It sounds very unhealthy... but I d recommend health diet, at least an hour and a half of moderate exercise (Cardio is awesome) 3-5 times a week, and low stress levels. Starving yourself will not help any, if anything it will help u gain weight. EAT BREAKFAST every morning! It would help if it were nutritious and fairly large.
