How to lose weight quickly? -

I need to lose about 30ls in about 45 days anyone have any help?

The most important component is exercise. Make yourself do several aerobic exercises each day increasing the amount each week (or however long you feel you need) and distant exercise (running jogging) is good too. Then just remember to include healthy foods (lean meats, fruits, veggies) and reduce the amount of carbs (bread, cereal, pasta, sugar) you take in. All this should result in a large amount of weight loss as long as you keep strict to it.

Drink only water and lots of it. Every time you eat, eat only half of what you usually do and eat slow it will make you feel full alot faster. Whatever you do dont starve yourself it will slow your metabolism down and thats what burns fat, and of course jog or do some kind of exercise.

get into a training program

work out late then just go straight to bed, no food afterwards...

How can I lose weight quickly!? -

I weigh about 220lbs. Right now and I am targeting to weigh like 150 or 160 lbs! Please help! Thank you :)

Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan. Eat healthy, exercise- DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! it s stupid and in the long run when you start to eat regularly again your body will preserve a lot of fat...MUCH harder to lose later in life.I swim, it s easy (for me) and fun. I do it 2 hours and a half a day (because i have tim And i m a physco path for it too) BUT just 30 mins a day or 3 times an hour would be just fine. Losing weight quickly is a bad goal. You should exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a day. Substitute chips with veggies. Don t have a goal to lose weight quickly. It takes time!

i m getting married this saturday. my (soon to be) husband and i have already started trying to concieve. i would like to loose weight before i become pregnant. maybe 15 lbs or so. how can i do this quickly. also, i hate excersise.... so please include diet tips.

my uncle lost over 30 pounds eating salad every day for lunch and i know you said no excersizing, but walk a mile EVERY MORNING when you get up, and drink LOTS of water. it really worked and i hope it works for you. limit on all the fatty foods and stick to fruits and veggies, occasional snacks are O.K, but like i said, stick to fruits and veggies

Cut the junk food, no soda, cut the sugars, eat more lean meats, and vegetables. If you want juice- go for fruit instead, juice is horible. You need to do some excercise (it will help burn the calories that you eat on a regular basis), so I d suggest starting with a half an hour walk and build it up to an hour. Just cut out sugar and fried foods from your diet, and excercise at least 30 minutes a day. You will have weight falling off you.

well you don t have much time you should have started sooner if you did you should have gone to wait watchers it really works my teacher did it and she lost 139 pounds over like a couple months so i highly recommend it!!!

Losing weight quickly is not good idea as you will put it on again just as quickly. Try moderating your diet, eat healthy foods, no take aways, do not fry food and cut down alcohol. If you do not want to exercise, by lowering your calorie intake you will lose weight.

WOW!!!! thats a tall order. All I can say is you will be very hungry for the next few days. Eat as little as possible and get you butt on the tread mill. Im not saying you will lose 15 but it will dump off quite a few

This is the huge secret...ready? Eat the serving sizes of foods, and try to have a balanced diet...fruits and vegetables, meat, grain. We all know how hard it is to stay way from sweets and fats, but just try limiting them..or eating them in a way smaller portion. Also, the dreaded exercise. Just try going for a walk, then a run, or ride your bike. People have a hard time getting into it, but once you ve started, it really helps you and it makes you feel better too. Drink plenty of water, and don t starve yourself, it will only make you eat more later. Lastly, if you re not ready to loose weight, don t try. This is a serious thing an it takes a lot of hard work and determination, if you give up, you will feel like you can never do it. But the truth is you can, so think about it. Good luck.

heyyI always excersize, and don t eat much.. but I want a 6-pack.I realize that if you barely eat anything and burn 5 gazillion morecalories than you eat.. you will lose weight.. the key is not eating less in this case but eating ENOUGH. muscle takes more calories to build up and maintain than just being thin. if you aren t eating enough you could do all the abs exercises in the world and NEVER get those abs poppin.for girls and guys:THERE IS NO ONE SINGLE EXERCISE THAT IS BEST FOR ABS. ab muscles respond best to a variety of exercises and constantly switching up your routine so they never get used to any combination of exercises. for best 6-pack potential you must be eating enough food, but not too much...there is a really fine line here. to see abs you ve got to be in between 14-18% body fat for women. so if you are above this you must use a combination of proper eating (eating 6 small meals every 2-3 hours instead of 3 squares or hardly any at all) this prevents your body from storing calories as fat and makes your body use them immediatly for fuel. in addition to proper caloric intake you must use high intensity cardio exercise (interval training works best) paired with total body weight training (include your abs workout in here too). this combo in addition to proper eating habits is a potent way to get a 6-pack. once you acheive a 6-pack you must continue to work at it otherwise you ll lose it. ab muscles are like every other muscle in your body...if you don t use it, you lose it. i think 6-packs are hot in either sex because they say a lot about your sense of self discipline and your commitment to being fit. while i m not a fan of huge body builder abs in women, i do like the more slightly defined ones because they are more feminine looking. if you are really really really interested in this subject i m going to recommend you read the abs diet by david zinczenko because its more complicated then i have room or time to write here.

To get a six pack you have to have really low body fat like in the teens. I don t think boys like six packs on girls, they might like a flat stomach, but not ripped abs.

Does anyone have suggestion for weight loss program for a girl with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)? -

Okay, I have not been officially told that I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) but I have all the symptoms and I have a sister with the condition (it is genetic). I have an extremely hard time losing weight and keeping it off. I really need help! I recently lost as much as 35 pounds but have already put 10 back on. This is so fustrating and very depressing. Can anyone suggest something for me to do that has helped you (especially if you have PCOS)? Thank you for your help.
