its hard for me to stay motivated with excersize and dieting because it takes so long for results.whats a fast way to see fast results in weight lose so i can stay motivated and not give up on losing weight?

There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible.The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. On Valentines Day, I m going to a waterpark with my youth group. I want to look good, and lose weight, FAST. But healthy. I m 5ft 7in. I weigh about 145-150, and carry my weight in my belly (ugggghh). How can i get rid on it !!?!?!?!!?!?

i lost my voice/have a cold, and i keep being told to drink water?Also, I was dieting a month or two ago and i was told that water helps you lose weight faster?are both ofthese true?

both true. water is a resource your body needs to function properly. without it, your body can t fight infections as well or burn fat as well. staying hydrated should always be a priority and no you can t stay hydrated with monster drinks or soda.

This is how i lost my weight. and it really really helps!!Start, working out in the mornings when you get up, get you a workout video (denise austin) from your local wal-mart, target, k-mart whatever. Worked out 3 times a week for about 30 mins a day, in between these workouts, take 30 seconds to let your body get recoverd from working out and yea, drinks lots and lots of water, cut of the pop, if you want a soad, drink one can of diet pop a day, no more. Don t eat nothing after 7. Instead of eating a full meal, eat half of it. A good tip, drink a full 8 ounce glass of water before each meal, and more than likly your gonna find ur self with left overs, (i do) it helps to fill you up, so you don t eat as much. Do this for a bout two weeks, keep up dont let off the workouts and everything else, it will help i promise. I ve lost alot of weight by doing this. also, if you live where its warm or you have a warm day, take a walk, walk about a mile to a mile and half a day then of course do the workouts and everything else i ve told you.
