How to lose weight with what ive got.... DURING THE WINTER!!!!? -

Ok I m 14 years old and 5 6.5 and bout 170ish lbs I m not sure really but the weight is mainly in my butt, theighs, and tummy areas. I play softball and volleyball but, there not in season and so Im doing nothing but getting fatter for this winter and I really really dont want that to happen soo I need ur help I would like to loose around 50 to 20 lbs b4 summer that is my main goal but I have no idea what to do. So my question is how can I do this? I have a treadmill, exercise bike, weight bench, yoga for dummies movies, and soon a yoga mat. I have no idea how long I should work out on each one, or how many sit ups I should do? How long every night should I work out, how many times a week? Also an eating plan would help to what should I eat for breakfast (right now I dont eat breakfast because I m not hungery in the mornings) but should I pack a lunch for school and what should I pack? What about dinner? P.S. not goin anorexic or belemic

Let me tell you how my battle is being done. Everybody is different because of individual metabolism and genetic inclinations so losing 50-20 lbs will take different amounts of time for different people. I am 5 7 and 155lbs right now and I have lost 1-2lbs a month. I ve seen some people lose 10lbs in a month, but that would be at their peak loss. I ve lost 10lbs in over 4 months. Slow but I can see the results!Just follow a simple equation: Take in less calories than you burn off. This was/is MURDER for me since I used to pride myself on how much I could eat. No sugar is better than sugar, but in case you were going to use an artificial sweetener, more studies all the time say that artificial sweeteners make you fat because your body somehow can tell you didn t actually get the calories that it tasted were coming in.Keep in mind that just a teaspoon or so of sugar is still FAR less than what they use in sodas and sweetened drinks - usually they pack in every bit of sugar that will dissolve before it settles out.I found that if you drink enough green tea and don t over steep it (not too hot and not more than 2-3 minutes) that it takes nice just plain.

You re kind of defeating the purpose of green tea if you add sugar to it. Simple sugars aren t great for you, but if that is the only sugar you have during the day then you should be fine. You need to eat lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef) , low gi fruits (apples, bananas, pineapple, oranges), green veggies (broccoli, celery, green lettuce, spinach), only whole wheat breads (look on the package and she if the first ingredient is whole wheat flour, if it is it should be good unless it has high fructose corn syrup like Mrs Bairds does). Jillian Michaels from biggest loser has a great quote, before you eat your food ask yourself, does it have a momma or did it come from the ground? If not don t eat it. Eat 5 - 6 small meals a day, this will increase your metabolism and help you to not feel so hungry in between meals. It��s all about portion and calorie control regardless of what food you are eating, but remember cleaning up your diet and eating X amount of calories of lean good healthy foods instead of X amount of calories of candy bars (I know you are probably not eating 4 candy bars a day but its just an example) will help you lose it faster. The leaner you are eating the faster you will lose it, and you will get a toned healthy look instead of a skinny jiggly look. You also need to drink at least 8 glasses (8oz) of water a day. Running is the fastest way to lose weight. That, along with eating properly. You don t have to run a marathon or anything like that. Five or six laps around the track a day will be lots. well i drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day...and dont snack its hard but it helps...wehn i want soemthing sweet i eat 10 calories jello! dont strave urself!! im losing 1 or 2 pounds a day and ocasionally more
