwitch with mustard on whole wheat bread, then for dinner make skinless grilled chicken with a tossed salad. thats just an example. and go on runs whenever you have time. as for healthy snacks, if you feel like munching on something during the day eat pistacchio nuts theyre low-fat and crunchy and salty and help beat cravings for chips. if you crave sweets then eat frozen grapes. (it really helps) and whatever you do DO NOT skip meals, starve yourself, or throw up. for your theighs do leg lifts and squats. that really helps and run alot and try taking the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. good luck stay healthy! :)

okay, the way i went from 9 stone to 8 stone i ate only fruit during the day, and then had a healthy dinner like a salad or something light.and a work out to tone your thighs, easy go jogging for about half an hour in the mornings and half an hour in the evenings it helps.

What could i do to lose weight fast ?.? -

im 5 4 and weigh about 120. i wanna lose just a little weight. i need ideas of what exercises to do. i would only do these in my room because i dont want to hear my family making jokes about it. so any help ?.

Exercise doesn t work. Check the recent Time Magazine cover story. You have to diet to lose weight.However, go ahead and exercise anyway. It is very good for you.

the thing is i live in the city .. baltimore and i cant get out as much as i do when im at school i go to college out in western MD and since i got to college i lost some weight but now i am home for 6weeks and i feel like i have been gaining weight because i have been riding in a car rather then walking and my mother doesnt really buy healthy food and soda is everywhere at school it is not as obtainable i dont know what to do before it is too late i just cant seem to lose it !!!!

I know the feeling. I used to live in the city but I moved to the suburbs a lil over a year ago and I ve gained weight too because I m not as active now as I used to be back home. :( I think the best thing for you to do is take walks instead of driving when you can, drink lots of water and avoid staying in the kitchen so you re not bound to start snacking on the unhealthy food. Also, talk to your mom about the groceries she buys. Ask her not to buy all the junk food. It ll help all of you. :) Good luck!

Sounds silly but taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking just a little further away at the grocery store, and other small changes can help jump-start your weightloss. The best thing I can suggest is to start eating really clean--no junk food. Eat some chocolate or cake if you want, but don t eat it everyday. Try and get 30 minutes of exercise daily.I m like you--trying to lose weight since I m home from college. I just bought a gym membership and want to get a good workout in a few times a week.
