How to lose weight fast!? -

I am 6 3 currently 230LB. Im not over weight but I have some stomach fat id like to get rid of and tone. Does anyone have any ideas?! Thanks!

I don t think so. I actually do the bike, which is amazing...the faster you petal the more calories you burn....the belly is actually burning fat b/c you are sweating. Not a lot of ppl. know that walking on treadmill/bike/or walking outside burns fat around the mid section...but it is so true. ALSO IMPORTANT: Do not use incline k? b/c your thighs will get bigger...try little to no resistance!! :) Walking also will burn the extra surrounding fat that is covering muscles (underneath it)...so definitely do a lot of carido. Try sit ups too like 2 to 3 times a week to make abs show quicker!Being a vegetarian or even one that eats red meat or dairy like ONCE IN AWHILE is the best to be one because you are healthy as a horse and you won t have that excess fat and food inside your intestines that most red meats do.Look, alright, I��m not trying to promote becoming a vegetarian, but here me out k?Here s what I eat and my protein is perfect and I m super healthy and have tons of snacks to choose fromHaving a high protein diet is good in loosing fat, because the more protein is in a food item the less total fat and calories from fat!I eat lots of beans (Lima, Soy, red kidney, black, navy- RAW; never in can(but that is just my choice-if you wanted canned its NOOOO PROBLEM)Try Quinoa too, you can find it in your grain, beans, or nut aislesI also eat lots of salad with tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, carrots-yum yum!The entire kosher aisle has manyyyy products to munch on!Also, Some Kashi products are great to snack on!Try Edamame too!- tons of protein and tastes delicious! (Veggie section even though it��s a bean loll)Dairy (if you eat it): cheese-I d suggest you go for this yogurt called Fage 0 or Chobani yogurt (it has about 15 grams of protein in it I believe)... Ummm lets see, what else? Theres Goat cheese and ALL goat products which I consider to eat if my protein is too low (but that is rare b/c I usually get my protein in evvveryday. ALL vegetables are fun and easy to cook-I like broccoli, asparagus, yams, pumpkin, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower-and you can do whatever you want with it (fry, boil, steam, baked...etc.)Have you ever heard of Matzo s? they are crackers that have 4 grams of fat per serving (1) and only has 21 grams to 27 grams of Carbs in it depending on which version you get. BUT make sure you get the 100% whole wheat ones ya know?-just to be the healthiest. There is also absolutely no sugar in it either (sugar if not burned turns into fat btw)��.. The calories range from like 90 to 140 calories too! Oh, did I mention they are extremely delicious!? (Kosher aisle)Mott��s applesauce, no added sugar is one of my favorite things to eat too!You can find organic applesauce too which provide different flavors without added sugarAll ��no added sugar�� products are phenomenalNOTE: BEEF, Oh my god -it is very bad for you and does not leave your intestine for months and months (look it up on internet...it��s the worse food for you-unless used in moderation and VERY VERY small portions)Brown rice or even white rice is great tooMiso soups are fantastic as well as any other soups (especially the ones with very little sodium)Fruit is ALWAYS a great snack at night!Ok, that��s all I can think about now off the top of my head, if you need to know anymore then just message me k?Take care(I know I went on a rampage here, but I honestly hope this helps!)xoxoxox

Hey, the thing I m trying is, go to the gym (or if you have a swimming pool with a gym) and work out 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for a month you you ll get stronger and lose weight.I am 6 tall, and 287 lbs. I am way over weight, and this is working for me :D. I am probably younger than you anyways...

Try doing Tae Bo or take up Tae Kwon Do classes it s great to get muscle and tone up too. Other ideas are to jog, run, or treadmill at a gym. Lift weights and do ab curls, crunches, or hanging leg raises for your ab muscles. Jack Knives are good for the abs too. Running long distances is good to burn fat and tone up too. Swimming in the summer time is another good aerobic exercise. Eat nutritionally good foods too, like veggies, fruits like pineapples are awesome I love them just had them tonight for a dessert. Keep motivated by writing goals down on paper and put them where you will see them. I hope I helped !!

since you are tall and probably muscular you are fine. you could try some exercises like crunches and lifting weights which build up your muscles and help to tone. try running if you like it. try to cut sugary drinks like pop because you might crash. but still eat, because you re probably still growing, and if not, you obviously still need food.

Take it from someone who has been there: diet minus exercise doesn t work and exercise minus dieting doesn t work. You have to have the combination of both to lose weight efficiently and healthfully.Exercise could just mean taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking your car at the far end of the parking lot when you go to the store; it means adding more movement into your day, not necessarily spending two hours at the gym everyday.Also, finding someone who wants to lose weight with you is always a good idea because they can keep you accountable. WeightWatchers and Curves are what have worked for me.Good luck to you.

How do i lose weight fast, and look good? -

i m in a musical, and we have to pair up for most of the music song thingies.... the musical in on May 2-ish... i do i lose weight fast... i want to look good even if i don t get paired with someone i like.... i need help... if u have any suggestions at all for me, they would really help!!! i want to lose 10-13 lbs... in like 2 months, or 1 and 1/2 months.... Out of ideas on how to lose weight. help!? -

ok so i have that belly fat thing and its driving me insane. ive tried to keep an exercise routine, ive tried weight watchers, ive attempted to change the way i eat, but i cant seem to stick with anything. i love chocolate and junk food, always have. i have no idea what 2 do. i try nd try and i always end up back 2 where i started. i was thinking about getting a treadmill but i don t have the money for one, or the room to put it anywhere. im 17 yrs old. please help...and give like real answers, not eat fruits and veggies bc i know that. i need to know how to stick with something that shows results.

You have to do cardio! Think of it this way. If you eat 2000 calories a day and don t excercise you keep the same problem with your belly, but if you do an hour of cardio 3-5 times a week (walk, run, jog, all can be done for free ouside) and burn up 1500 calories and only eat 1000-1200 calories, you will lose weight.Since you are using up more calories than you are feeding your body. Your metabolism will increase and your body will start to feed of its fat storage. Also if you lift weights your body will burn up more calories to sustain your muscles.

Start throwing up so all your teeth will fall out from the acid in the vomit. This way you will have to gum your food and you can no longer eat what ever you want because it will be to hard to chew. cardio for an hour 3 times a week.don t do anything drastic like starving yourself or doing fad diets, they don t work, just work out.there s no way to make yourself have a growth spurt, you just have to wait for it. you may take your moms genes if they re more dominant but if you take after your dad you ll shoot up sooner or later. patience is key.
