Whats the best way to lose weight quickly? -
How quick is quick? If you lose weight too fast then it might not stay off. Usually you want to lose approximately 2-5 pounds per week. Continue to eat moderate portions and exercise consistently.
Cut back calories and exercise.
Good excersize, dieting plan for 19 year old? -
The Freshman 15 rears its ugly head.Just get in some regular exercise...and intensive cardio workout will do. You can look them up online. Make use of the school s fitness center and do intervals on the elliptical machine. Better yet, use the track and do some running. Whatever you do, don t get tempted by that dining hall food. Most of it is terrible for you. It will take alot of willpower to resist the temptation but just think about how great you ll look and feel in a few months.
eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. you can do just about anything for exercise. any movement that gets you breathing harder will help burn calories. go for a brisk walk, ride a bicycle, clean house, go swimming, take aerobics or rent a DVD, put on some music and dance!

Okay, you have the rest of this month and all of next month before June. I would cut out everything you know is very fattening and is just empty calories - no nutritional benefits. I m talking about pie, cake, cookies, french fries, milkshakes, candy, etc., etc. Always have breakfast- a bowl of cereal with 2% milk and no sugar- just some sliced strawberries or a banana on top, a glass of juice, and a slice of toast (whole grain or whole wheat is best), dry, or with a very small amount of margarine. If you want a snack mid-morning have fruit or maybe some cut up veggies dipped in fat free dressing. Lunch can be tuna salad made with fat free mayonnaise on whole grain bread, with lettuce. For dinner, have a big salad with lots of good veggies and some diced up ham or turkey. Chicken is a good choice also-not fried, and with the skin removed, or baked fish. Eat lots of fruits, whole grains and veggies. Try to drink 8 bottles of water a day. If you don t like plain water, buy some of those Crystal Light on-the-go packets- they are pre-measured. Just open and pour into a water bottle, and shake it up. The Raspberry ice is my favorite. Not sure what to advise you as to exercise, except to say that walking and bike riding are fun and burn calories too. Good luck, sweetie- you can do it!
If you have the ab lounge booklet that came with it and the exercising machine use those as a base line for exercises...A healthy diet would to look at Weight Watchers.... and/or South Beach.....

First off start by visiting your physician and asking them what types of diets are good for someone your age. Also cut down on sugary, greasey, cheesey foods and start eating more veggies, and whole grains. Also cutting out soda from your regular diet as well as coffee(Well, no more than one cup a day)can be a big help. As far as clothing, find clothes that fit your body type and not just everyone else s...I don t know if they have Lane Bryant stores where you live, but check them out they have some awesome styles in there! The clothing there is for larger, or curvier women. Trust me on the cutting out soda and coffee thing though, I did it for about three weeks and lost at least 15LBs. Everyone s metabolism is different, so you may want to consult your doctor and find out about your s and see if there are any tips he or she can give you. As for excersise, start off with walking/light tredmill for about 30 mins-and hour a day...keep hydrated with lots of water and iced tea throughout the day. (Try to find decaf iced teas otherwise you will have a caffine buzz.) But if you really want a GOOD diet taylored to YOU you should really talk to your doctor.

Here are a few tips;WHEN to eat for losing weight... ? Eat (at least) three times a day. Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must eat (the right things, of course) ? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.? Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try. OK, one apple after 18:00 ? Don t starve Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health. Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet. ? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.WHAT to drink for losing weight... ? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day ! Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water! This improves your bowel, reduces the hunger sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks! Don t believe the slogan water makes me fat . Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys. ? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed! Don t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions. ? Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.Exercise for losing weight... ? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good. ? When I came home from camp, I weighted 129 lbs. I used to weigh 116 lbs. My doctor told me to drink Aquafina Flavor Splash! It has no calories, 0 sugars. NOTHING!!! I drank it at least 3 or 4 times a day! Just continue to eat whatever u eat, but drink the water!!! with breakfast, lunch and dinner and in the middle of the day when ur thirsty. It totally fills u up!!! I started to drink it in OCT of last year, by the time DEC, JAN rolled in, I weight 125lbs. now I weight at least between 120-123 lbs. and i still eat junk food at school!! After I had my first child, I started doing circuit training in my living room. It s just a series short-burst (30-60 seconds) exercises with no rest in-between (to keep up your heart rate) Circuit training is the absolute best way to lose weight because it combines cardio with weight training and works out your entire body. If you go the full-body route, make sure you rest every other day. If you want a daily workout, just exercise your upper body on Monday, lower on Tuesday, abs on Wednesday, etc. (rotate) I d start out with 10-12 exercises, 30 seconds each in one circuit. If you feel you can repeat the circuit, repeat. Work your way to adding more exercises, for longer periods of time, and possibly repeating an entire circuit. The variety helps with boredom and for people who can stand to be on a treadmill for 30 minutes straight. Some of the exercises I used were:lungespush upsjump squatsbicep curlstricep extensionscrunchesreverse crunchesbicycle crunchesmountain climbersside and front arm deadliftsstair stepperstair suicides (run up the 5th step, come down; up the 6th, come down; up to the 7th, come down, etc.)cycling (exercise bike)rowing (rowing machine)running (treadmill)You ll probably need some dumbbells in 5lbs, 7lbs, 10lbs. well sounds pretty normal for a 14 year old. your body is changing... dropping baby fat and teen boys usualy eat you out of house!
