Weight loss tips for a busy person? -

I m 5 9 and 220lbs. I m looking to lose 20lbs by September, but I m not sure what to do.I ll be working 60 hours a week and going to school and I m not sure if I ll ever have time to do a lot of physical exercise while remaining alert and energized. I m fine with dieting, I just don t know what to eat. Please, give me some tips!

http://www.nowloss.com/ is a very good website with lots of convenient but effective exercises and dieting tips.

A low-carb diet will help burn and lose fat. There are different types of low-carb diets out there but typically, you shouldn t exceed 100 grams of carbs per day. Coupled with this, you should exercise. Since you stated you don t have too much time on your hands, I d recommend High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is a way to lose fat without losing muscle and all in 15-30 minutes a day.For example, if you like to run, you can jog for 5 minutes and then sprint for 2, the jog for another 3, then sprint for 2 etc. It looks easy, but believe me, it wears you out! Good luck!

Try to hit up the school track and run 30 minutes a day. Or run around the community. As for dieting, pretty much just cut out bad sugars. Stay away from processed foods like cheetos and fritos. Also, make a goal for yourself to do X amount of push ups and sit ups before bed. You start off with a few, and in a few weeks, you will notice a big difference.

This stuff worked for me! Lost 40lbs! It also offers a free trail if you are skeptical!http://www.acaiberryselect.com/?aid=115448

Yes and no. Yes because everyone seems to think they know something and what s good from them might not be good for someone else. And no because you can learn something new.

i tried to have a rich breakfast and it worked for me

Yes and they work.

I Need Some Help With Weight Loss? -

i m currently 15 years old, almost 16. 5 1 , and about 150 pounds. my bmi 28.3, meaning that i m overweight (obviously). i d like to get down to a healthy weight of around 115-120...and if at all possible, i d like to lose most, if not all, of this weight by Christmas when i m getting together with my entire family. but how should i go about losing this weight?i ve heard a lot about the south beach diet. a lot of people in my family tried it and had amazing results. the book says that you lose about 14 pounds in the first 2 weeks. if i stay on phase one a little longer, will i still lose a pound/day? people have told me to start with a cleansing diet before i go into an actual diet . what are some good cleansing diets out there? preferably one that only last a day or two. what should i do about exercise? i have access to a treadmill, elliptical, bike, stair climber-ish thing, bowflex and free weights. where do i start??any other weight loss tips are greatly appreciated!!also, if anyone has some good recipes for South Beach Phase 1, please send them to me. =]you are loved.

I don t think a specific Diet is a good idea. hungrygirl.com has really good low calorie recipes. Stick to diet soda, water, tea, and coffee. You don t want to drink your calories! As for excercising, just start running on the treadmile for an hour every day for like half an hour. You ll burn lots of calories and get more energized!

What is the best way to lose weight fast? -

I would like to lose a bit of weight before my graduation which is in 14 days. I don t want to lose a ton just a bit so i look slim and healthy. Any fast weight loss tips?

Try the cabbage soup diet. It is free to get the recipe and not too bad to follow.

1800 Katie CAt -Yours is a common question and there are quite a few solutions. The best one I ve found, to drop 7-10 pounds quickly to fit into a dress or drop one waist size in 10 days is the following:1. Keep it simple. Make a list of only one basic type of food that you will eat for breakfast, lunch , and dinner. You will also eat a small serving of your favorite fruit in between meals. For example, for the next ten days I will only eat one packet of Kashi brand vanilla flavored oatmeal with fat-free milk for breakfast.Three hours later, eat 1 fruit serving. After another 3 hours, for lunch, I ll eat deli turkey slices in a low carb wrap with fat-free cheese.Continue the eat every three hours plan with another fruit serving. For dinner, I ll eat 2 Boca Burgers Vegan veggie burgers with fat-free cheese, again in a wrap.2. Drink lots of water for the next ten days; definitely more than the usual 4-6 glasses a day. The trick is to drink a lot of water to help flush out your body s toxins and so you can feel as healthy as possible during this 10 day phase. If you get dehydrated, you will fail. 3. Power walk or run for 30 minutes. If you don t easily lose 7-10 pounds in 10 days with this diet I ll take a bite out of the corner of my laptop screen!

Here I will be listing many points for people who want to make diet and lose maybe more waste of their body and loose water. See water and food that remains in stomach add weight and if it is not removed within each day it will add weight, if you had a dinner, lunch and breakfast and you hadn t removed any food waste (not urine)that mean your weight will accumulate and add up. And that mean your colon movement of pushing food downward is not that quick. You could say your stomach start acting whenever it want to lose and wherever it want. The best thing to loose the food waste is cutting out food. Drink lemon without adding sugar, because lemon contain many good vitamin and it is the best for the food that is stucked within your stomach (in which it help burn fat stick on stomach wall)i advice you drinking lemon on morning because when you walk by then it will shrink fat slowly and slowly. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (not all at once). Don t drink soft drinks ! Soft drinks have TONS of carbs. Your body wants to burn carbs first, so don t give it carbs and you ll see a difference in 2 weeks. Eat low carb foods. Meats, cheese, eggs. Mix it in with some salad with moderate amount of dressing. Stay away from candy, pasta, bread, and most of all soft drinks. You can get the small packs that you add to the water to make it taste good at the grocery store (get the low carb flavor packs).

If you wanna use some extra pills or whatever, use always natural stuff..That s the most important thing.. Because chemicals may affect quickly but after a while you may have some side effects of them..The only thing that I can say.. Use only natural things..Lots of natural pills on the internet.. take a free trial..

Eat good foods but the right foods. I highly recommend the site below to target your needs.

Any Weight Loss Tips For Me? -

I want to lose about 20 pounds in 9 months and i need some tips.Maybe snacks you eat or any exercise that will help loose belly fat and tone my thighs and legs?Anything will help!By the way i have a treadmill and an ab lounge, and was thinking of getting one of those big bouncy balls.Would the ball help out with anything too?Has anyone tried it?

Hi,Traditional fat burning exercise programs typically don t even mention strength training workouts in their instructions because most trainers and clients don t understand how strength training will help fat loss. Even if your fat loss program does recommend strength training, it s likely that you ve been told to use the ineffective and outdated method of high reps and low weight (which does NOT burn fat!).Regardless of your leg, butt, hip, thigh and tummy goals from fat/flab/cellulite reduction to firming, slimming, building, toning, lifting and sculpting. The right combination of exercise variables will give you much better results in a shorter amount of time. Combine these variables improperly and youll just keep spinning your wheels, with no results to show for your efforts. Just a lot of frustration, anger and wasted energy.Youll make dramatic improvements in your worst trouble spots and most stubborn problem areas if you do simple, yet carefully structured, bodyweight exercises (no weights no machines) which combine all three types of muscle movement: Concentric, Eccentric and Isometric. This is a crucial factor for man and women that cannot be addressed with typical weight and machine type exercise programs. The only way to combine these for maximum results and SAFETY is by focusing on bodyweight type exercises. Because its basically impossible to achieve this when using weights and machines.I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very happy with how I look, although I have slimmed down a lot, but I still look like I m pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just feel and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldnt reach my goal. It is enough to make anyone frustrated.A month ago a friend introduced me a workout program. I was skeptical at first that this would work by itself. Targeted weight loss is quite tough, some would say impossible, but it definitely does produce results. I have lost 20 lbs in four weeks plus 3 inches from my stomach and even my legs are much more slimmer then before. If you are wondering that this program is too good to be true then get your FREE copy of The Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Enhancement e-Guide at the source below. You will not regret it! And your body will thank you for it.

Hey,I found http://www.getslimandsexy.com/ and you should check it out.It has many great exercises that I use and it definitely helped me loose my goal of 40 pounds in 2 weeks.http://www.getslimandsexy.com/

this is one of the most reasonable diets ive seen asked...well if u have that ball u could use it to do crunches to work ur abs and as a snack i recommend eating granola bars and tons of fruits and vegetables! also u need to eat chicken and fish to get proteins.

Don t eat unhealthy stuff.Find a way that will get you on the treadmill every day.I personally LOVE by bouncy balls (have 2) and I think that they are the best way to destress.

weightloss disc works for me! Would you like to try it some time? it should be fun!check it out http://www.weightlossdisc.com

Weight Training Tip #1: Goal SettingInch-by-inch life is a sinch. Yard-by-yard life is hard. Treat your goal setting the same way. Do not expect to be on the cover of Mens Health by next summer. Decide how much muscle weight you wish to achieve in three months. Six months and one year. Decide where you wish to finish and work backwards. If you wish to gain 50 pounds by the end of the year, than create a game plan that allows to gain at least one pound per week.Weight Training Tip #2: CommitmentThe only reason you will fail is if you are not truly committed to your goals. Do your homework and find a weight training program ideal for your specific goals and situation. Study the program fully prior to commencing. Comprehend every detail of the program and if you dont, contact the author of the program to ensure you have no excuse to misunderstand or perform the workout incorrectly. After you chosen a program, take responsibility for your decision and follow it to its full completion. Do not try it out for three weeks and than say, Its not working and try another program. This will create a failures attitude and begin the deadly bad habit of program hoppingWeight Training Tip #3: EducationHow much do you really know about building muscle? Lets put it this way, if you had to teach someone else how to transform their body in the next twelve weeks, could you help them? Never mind, could you transform your body in the next twelve weeks? If not, you probably do not know enough about how your body works from a training, nutrition and recovery stand point. Order a book, visit a reputable website and find out everything you must know, about proper weight training, before you start the guessing game.Weight Training Tip #4: Proper TechniqueYou wouldnt try and drill your teeth? You wouldnt try and do your own taxes? You wouldnt try and fix your own car? Assuming you have no expertise in dentistry, accounting or automotive repairs. So why would you try and teach yourself proper weight training technique? It boggles my mind why so many people across North America sign up for a gym membership and jeopardize the health of their tendons, ligaments and joints with the attitude of I think Ill try it on my own, or My friend is going to teach me, or I am self taught from watching others Do not be cheap and leave your ego at the door and hire a reputable fitness trainer who can teach you proper weight training technique.Weight Training Tip #5: ProgressionIll say this again. Inch-by-inch life is a sinch. Yard-by-yard life is hard. Approach each workout with this attitude. Your bench press does not need to go up twenty pounds in the first week. But just imagine your bench press went up consistently 2.5-5 pounds every week for the next year? That would some serious muscular and strength gains! Your goal is to simply out do yourself from workout-to-workout, week-to-week. Whether you do one extra rep, one extra set, a extra 2.5 pounds or a shorter rest period, these are are measurable signs of weight training progress.

Try to pay attention to your psychological state of mind. We have the tendency to mimic what we did yesterday. It has been programmed in our brains for millions of years. For example, when we were cavesmen, we subconciously remembered how much we ate the day befoe to survive this day. Therefore, the same amount of food would be consumed to survive another day. You can use this principle to trick your body system. In your case, you may want to slowingly curtail the amount of food intake for several days until you reach a realistic level. Then, use that level as a reference and maintain the level from there on. However, it should be emphasized that the level must be realistic. Take an extreme example, if the level drops to a starvation degree, a few days later, you may suddenly reverse your course and end up in a binge. Again, this has been programmed in us since we were cavesmen. In the prehistoric days, when our bodies felt deprived of food and when food was suddenly found, we would subconciously store more food in our bodies to prepare for possible lack of food in the future.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry outa plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionallybalanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity. I found useful informations at http://imfit4life.com

Drink lots of water. Eat fresh vegies and fruit. Exercise often. When you feel hungry, don t reach for an unhealthy snack, brush your teeth or have a glass of water or milk.
