How to lose weight fast? -

Ok,I am 13 years old I am 5 2 and I weigh 118.5 punds I would love to lose at least 10 pounds before school starts,which is in September.I don t want to change my diet,any suggestions on what I should do?

First of all, you are no where near overweight! but if you want to loose weight you do have to change what you eat- not completely though. try having more fresh fruits and vegetables. also, things like ice cream that you buy in stores is made in Light, which tastes exactly the same. you can just look for lower calorie foods exercise more- and in no time you will have reached your goal!

It is hard when your body is not the way you want it to be. If you are still growing you should focus on staying the same weight. Join a dance class or a sport. You ll meet alot of neat people. you lose weight at age 12 any way you lose weight any other age. eating healthy and exercise but i am not as concerned with your weight as much as i am with your thoughts of you thinking you are not normal because you are over weight at 12. A lot of girls your age haven t even out grown their baby fat. i think the most important thing for you to do is LOVE YOURSELF. take it from me...someone who was called fat at age twelve and let it get to me....i wasn t even that over weight. I became bulimic and it has really made my life take some turns that were really hard and unnecessary. i know this sounds so weird but try to figure out why you are over weight or what makes you feel like you cant love yourself the way you are now. Your too young to be on a diet. So I recommend you to eat healthy. Eat Veggies,fruits, grains.Exercise as much as you need,don t do weights. Just the usual, jumping jacks, squats, sit ups, a daily outside play. Play outside for 45-60 minutes a day.Best of luck! : )

Ditch your regural breakfast and eat one banana for breakfast and you will loose around one pound a day, only if you also cut back on high-calorie foods, and junk food, and stay away from fat-free and sugar-free it s a big scam!

join a gym thats what i did . take up some sports etc cut out the bad foods [crisps etc] and start with fruits and vegs

there is NO healthy way to lose weight fast. i dont suggest any of the other advice you re gonna get. just deal with it.but if you re really gonna be all self concious about urself, then buy mens boardshorts [the most comfy things in the world!! and a lot of the locals here in Hawaii wear them]jus dont worry about ur weight too much!be happy.

Run 30 minutes a day on ur mums treadmill if she has one, if not go out into the street2, Spinache!!

Can you lose weight faster than you put it on? -

it crept on ,with me,suddenly jackets were to tight,ones i had room in before,then after a while nothing fits.so does it take the same time for weight to come off as it did to go on?

It s easier to put on. Stop eating and start excersing.

Unfortunately it s a cruel World we live in, and it is nt possible, I only have to look at a sticky bun and I can feel the weight piling on.

It s much harder to loose weight than to gain it-you can gain 10 ponds ( or more) in month and lose like 1 in another month. That s why diets are popular people want to loose weight quickly because it s hard to loose.

No..it takes longer to take it off than put it on.
