Ok first, there is no way to lose weight quickly (unless of course you want to have some serious health issues. All of the diet pills/supplements that you see on tv/ net are CRAP! Do NOT use them. It may seem like a good idea, but it is truly a grave disappointment. Eat healthy (when I say eat healthy I mean eat healthy!) Weight loss is a combination of regular exercise and a good diet/ appetite for organic food.

Yes it is. Low carbs, high protein. No flour, corn or corn products (including tortilla chips), potatoes, sugar, milk (whole cream okay), or alcohol for the first 14 days. Eat your fill of eggs, cheese, meat, butter, veggies like lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, etc. After about 4 days your body will go into ketosis where it is burning fat constantly. find some new friends. 1.6m/80lbs is not fat. ok. i lost 30lbs in 4 months going vegetarian. 1st month was really hard. I was hungry all the time. After about 2 months, I finally adjusted. After 4 months, I started to eat a little meat here and there, but only a few bites per meal, not steaks. I also stopped drinking soda and coffee.
