How to lose weight in your theighs fast? -

i wanted to loss weight for a long time, now.my legs are huge, and i just wanted to know what i could do to make them smaller? i wanted to get a falt stomache. Does anyone have anyways that could help me?

No matter where you want to lose weight, the process is the same - consume fewer calories and do more aerobic exercise. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. i heard P90X is a home training video that actually works! How to lose weight if you work out for 30 minutes a day? -

What kind of things can i do for half an hour a day to lose wieght?????????Thanks

Hi there,I think you might be getting a little mixed up with what you want exactly. You say that you want to lose weight but that means you might want to get rid of some muscle too. You then say that you d like to shape (I d call it tone) your body a little which implies you want to build some muscle. I m not trying to pick at your question - I just want to clarify the point for you.To answer it in the best way, I am going to look at it as if you want to get rid of fat AND build muscle at the same time. If you re looking to trim and tone your body, and espectially because you suggest you are not that overweight, I would suggest you start performing more intensive aerobic exercises such as jogging. I wouldn t think you need to change the whole way you eat or go on a diet because if you re wanting to build muscles - it s better to do it all with exercise.Exercises like jogging won t exactly build your muscles on your stomach but they will help reduce the extra fat around there. Depending on how fit you are, you should go on daily or bi-daily jogs of around a mile. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles. These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. To start to see a real difference with sit-ups, you should be looking to do no more than 100 every day (more than that will often hurt your muscles). If you stick to doing those two forms of exercise - jogging and sit-ups, you should see real improvements in a week or two. Remember, you should do them as often as you can (I.E every single day).- Healthy life every day!

It s been a while since I did it, but I think the Body for Life program is designed to be completed in 30-45 minutes per day. I think it s broken up into 3 days of training cardio and then 3 days of weight training. The last day is a rest day. It s pretty intense training, but the results are amazing if you can stick with it.

Hang a mirror opposite your seat at the table. One study found that eating in front of mirrors slashed the amount people ate by nearly one-third. Seems having to look yourself in the eye reflects back some of your own inner standards and goals, and reminds you of why you re trying to lose weight in the first place.

Anyone looking for a weight loss pill should really consider the Acai Berry. Many people claim to have lost 40-50 pounds in a couple months while using Acai. 60 Minutes and Oprah have even featured it on their shows. Dr. Oz said it is a Super Food and is full of vitamins and anti-oxidents.

Find ways other than eating to express love, tame stress, and relieve boredom. For instance, you might make your family a photo album of special events instead of a rich dessert, sign up for a stress-management course at the local hospital or take up an active hobby, like bowling.

How to lose weight and what to eat? -

I am 6 2 and 270lbs and 21 years old. I am looking to lose weight but I m not sure what to eat, as well as which exercises to do. Any tips on what weight I should be at my age and how to lose this weight?

1) Create a caloric deficit in your diet. Nothing too drastic, ~500 calories. Split these among 5-6 meals per day, eating every 3 hours or so. EAT BREAKFAST!2) Keep your diet around 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat. I ve used 50/30/20 as well. I like 40/40/20 because of the increased protein to keep feeding the muscle. Make sure you re getting plenty of lean meats (chicken, tuna, salmon), complex carbs (whole grains esp), good fats (nuts, etc)3) A few rounds of cardio a week. Either 30 minute interval sessions or 45-60 minute of steady-state cardio like biking or jogging.4) Weight Training is a MUST to keep lean muscle on, plus it does far more to crank up your metabolism than cardio! Muscle burns more fat, so the more you have, the more you burn 24x7.5) Drink WATER! 8-10 glasses per day.The best reference I ve found for fat loss (and the one I ve used myself) is Tom Venuto s Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.

Losing weights is never an easy thing to do. Commitment is one of the key factors to losing weight. If you are serious about losing weight you need to stay serious. Realize that the weight will not come off right away(you did not gain it over night so it will not come off over night). Eating right is the absolute biggest factor to losing weight. Now eating right does not mean you need to starve yourself, infact, that is the worst thing you can do!!! Try eating more organic foods because they are not processed and are healthier for your body. You also need to include exercise in your daily tasks. Start out small. You don t have to be a marathon runner. This lady, Rose Cole, helped me lose 40 pounds after I had been trying for years. I have kept it off for three years now and I feel amazing. She has some amazing articles and videos that would be extremely beneficial to helping you reach your goal!! Good luck!!! Make sure to check out my source(that is rose cole s website with all the helpful videos and articles!!!!!)

Keep it simple. Eat 6 small meals rather than 3 big ones. For each meal, eat some protein. Skip all white foods (bread, potatoes, pasta). Drink 8 glasses of cold water a day. Your body burns calories as it heats the water up. For exercise, walk or run at least 45 minutes a day, no exceptions. Do weight bearing exercises such as squats, push-ups and ab crunches 3 times a week.

1. No one can tell you what weight you re supposed to be at, and anyone that claims to is an idiot. Each person s body has an ideal weight it will be at if you treat it right. For example, I was 160lbs and a size 12 when I went to Marine boot camp. After boot camp, I was 160lbs an a size 6. Any doctor would tell you that I m obese at 5 7 for being a 160lb woman, but when I got sick and went down to 145-150 range, I could see my RIBCAGE. Yet they tell me I should be 120. It s completely stupid, and thankfully other people are catching on.2. Losing weight is all about treating your body right. We ll buy nice clothes, add cool things to our vehicles, and improve the looks of our homes, but many people neglect their bodies by being inactive and feeding themselves junk. Would you go to into your mother s home and cover it in grease, corn syrup, and random food colorings? No? Then why do that to your body? So how do you treat your body right? All you need to do is feed it good (aka, natural) foods and exercise regularly. People tend to flock to cadio, just the treadmill for just 20 minutes, but the reality is that not only do you need weight training and something to improve overall wellness like yoga, but using the treadmill for only 20 minutes is a bad idea. Not only do you do less work (and thus burn fewer calories) because the moving belt helps you along, but I don t know where this 20 minute figure came from. 20 minutes is great for interval training, but people are barely jogging and think they re good. It s not rocket science, it s just a chance in perception. Do what s best for your body, and it ll happily respond. If you want specifics, you can always email me.

How can i get rid of man boobs? -

I m 15, weight around 162lbs and have body fat percentage of 15.79%. I cut soda and fast food and when I want soda I just drink propel. Today I started running 30 min on my treadmill for 5 mph and I lost 193 calories so far. School is about to start and I m trying my absolute best to look good. Any suggestions to get rid of man boobs and some weight loss tips??? THANK YOU P.S I m going to start running for 30 min everyday

Weight loss, to make it as simple as possible, is all about Calories In Calories Out. Burn more calories than you take in, and your body will have to use fatty deposits and some muscle tissue for fuel.As you re 15, I d also recommend you do somebody-weight exercises, pushups, tricep dips, pullups, things of that nature. Weight training not only helps to burn more calories throughout the day by increasing your metabolism, but by making muscles bigger, you ll tighten up the area, making moobs less obvious.Diet is also a major factor, arguably more important than the training. Pretty much don t eat junk, so giving up soda etc. is a good start. Work out a healthy eating plan with your mum, and make sure to give yourself a treat day once per week where you can have something you really enjoy. Now that s not to say you use this day to scoff 4 pizzas, 6 burgers, 3 gallons of soda etc., just keep it reasonable. It lets you remember that you re human, and gives you something to work towards. In the end, there are no SAFE methods for massive weight-loss. Lose it gradually, and you ll have a better chance of it staying off. A lot of people can drop a ton of weight in a stupidly short space of time, and then bounce right back and put it all back on again. Waste of time.Start training now, while you re young, and by the time you re 18 and off to College, or finding a job, you ll be dripping in bitches.

How to lose weight and keep it off if overweight? -

I weigh around 300 pounds @ 18 years old and am about 5 11. What would be the best way to lose weight and keep it off? I have tried to eat less during the day and do more exercise but that does not seem to do anything :(. How long do noticeable results usually take?

Have you treid the Lil Jack workout video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr

The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to have a simple, daily regimen. You can t expect miracles, and you have to stick with the program! All it really takes is strong will- power. You need to remind yourself that being overweight is unhealthy and can cause you to have a lot of problems throughout your lifetime. Eating the normal 5 times a day (3 big meals and 2 snacks), and exercising daily will definitely give you awesome results in the long run!

I m using this method right now to lose weight:1) always eat breakfast, or else your stomach will hurt while exercising2) do 2000 jumping jaxs everyday while naked (While exercising, it s always best to wear as little clothing as possible because that way, it s easier to sweat3) after every 100 jumping jaxs always wait a few minutes so the sweating can begin4) NEVER eat cheese (ultra fat) while on the diet5) (i never tried this) never consume anything white while on the diet6) never eat past 6:00

My wife started using Herbalife products off the website below. In her first month she lost 33 inches total(they measure 4 different areas) and about 16lbs. People actually started to notice after that first month and had to ask what was working for her. They have an herbal tea that has the main ingredient, concentrated green tea, which helps to burn off excess cellulite from that past years of bad eating habits. Also this can help to speed up a sluggish metabolism that causes most people not able to lose weight without a lot of exercise. My basic plan is to take the healthy meal shakes (like cookies and cream, or chocolate) that taste good and keeps you full, then have whatever you want to eat for dinner. You want some pizza, go for it!If you are not comfortable with a personal coach to help you through the process, I would recommend a good whole food type of multivitamin to start with. Eat sensible meals and portions with some exercise. Sticking to something that works, and leaves you feeling good is best. Most of us consume 2-3 times the recommended portion of food. Best of luck to your goals.

I used to be in your shoes so I know what it is like. The best advice I can give you is to join a gym and learn as much as you can about healthy eating. Don t be too hard on yourself and give yourself time to change. It s not easy but if you re determined and you work as hard as you can, you ll get there. If you can t join a gym, start eating smaller meals but more of them spread across the whole day. Use skim milk, no butter etc. Eat LOTS of veggies and make sure you eat good protein like lean chicken and fish. Don t always eat low fat treats as they are usually full of sugar. Try fruits and yogurt if you have a sweet tooth. Don t starve yourself, it ll only make it harder for you to lose weight in the long run.As for exercise... Try walking at a quick pace for half an hour and then work it up to an hour over time. You should be able to have a conversation at that pace but unable to sing. Cycling is really good too, great for burning fat. Good Luck!

The million dollar question. I have known a lot of people who battle with excess weight. Have seen them ruin their health by doing insane crash diets, swallow pills and concotions sold on TV promising the perfect body, only to cause irreversible damage to their health, not to mention throwing away their hard earned money.I have noticed that the safest and most productive method of loosing weight is by visiting a dietitian. Am not sure if that s the proper name for the kind of physician. In the first session, he examins you, taking into account your height, age, and body. He talks with you, getting to know your eating habits, what foods you like or dislike, getting to know your daily routine, can you cook every day, do you eat out a lot, etc.He then creates a unique menu for you with many many alternatives per meal based on what you enjoy eating, and what is convenient for you to prepare or find in a resteraunt. This is a costly procedure as you have to visit him every once in a while to see your progress. The visits are part of the program based on the psycological part of the diet. I ve paid money, if I break my diet it will all go to waste ..... I have to see him next week and he ll be disappointed if I haven t lost anything ... etc. However, I do know some people who went once, got the diet in their hands and never returned. They followed it properly and lost a lot of weight. My point is that everyone I know who did this kind of diet lost a lot of weight. As for regaining it, the same applies for any sucessfull diet.... eat like a poor man, live like a king. If you eat properly, avoid junk food and excess sugar intake, and exercise, you should keep your new and very health body intact. If you dono have the money to go to a dietitian, perhaps you could find out how much the first visit costs, and save up little by little?

It takes time to reprogram your metabolism. You have to go on a no sugar, low carbohydrate diet. It will take at least 1 month before you start seeing some results. Do not try to reduce your intake extensively, just eat more vegetable and very small amount of oil. Be patient, it will happen. Do not lose more than 6-8 pounds a month. Do light exercise like walking for 1 hour, 3 times a week. Eat 5-6 times a day but smaller amounts. Fruits for 3 of them.

the gym , it ALWAYS works. dont try going on a diet , thats just really plain out stupid. if you really wanna lose this weight you gotta do it yourself . you got yourself in tht position so get yourself out of it. eat a lot , but eat less portions. like say u have a sandwhich , only eat half of it and it the other have in anothr 2 hours or so.exercise , if you go to a gym run off the running machines for 2 hours straight. make a playlist on your ipod if u have one for working out . make sure its atleast 30-40 songs. wait until u finished the songs then move onto something else. then do the same thing over but put it on shuffle. i hope this helps.

go to the gym alot or get a job in construction (i am 15 but i work with my uncle insulating houses and i was 180 pounds and after 2-3 weeks i now weigh 158 pounds (hard to believe but when you work you sweat and when you sweat you loos ssome weight) or there is a fun way to do it too lol get a nintendo wii and get wii fit (it works really good) i hope ive helped !! =) but try it

Hello there! Please read my whole post and don t brush me off as somebody trying to sell you products... I truly do care and want to help!I am an Independent Herbalife Distributor and Personal Wellness Coach. Herbalife is more of a lifestyle change and not just a crash diet. It involved complete, balanced nutrition so that your body is actually losing weight the right way, and not because you re starving it of certain nutrients and vitamins that it requires. Compared to a lot of programs out there, they are really affordable and I broke down the cost of a month s supply, and it comes out to about $3.50 a meal... which isn t bad at all!Lastly, it works. My aunt was over 300 lbs for 20 years. She started Herbalife a couple years ago. She lost 150+ pounds and has kept it off for over a year now. I could go on with more success stories, but then I sound like a nut!ANYWAY ... IF you would like more information, I d LOVE to help out! My email is VitalityAvenue@gmail.comHope this helped!-Lindsay

you need to consume less calories than your burning, and exercise for at least 45 minutes a day, it may not be a huge difference but you should lose around 2-3 lbs. a week, so in a month you should lose around 8-12 lbs. a month, just stick with a healthy diet and an intense workout regiment

it depends join a health club that will help

god made you the way you are i am sure you look perfect:]

for one any soda or fast food that you eat- don t. after about a month of no soda I dropped an easy 20 lbs. secondly before you even start, create a support group for yourself.people that you talk to on a very regular basis, people that you will listen to. it would be even better if you were able to get someone that would workout with you. a great example is a health club, but if you don t have money for that, find some good friends who will ask about it everyday and stand there and watch you workout if they have to.it is extremely hard to do something like this by yourself, you do it for a week or 2 then you slip a little, then a little more, then you fall flat.also keep a record of what you eat and how much exercise you doyou be able to control you eating better if you can actually see how much you eat in a dayfrom recent articles that i have read, general consensus is to work out an hour a day to burn enough calories to make a differenceif your not exercising now, start off slow and build to that hour, don t just jump into it or you may hurt yourself.one idea I always keep in mind, is that if your not sweating then your prolly not working hard enoughdieting will never ever work, people diet for a period of time, weight loss is something most everone wants for a long time if not the end of their days. so your eating habits have to become a way of life and not a diet.that don t mean you can t eat good tasting foods, just don t binge on them,if you go to a steakhouse and you want a steak, get one, just don t order that largest one they have, get the smaller one and split the chili cheese fries into a smaller portion, say half for example and take em home in a doggy bag for the next day.and drink tons of watermake a rewards system for yourself, don t use food as a reward, instead go somewhere fun and do an activitydon t reward yourself too often though or it becomes pointless and easya good way to do some of this, if your still in high school go out for a sport, don t worry about getting playing time, work on picking up the life lesson the coaches are trying to teach, plus you ll get mandatory exercise and people to help you complete goalsonce you realize that this won t be a walk in the park, it gets easier because you ll quit fighting yourself about doing what needs donehope that helps

waist line: Before - 35 (age 13-14) Now - 27 1/2 - 28 (just turn 22)height: 5 8 weight: don t careFirst of all, the only permanent solution to weight problem is to change your LIFESTYLE. Temporary diet + exercise = TEMPORARY boost of self-esteem and look. The only way (and I mean it) to lose weight is to EAT healthy food and healthy AMOUNT of food and make d-a-m-n sure that you burn more calories than you eat. Forget the pill. (Ok, some drugs do help lose weight, like Alli, but NO pill in the world will give you a healthy lifestyle) I lost weight and kept them off without using any drug. Diet: I can tell you my diet, but ultimately nobody can create the best diet plan that suit your lifestyle but you. No commercial diet plan will work as well as your own concussion. Start by 1.) cutting back fatty food (no brainer), 2.) EAT non-processed food like whole apple (these foods are harder to digest and thus make you feel full longer) NO canned fruits, 3.) explore alternatives. For example: White rice - wild rice or brown rice, pasta - shirataki (japanese tofu noodle) or clear noodle, daily cheese - veggie cheese (any mega-mart has it)Exercise: The best, easiest, no-cost-to-you exercise is walking or jogging. Running is for athlete, not for losing weight. Begin by drinking lots of water 2-3 hrs before exercise. When exercising, warming up your muscle (stationary jog) + stretch for 3-4 minutes -- begin walking slowly for 3-4 minutes -- walking as fast as you can (not run, not jog) for 3-4 minutes -- repeat 2nd step again. Repeat this cycle for 20-30 minutes a day (you can begin with 15-20) for a couple day at a time, then rest on the 3rd day. Once your muscle begin to get use to with exercise, the pain will subside, and you can do 30+ everyday. There is a whole logical, scientific explanation for this, but in the nutshell your body BURNS FAT when you need to use energy slowly and continuously (walking), but BURNS SUGAR when you need to use energy fast (running), which result in feeling more hungry and eat more afterward. Plus, by making body converting fat to energy *regularly*, there will be metabolized waste in your blood, which your kidney will naturally get rid off them --- meaning you literally pee your fat away! Also, try to walk outside in the sun whenever possible (with a bottle of water) to help with sweating - burn more calorie.IF you do it right, you can see the result as little as within a month or two, but don t counting down the day. It s something that you do today, forget about it, and just look forward to do it again tomorrow. I did not realize that I lost weight until I noticed that need to move my belt-hole. Just for your curiosity: my diet plan today is very flexible and limited due to college. Though I eat whatever I want, these are my main foods that I anker on (just from the top of my head)Fruit: green apple (it s my grab-and-go food), orange, strawberry. a bowl of salad (w/ low-fat dressing) once a day or more, Daily: fat-free or 2% milk, soy milkTips: drink a bowl of clear soup before dinner. Sushi: California roll or veggie roll, sometimes spicy shrimp roll...most of other kind has fatty dressing..avoid! I m asian, but I don t eat sushi with raw fish.P.S. - You can only get rid of FAT molecules in your fat cells, but you can never get rid of the fat cells. That s what I mean by lifestyle changing, as soon as you stop exercise, you will gain weight more easily than the first time. This is because you already created the fat cell from gaining weight at the first time.P.S.S. - The beginning is the hardest. Once you get used to with diet and exercise - maintaining it will not be a big deal. This is the best investment you will probably make in your life so start now. I hope I enlightened you a bit. Sorry about long post and grammar. Good luck.

How to lose weight in arms and legs? -

I need to tone my body and lose weight. It s really easy for me to lose weight in my stomach, but for some reason I can t seem to do anything for my arms and legs. What should I be doing? Which machines should I use to work out?

Dumbells usually work well to tone up the arms some simple bicep and tricep type curls work well for toning your legs try leg extensions on a machine and like leg lifts and squats. good luck!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I hear you can t really do spot-specific weight loss, you just have to lose weight in general, through diet and exercise. I would recommend weight training to tone your arms and legs though, like a bicep curl machine for arms, or any leg-related weight machine.

Your Body chooses where you can loss fat. No matter what you do. but here is an article i wrote to help you.Pick me as the best :)This is an universal Answer for all interested in Weight GAIN or Weight LOSS.I will break it down the best I can if you have any questions please feel free to contact me any time.1.) Food Intake, about 60-70% of your goal. Law of thermo dynamics. Energy in = Energy out. Also c=c Calories in = Calories out. This means if you expend the same amount of calories you intake you will stay the same.Problems: if you take in to little way under your caloric intake level you will start storing the food that you do eat as fat.If you eat way over you caloric intake level you will gain fat.It takes 3500c to burn 1lb of fat.So if you put your self in a deficit of 500c per day you will loss about a 1lb of fat per week in theory. Now for all of you wondering about carbs, proteins, and fats. All are good for you a calorie is a calorie; some people will argue the fact. But I have one question for you all. Is this not true? C=C if this is a true Law in science. It is what it is.Simple carbs vs Complex carbs. Once a carb is broken down your body either stores it as energy or uses it as you expend energy. Stored energy is fat. The best way to expend your energy and not store so much is Resistance training. This goes for women also. Dont worry about getting big and balky women.Regarding bulking up, LOVE your chicken and rice. Everyone needs to eat 6x a day. It speeds up your metabolize. The main difference between weight loss and weight gain should be Calories. I cant tell you how much to eat because it would be based off of your body fat, and Muscle mass. Plus your activity level. I would say on an average 3000- 5000c per day. On an average most people gain fat along with muscle. I on an average go on a 10-20 lb gain in 3 months and then cut up. Most people ave 1-2 solid lbs of muscle per month. Dont give up if you dont think you are gaining fast enough. Give it a sold six month and if you eat 3000+ cal per month you will gain.2.) Cardio, 10% of weight loss goal. For weight gain. Tread mill inclined 15, speed walk up hill. Helps developed muscle along with keeping your heart strong.Number one problem with cardio I see people doing is the same thing over and over. You really need to change it up. Let say stay with one thing 1. Tread mill. For 3-6weeks. Start slow and progress. Dont do everything you know in one work out. Dont do tread mill, classes, bike, cross trainer, row all in the same day 3 time a week. You are going to run into a steep plateau. Stick to one or at the most two things no longer then an hour maybe 1.5 hrs. If you dont feel like you are getting a work out in that amount of time you need to switch it up. For example look at the difference between a sprinter and a long distance runner. Most long distance runner a pretty fatty, there bodies have to rely on stored fat/energy. Dont over do the cardio.3.) Supplements, I believe most weight loss supplement are placebos. As for weight gaining or supplements to supplement meals.Let say you need to get 6 meals a day. Break fast, lunch, dinner, (3). Now you need 3 other meals Fruit. Apple, Bar with 200c or so.Or a shake. Juice it up make shakes from 200c to 1000c. Unless you are a body builder or have some kind of medical issue, stick to trying to understand your natural foods and tracking calories. When you start going to supplements and understanding the complexity of wild pants and how they may affect you, you probably skip the underlined goal.4.) Resistance training, 20-30% of your goal. Women, women, women. ? You need to do this. Every lbs of muscle you have on your body on an ave burns about 10-15c per day extra. Fat doesnt burn Cal. Once you are lean it is easier to stay lean. I would recommend everyone to read a body building mag. Like Flex or anything like that. This is would take to long to explain, but here is something to think about. When you work out your (1) (Back) a primary muscle, you are also working out your (biceps) secondary muscle. So why not work them out in the same day. Same goes for (2) (Chest) a primary muscle and (Triceps) secondary muscle. Last but not least you dont want to look like those people with chicken legs (3) Legs. I also like to do abs (core) everyday. There is 3 days of working out. Now dont forget to switch it up in about 2-3 months you dont want to plateau.5.) Personal Trainer. They are great; make sure that they are certified. I recommend by NASM.First get your endurance up. Then have them show you how to use the machines. Ect.If you have the money, it is highly recommended. They will get you to your goal quicker.I would recommend 3x a week for 6 months. They ave about $50 per session. It is worth a life time of happiness and it will show in everything you do.Please take all this as its worth, recommendation, If you are all wondering, One of my greatest accomplishments was helping a lady who was 43, hypo thyroid, loss over 200lbs. Dr. told her she would never loss her weight because of her hypo. Also helped a guy rehab whos Dr. said he would never walk again, Not only does he walk he is a trainer sharing his story around the us. Nothing is imposable if you have the drive and desire.Feel free to contact me blinkoc@yahoo.com
