Sorry to tell you this, but the body burns fat from where ever it can get it, if that means your breasts than that is where it will come from. I ve seen different people lose fat from different areas, it s all dependant on your body. Ok first, there is no way to lose weight quickly (unless of course you want to have some serious health issues. All of the diet pills/supplements that you see on tv/ net are CRAP! Do NOT use them. It may seem like a good idea, but it is truly a grave disappointment. Eat healthy (when I say eat healthy I mean eat healthy!) Weight loss is a combination of regular exercise and a good diet/ appetite for organic food.
