How can I lose weight fast? -

I can t stand it anymore, I ve tried everything and I m at my wits end! If you have something that has worked for you, please share.

There are lots of answers. Start an extreme workout regimen.Start starving.Start starving and working out to the extreme.Go on some crazy all meat or all veggie diet.Where all of these do work they are only a quick fix and will most likely result in you gaining the Weight back and then some.Start slow but determined.Cut out sweets, cokes, and salt.Start working out for ad least 30 mins a day 5-6 days a week. I suggest the elliptical. It s amazing.And work your way up on both your diet and your exercise. If you start too extreme you wont stick to it and you will continue to battle the bulge. The key is to change your lifestyle.

create a 500 calorie a day deficit either through excercising more, eating less or a combo of the two. it is unsafe, un healthy and unmaintainable to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week....never mind the biggest loser, that s not real life, thos epeople are in a gym 6 hrs a day and having meals prepared for them and closely supervised by a whole medical treatment team. and i still think they lose too much weight too fast

OK so i want to lose weight fast so i only want to eat the minimum possible any tips? -

just limit yourself to 1500 calories a day and 30-35 grams of fat a day. For people not on diets thats 2000 calories and 50 grams of fat.

did you ever do weight watchers! I did that after having my daughter and did really really good. lost 45 pounds. You keep track of your points online and they will tell you the amount of points you should eat at a MINIMUM everday. good luckAlso do colon cleansing to start. I don t get it. How long did it take you to gain the weight? How do you expect to loose it any faster? It just doesn t work that way. Any way that you come up with to loose weight fast will be unhealthy. The only fast way to loose weight is to loose muscle or water weight wich means the only thing left is fat. Your weight on the scale may go down but your body fat percentage will only go up. You need to accept the fact that it took a while to gain the weigh and it will take a while to loose it. Make lifestyle changes. Diets don t work because as soon as you come off your diet you go right back to what ever it was that made you gain the weight in the first place.

I would eat 1300-1500 calories a day and work out since you burn a lot of calories even after your done working out. It boosts your metabolism. Good luck and do it the healthy way!

Well that sounds unhealthy. Fast weight loss only leads to fast weight gain and it can be hard for your skin to bounce back if you are a large person losing a lot of weight. Also, eating healthy is often more about better choices than volume alone. It would be helpful if you looked at why you want to lose weight and if you are over-weight to begin with why that s happened. Health is a lifestyle, not a yoyo.

I need to lose weight fast will 5 miles a day every day do it? -

i want to weigh 120 by 2 months i weigh 150 is it possible for me to losse this in time i need help i do 5 miles monday tuesday wednesday and on thursdays and fridays i do 10 miles every day is this good saturday and sunday i do cardio for 60 min each day each day i eat about 1,5000 calories but dont eat after 4pm help how much do u think i can lose in 2 months???? how bout a week? your help will mean alot to me thanks

What the heck? five miles every day, and then 10 miles? Shoot, you must be quite the athlete. I have to try to do 10 miles..you say it like it s nothing.

OK just eat right, and eat foods that will make you full, now start with 1 mile everyday until it is soooooooooo easy then go to 2 miles then 3 then 4 then 5 ect..... you will loose weight in no time, and anything is possible

your running schedule is pretty good, and aggressive. I think your goals are realistic. One thing that is pretty effective is double sessions. A run in the morning and then again in the evening. Also, if you re running that aggressively, i would recommend two yoga poses - one is called virasana one, and the other is supta virasana. Theyre real good for the knees and also over time with repeated effort (and particularly if combined with the triangle pose, aka uttitha trikonasana) you will look leaner because you re more stretched out....

If you meant to say 1,500 calories, then I d guess you could get down to 120 in 8 weeks.However, it all depends on how much of the weight you are losing is fat; if a better percentage of your weight is fat right now, it ll be easier to lose.Also don t kill yourself doing so much-- is it worth it if you have to spend that much time?

I think you could easily lose that much weight. Kudos to you if you can actually stick to your plan for two months!

You shouldn t be trying to lose so much weight so fast. It s not good for your body, and you ll likely gain it all back within a few weeks, if you even get the chance to lose any at all.Exercise should be taken on gradually, not jumped into all at once!! im 14 years old and im pretty much overweight, i want to lose weight before school starts, but its starts in 4 weeks, do you think i can do it? im gonna try slim quick pills im not good with excersise and keeping to a diet

Dont buy stupid stuff and fake ways.This is not my thing but i watched a show which told me what to do. they gave people 4 golden rule to follow.1. eat whenever you feel like. reason when you dont eat your body goes to survival mode and you start storing food faster if you alot of quiting diet.2. eat what you like.3. stop when you think you are full.4. walk minimum of 6000 steps a day or more( 15 mins= 2000 steps)
