How to lose weight in your face and neck? -

I don t have a fat face or a fat neck, I just have a real fear of getting them. Shallow and vain I know, but I ll do what I can to prevent it. Any exercise or diet plans I can follow to make sure I don t get podgey in any of these areas?

i think you would look fine how you are, but since you think you want to be a runway model (and good for you for knowing what you want!) then i would focus on losing weight slowly. it will take longer, but since you re only 14 it won t really affect your dream of being a model. try cutting calories and doing more aerobics. also, you should try yoga and/or using light weights. using weights won t make you bulky as long as you use light ones and just do more reps. this and yoga and stretching will make you look more long and lean and the weights will also help tone you up. good luck modeling!

Any weight loss tips? -

I m slightly overweight as I m 15 and a size 12 (UK) .Last summer I was so desperate to lose weight that I stopped eating and making myself sick whenever I did eat. It work and I dropped 3 dress sizes, but I realised it wasn t the way to lose it and my health began to suffer. With the help of my friends I got better again but put on a lot of weight in the process of starting to eat again. Now I feel like I am too fat and want to lose weight. I ve tried dieting and working out but it hasn t had much effect. My parents who don t know about the problems I had last summer keep nagging me about my weight and saying well u lost all that weight last year so it can t be that hard . I m trying very hard not to be tempted by what may seem the easy option . Has anyone got any tips for weight loss that could help me? It will be much appreciated

Good for you for doing 30m of cardio, but if you are taking in more calories every day than you are burning running on the treadmill, you have to make some changes. Little things that can help - replace your computer chair with an excerise ball, take the stairs instead of the elevator, don t skip meals (and make them healthy meals), fidget (belive it or not tapping your foot or clenching your butt while you sit burns more calories than just sitting still).
