I m 5 5 and I weigh 140 pounds. How can I lose 20 pounds in 2 months so that I can look good in a bathing suit??

Hey,just increase the running, thats wat s going to make you lose the weight. keep doing the ab work to get that awsome stomach. In regards to diet, make breakfas and lunch the larger meals, eat carbs during those meals, and not so much for dinner. lastly, im not a fan of the scale, rather on how you look. If you only lose like 7 lbs, but look super hot, you know things have changed. Some good exercises for your bottom, are squats and lunges. I m sure you re going to look super hot. Good Luck

So, a better way would be to eat a balanced diet, get plenty of exercise and see your pounds melt away from your body at 2-3 pounds per week. (Even that will be a great achievement.)So, don t eat any junk foods. Cut out sugars. Take up jogging. Or at least walk for an hour a day. Limit your consumption of foods. Count calories!!! Play more outside with your friends. Riding bikes is the best exercise for kids ( i was a tomboy).Snack on fruit instead of chips and quick fixes coated in sugar! Eat more veg s, ask your parent to buy the veg trays from the store because their fast and handy.Drink more water instead of soda!!!

You go and see your GP and they will refer you to a dietician who will devise a diet and exercise plan for you. I WILL NOT give you dieting advice because you are a minor and I ve see enough kids end up in ED clinics to want to be responsible for another.
