How to lose weight every week ? -

Did i do good on my 1st day of dieting?breakfast:2 apples,orange juice(220 cal)lunch:chicken salad(400 cal)snack:granola bar,1 mango(180 cal)dinner:roasted chicken,1 1/2 cup white rice,steamed vegatables(595)total:near 1400 caloriesthis is what i do every day:i do 30 min cardio in the morning.and another 45 in the evening.plus 25 curls-ups.a couple of times a week i would play sportswith friends for an hourcan i lose at least 2-3 lbs a week by doing so?

Yes. You are doing great. Drink alot of water also. Very healthy what you are doing. Keep the commitment.

How to lose weight fast? w/o eating pill? -

Use more energy then you consume. Thats the best method. This basically translates to exercising regularly and watching your diet at the same time. Oh and don t starve yourself, otherwise your body will get into the habit of storing fat since it doesn t know when more will arrive.Fast might not be healthy.

Sorry I dont work out but I do have a tip for losing weight. I watch the foodnetwork channel a lot and Pineapple is a fruit that breaks down fats in your body. So if you eat Pineapple after a meal it will break down any fats you have consumed. Makes me wanna eat a lot more pineapple.

The first answer sounds suspiciously like an advert to me. But yeah, just cut down on the fats, esp saturated and join the gym. No gym? Go running or even try skipping. Did you know that 10 mins of skipping is the same as an hour of jogging. Good luck

Walk or jog everyday and you ll be fine. But if your just doing a temporary diet to lose some quick weight you ll eventually lose the weight and get off the diet and then gain it back again.

No, you will not loose weight rapidly, What will happen is your body will go under survival mode and store away any and all fat that you do eat. You will also harm your body. You have to remember whenever you go on a diet and loose weight fast you will gain it back just as fast if not faster whenever your out of the diet. And yo yo dieting and losing weight and gaining weight is really bad for your body. You have to remember no diet is complete without exercise. You have to have a well nutritioned meal not barely no meal. Eat healthy cereal for breakfast, wheat cereal, special k, etc. Eat a nice lunch, a tuna sandwich or a ham sandwich all on wheat bread. Eat a salad for dinner, remember dinner is where you should eat the least because you don t really exercise at night so your body stores more food away. Don t eat after 8. Don t drink pop or soda or alot of sugary drinks. Caffeine gives you cellulite, not just sugar. Some fruits is really high in natural sugars so stay away. Lots and lots of veggies. No heavy salad dressing like ranch and things like that, not even the low calorie ones or fat free ones. I usually choose a nice lemon juice and a little salt and a tiny bit of olive oil in my salads. No fast food, nothing that comes from a can. Don t have excessive amounts of vitamin B.
