I need to lose weight fast? -

Is 30 minutes of exercise 5 days out the week good enough to lose weight fast? -

I m in college now and I m trying to schedule my hours to workout.

Sounds fine to me. The whole point is to exercise regularly, the time that you spend is almost irrelevant. By doing something positive each day, you will be rewarded!!!

Well, 30 minutes of exercise is a good amount at a gym or something, or really doing some cardio like running or walking briskly, etc. You should try to MOVE more in the day, take the stairs, park your car further away, stand up and walk around when you are on the phone, etc. Every little bit counts. However, don t forget that losing weight is pretty much 10% exercise and 90% diet. Trust me, I know that college can screw you over in that area, so you need to be conscious of what you put in your mouth. If you can, eat at your own place. Make chicken and veggies, or soup, or salad or any kinds of foods that are low in fat. Losing weight fast is not optimal at all. Losing weight at a rate of 1-2 lbs per week is ideal, healthy, and will help to ensure you don t gain the weight you lost back and then some.

Probably won t be fast but it will help. When trying to lose weight, it takes a combination of eating better (fruits, vegetables, healthy stuff) and exercise (strength training and cardio). the biggest mistake people make when trying to lose weight is not eating enough (they starve themselves) and not strength training.

Yes...BUT you have to give 110% each and every minute of those 30 minutes! It is certainly do-able, but not with walking on a treadmill or cute little things like that. If you want to email me your goals, I can give you a good plan.I am also interested in your eating habits.

Don t worry about your weight worry about being healthy and balanced. Use your brain when you decide what to eat. Your in college so take every chance to walk places when it s safe.

NO, drinking water and milk will decrease the waist line and help curb the appetite. Also eating fiber will help drop waste weight and eating mostly protein will reduce how much you gain as well. Good luck!

Not at all...30 minutes will actually be enough only for cardio...you need at least 20 minutes doing some form of toning exercise...dont forget that abs are made in the kitchen,so watch your food intake too

It wont be FAST but its better than nothing. Make sure you eat as healthy as possible as well, if not your only maintaining weight and not losing.

How can I lose weight in 3 weeks? -

i have 2 go to a beach in a few weeks and i would like to lose weight FAST.At least lose10 pounds. how can I?????? Is there some sort of recipe or wat??pls give detailed answers :D

try exercising with cardio. Run or fast pace walk 2 miles a day I normally use a waist band that I bought from walmart for 5 to 6$ it will help you sweat more while you do your cardio. Eat light, easily digestive foods dark green leafy salads vinegarette dressing, fish , shrimp, frozen or fresh veggies lots of water no sodas. SWEAT,SWEAT, and more SWEAT.

well the safe reccomendation is to lose 2 pounds per week.try going on runs paired with a healthy diet. If you are going to be excersing lots, do not try the atkins diet because it is low carb and you need carbs for energy. Try staying away from soda, it is filled with sugar and makes you gain weight faster.Stay away from salt, it makes you retain waterTry sit ups or crunches, they will burn fat specifically on your stomachStay away from items that have more then 8% saturated fat. But you need certain fats like monounsaturated fat. Some vitamins are absorbed with certain fats. If you completly cut fats out of your diet, your body wont get all the vitamins it needs.Obviously avoid the desserts, but also try creating smaller portion sizes. Try eating salad and exercise regularly in a week , make sure you drink water 2hours before every meal and never skip breakfast, apparently its best to do excersise in the morning before you eat because it gets your metabolism going and digests food quicker. Also you should eat you fruits first before your meal like the french because that also helps you food digest better and quicker.try eating a big breakfast , a medium lunch and a light dinner , and most of all do not snack in between meals.
