I want to start this response by saying that whatever you do, stay away from the diet supplement industry. There are far too many scams going around there, and none of them are a fast nor permanent answer.So the first thing I would suggest is exercise; I know you don t want to, but this one isn t too hard to figure out, just try to find an activity that you enjoy that happens to include a lot of moving around, like riding a bike, or playing the drums. The top reason people give up on their exercise plan is because they get bored!But what diet to choose? Ok, im a 15 year old male, tall, and a big build, but over the years ive gained a hell of a lot of weight, when i was 13 i was 60-70 and now 15 i am over 100. I look in the mirror each day and hate the way i look, and want to get some of them crazy abs that everyone loves haha, so i decided to do a lot of situps, and i wasnt seeign any results, and i heard that i may have abs underneath but i have to rid this fat thats in the way, so i started doing alot of star jumps, running and the situps. Ive been doing this for a month now and there have een no results...what am i doing wrong

There is no medical miricle to losing weight fast. DONT take diet pill I.M.O. (look at what happened to Anna Nicole).Follow these steps...1) Count your calorie intake. Try to keep it at a minimum without under-eating.2) Eat the right foods. Make sure you get your essentials in. Absolutely no burger king or mcdonalds.3) Exercise. Whether it s running or workouts at the local gym, you must burn off the calories you intake, and you must be consistent.4) Be patient. Though putting the weight off will take time, you will feel much better about yourself once even a couply of pounds come off the healthy way, but it DOES take time.

Normally I d say loosing weight fast is not a good idea, but a couple of kilos is not a bog deal. Exercise 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes, and the other days walk or do easy stuff dor 20 minutes. Give up your guilty pleasure and comfort foods, soda, bread, sweets etc.Should work in about a month, but when you do loose, do not start junk food diet! Keep dieting and exercising, then in a month decrease the amount of exercise to keep up the good shape.Good luck!
