im young, acai berry or other pills arent an option. Any way to lose weight SUPER fast ??

How can lose weight fast in a short time besides walking, jogging, and running? -

I tried walking for 6 months I lost weight but it doesn t help much. I also tried eating healthy foods and no junk food whatsoever and still it doesn t want to lose quicker. If you know other ways please let me know.

Well, to really lose WEIGHT persay, you have to cut your calories. With exercise, you ll gain muscle and look leaner, but to see the numbers sink you have to do the eating thing too.The exercise is great though, if you keep at it, you ll eventually move on to even running!

In my opinion, you re not fat or even really fat. I won t judge you because you know your body and how it s shaped so maybe you just need to tone a little. Healthier diet... don t completely cut out your favourite foods... cuz u ll be more tempted to scoff them... and up your excercise. dont forget to do warm ups, then excercise to get your increase your pulse rate and then a cool down at the end... and try weight (or bottle of water) and sit ups to tone your body... But remember, only lose weight if you want to. ;D

Your not fat at all. And If you dont know that, then you are listening to your friends or the media too much. You have to work out HARD in order to do that. I mean, almost everyday, as well as cut out fast food, sugar, etc.

My cousin is getting married in 4 1/2 weeks. I need to lose weight fast to fit in my dress. Since my mom is a nurse I can only go to the gym a couple of times a week if that,and I can only stay one hour before they kick us out.So can anyone give me some advice?

Buy a skipping rope. Skip for a couple of minutes, several times during the day, you can do it rain or shine. Dogs won t chase you down the street. You won t trip on ice, stones etc. It is not expensive. It gets your heart rate going faster than tread mill and takes up less space when you put it away. You can also take it travelling with you.It develops secondary skills, balance, ever seen a fat boxer?

Eat boiled food, mainly vegetables and lean meat. No buter, cream. Try not to use oil and sugar.

DONT EAT lots of mayonaisse nor peanut butter and jam...dont eat oily food...and stop chocolate and mustard...run around your neighbourhood for at least 30 minutes and do some basic excercises...do setups (50 per minute would be great-DO ONLY 100 A DAY) because its unhealthy as a start your muscles will be really stretched out and you will feel soo tired...DONT HAVE ANYTHING BUT SALAD FOR DINNER...there are about 18 types of salads soo try all for these for the time being...dont take a cab for the mall..but walk half the way with your friend and run the other half...that way i lost 20 pounds in 3 WEEKS..

You can try eating small portions of tuna and green leaf salad. Friend of mine was 145kilos and went on a diet of pretty much just tuna and salad and walking three times a day and lost 50kilos on four months.Best of luck.

Just try to eat healthy and drink a lot of water and juices,but dont eat any sweets.You can exercise at home for 15-20m every day.It is good for you.

Firstly control on food like chips, chocolates, muffins. Then go for jogging every day n then go for swimming. Do for few week n then see the difference. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

How do I lose weight fast? -

I was just wondering if anyone knew how I can lose weight kinda quick. I exercise constantly, do 250 crunches everyday and drinks tons of water but my metabolism sucks so I am not sure what else I can do..I eat pretty healthy. Any suggestions?

how do you know if your metabolism sucks? most people i know who think they eat healthy, don t actually know what they eat. and it turns out to be junk. and i don t consider 250 crunches everyday proper exercise. If you want to lose weight the right way, go on a balanced diet of 12 calories per lb of bodyweight, go weight train, and do some cardio. aim for 1-2 lbs per week of weight loss MAX!!!if you want to do it fast (like one of my friends who lost 90 lbs in 3 months, looked like absolute crap, and got sick then had to gain all the weight back again), starve yourself for a couple of months and do streneous cardio for 2-3 hours per day. you will lose a ton of weight, but neither you, or your health will like it.hope that helps.

i recommend swimming, i am a swimmer. 6 1 and 110 pounds of muscle.i have no fat and if you do this enough you can loose weight fasti lost 40 pounds in a month doing this. when they pain comes keep going till you wanna die, then do a little more :)it works trust me :) also you get strong fast!

there are no food products that make u lose weight.. just try eating healthy like vegetables and fruits and decrease the portions you take...drinking lots of water also helps and ofcourse exercise! hope this helps! good luck =)

There are no foods that will help you loose weight fast , but eating less will definitely help you loose weight. About every 1000 calories you cut out of your diet will cause you to loose one pound. You need to be careful when you do this, though, because you could end up becoming anorexic. Talk with a doctor or a nutritionist before doing anything!!!

Brown bread, oats, 6-8 glasses of water to flush unwanted out.., cerials, types of beans, roasted white bread, ( it is not brown bread,, ) .. Avoid fat .. pizzas, ice creams, milky food items, coconut products, ham..In take a lot of green vegetables.. but do not over cook it,, Preserve the greenary in your dish.... Eat low cal sugar..etc.,,, plus daily excercises
