How to lose weight quick with excerise? -

I have started to power walk/run at LEAST 3 days a week, usually 45 minutes. I have been swimming for a couple of months too but now the pool is closed. I ve lost 8kg on 4months but I want it to go faster.I try not to eat junk food! I work as an au pair so I don t have the money/opportunity to buy loads of different food to make a diet.Does anybody have good tips for quick weight loss? I can t afford membership in a gym =/WITH THANKS

When you are excersising you put on muscle, muscle weighs more than fat and therefore weight isnt a very good indication of the shape you are in. 8kg is pretty good for 4 months.

i am not fat and i am not flat tummied.i want a flat tummy but i don t want to work out and lose my boobs. i am famous for having them and they just grew in and i don t want to go flat chested. i am asthmatic so i can t run that much so i never go running and i never work out b/c i am afraid of loosing my boobs. so how can i get a flat tummy and keep my boobs? and i am 15

If you lose weight, you will lose it all over your body... chest, legs, arms, stomach, butt, and everything.Doing chest exercises (push-ups, dumbbell flies, etc) can help to tone and build the pectoral muscles behind your breasts, and that can help to make them look larger, but aside from implants, that s the only thing that can legitimately help you. Im 16 going 17. I just started becoming active everyday. You Im telling you man jog/walk everyday at the park, and lift some weights. I feel so good, I lost weight. I was always the dude who couldn t even run for 40 seconds without passing out..LOL, Now this whole summer ive been slowly gaining more endurance day by day. I can jog 1 hour straight without stopping. But if you workout hard and have very good self dicipline with what you eat you might be able to reach your goals depending how much you want to lose. What is a fun way to lose weight fast? -

I am entering 5th grade in September.I want to be average weight.Around 60 or 70 pounds.I weigh around 114 pounds.I HATE being overweight.I am tiered of all the teasing,not being able to fit in the coolest clothes for my age,embarresment,and other things.I do not want to plan a diet or change the way I eat.I want it to be fun.I already have dance dance revoulution for the PS2 but I want more ways.I want to lose weight before September of 2006. Any ways?

Swimming is a great way. What you should do is everyday tread in the water for about 2 minutes it moves around all the excess fat to help get rid of it.[tread means just kicking your legs and not touching the ground]

play a sport, ride your bike, go on hikes.Stop eating fast food, chips, french fries, candy, soda, etc.If it has sugar in it then don t eat it. Go for fruits, vegetables, etc.

ride a bycycle or play basketball

Drink ALOT of water..eat less.

Dance especially Salsa dances have the moves that make you lose weight even without your knowledge

food is just energy. you eat it...then either you burn it off by using energy...or, you store it.If you won t change the way you eat, that s not such a big deal...but it means you definitely have to change your energy USAGE...in other words, get more exercise. DDR for an hour+ a day would be good...but it would have to be constant, not stopping and starting.I would say start running or something. Or biking. Or swimming. Or get into soccer. Or wrestling, or football. If NOTHING sounds good for burning energy...then you have no choice but to eat better.Its pretty straight forward though...its gonna be one or the other.

ask some of your friends if they want to join a sport with you, like swimming, ice skating, running... i do gymnastics and i love it. find a sport that you enjoy. whatever you do do NOT go anorexic. thats bad. very bad.

Why does a really heavy person lose weight faster than a skinny person? -

My mom used to weigh like 280something and lost 80 pounds fast by walking on the treadmill and drinking Slimfast, yet I weigh 117 and drink the same thing and run on our treadmill and gained 2 pounds. I m stuck on 119 forever now even though everyone says I look slimmer.

thats cuz ur body loses fat that it duznt need cuz it doesnt try to perserve the fat... ut thinner so u have a LOT less fat and and u need to work harder to get it off cuz ur body is trying to perserve that fat...also u prolly gained 2 pounds in muscle which is heavier than fat yet slimmer so thats y u gain weight but appear slimmer which is more important than become lightter rihT?

Why are you trying to loose weight if you only weight 117 pounds? You have a problem it seems like and need to see your doc about this.

Heavier person has more weight (fat) to lose than a smaller person, there for the weight for a heavier person will tend to come off faster at first but they will to hit a point where it will start to get harder., It sounds to me like you don t need to lose any weight how tall are you? Also when you exercise you are going to gain muscle which weighs more than fat so it is possible not to lose any weight to be smaller and heathier! Best of Luck.

Because when you are already heavy, you have a lot of weight to lose. it takes a while to get started, but then it is much easier.Skinny people arent really supposed to lose weight, so it is harder because they dont have much to lose...do you see what im saying? if you have no fat then you cant lose fat, but skinny people who carry on dieting waste away their muscles and bones...

for one thing you are definately not fat and you don t need to feel like you should change the way you look because your fam is saying negative things about you.secondly it is actually not very healthy to loose a lot of weight in a short period of time... loosing all that weight at once puts a lot of strain on your body and can be harmful...also the faster you loose the weight, the easier and faster it is to gain it all back
