Im 145 about 5 2 and i need to lose weight my wedding is in two months and i need a good fit diet to keep my weight down and trim my body out to be able to stay fit to fit in my lovely dress Anyone can PLEASE HELP Whats a great diet that can trim fat on my thighs tummy and lose these love handles PLEASE!!! If you want a good diet plan try the Special K diet. The first week I lost about 5 pounds then 3 and 4 the following weeks. I stopped because I got tired of cereal and the special . Im really picky too so thats a big reason. But its not that bad at all or expensive. Just got to get the cereal and bars from any store like walmart and it wont be more then 20 dollars. I have a wedding to go to and I just want to drop about 5 pounds or so. Just wondered what anyone has found that works quick. I have about 6 weeks to do it!

yeah if you work hard enough you can do it!basically have a balanced diet and do lots of excercisesubstitute things like riding the bus to walking also drink lots of water because this helps good luck sweetie!

If for 2 weeks i took Acai Berry tablets twice a day (recomended) Drank only water and green teaAte vegetables and fruit and chicken and meatran 30min a day and did 50 pushups and situps.also had dirarrha?I weigh 132pounds and im 5 5 i am in the ideal range but want to lose the extra weight I have before a holiday. thats good, keep on doing that, but here are some more ideas, they workyou got a jump rope, or just a rope. ok. do each of these a day. and punish your self if you forget. like, no dinner, no desert, tell your family and friends about this to, let them help youjump rope for 10 minutes each day.(if you dont know what they are, ask me) ten squats (keep your back straight), after the first ten, do another ten, but during each squat, when you are bending your knees as much as you can, jump into a push up position and do a push up. then jump back up onto your feet, and keep on repeting. go to just squats, squat push ups, squats, squat pushups, like that 5 time (5 times 10=50)get 2 objects, 30 feet away from each other. for 30 seconds, run back and forth as fast as you can, touching the top of the objects. repet 10 times, rest a minute in between.drink alot of water, at least 8oz a day. it sounds crazy, but the more water you drink, the less will be in your body.sweat alot.hope i helped!!!! =)

masterbation is a form of exiresise so i cant see how your putting on wiegth with that lol. i suggest cut down on food but on a little! not a big cut down to a tiny diet it wont help loose weigth quick, make sure you do some cardio work out, just remeber you can eat what you want aslong as your prepared to work it off.

I maintain my weight without dieting, will lose weight faster than average if i workout? -

i take in about 1800 calories a day and my weight has maintained for years but i want to lose weight and someone told me that since i eat the appropriate amount to maintain my weight that i wil lose weight easier and faster than someone that yoyos, yoyos with weight and with calorie intake.any info would be appreciated. i see the lodgic but wanted to see if anyone else has heard this and if it is true,maybe why if anyone knows. thanks
