I need to lose Weight fast, or just look thinner!? -

Well, I want to look thinner, or lose weight i weigh 138 i would like to weigh 120 or 110, well i want advice like suggested weight lost pills eating tricks or habits i can stick too, anythingplease. just some help.

Eat break fast, it may speed up your metabolism. Exercise at least 60 min a day. DON T use pills, sideaffects can be huge such as cancer and cardiac probs. Figure your BMI ( body mass index) use an online calculator and it will tell u if u are overweight or not.

Lose weight fast and easy?!? -

I don t want to lose a lot, just like 10-15 pounds. im not fat, i can just pinch an inch so to speak. I don t want to be super obvious and have people think im anorexic or anything, but i just want to lose weight quickly that wont take like 3 months.

there is NO healthy way to lose weight fast. i dont suggest any of the other advice you re gonna get. just deal with it.but if you re really gonna be all self concious about urself, then buy mens boardshorts [the most comfy things in the world!! and a lot of the locals here in Hawaii wear them]jus dont worry about ur weight too much!be happy.

I have been reading that in order to lose weight faster you must burn more calories than you eat...? -

If I intake around 1500 calories a day, what kind of workouts actually burn that many? I do the eliptical for 30min and only burn around 350. It seems like I d have to workout all day to burn as much as I eat! Any suggestions?
