I want to lose weight really fast and easy? -

LIke i want to lose a lot before i go back to school and before i go school shopping But I love to eat and I im kinda lazy, So im trying to figure out how to lose weight, I will exercises im just not seeing any progress. I just want to see results right away?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Good luck with that. There are a couple of things that are in your way and you know what they are. LAZY and LOVE TO EAT. There are only two thing you can do to lose weight and there is nothing else.1. Move more2. Eat lessThat is it. If you are lazy like YOU stated then you have a problem with number 1. You have to fix this first. If you love to eat, like YOU stated then you have a problem with number 2.The way I see it you only have two problems to fix and you are good to go.Again, good luck with that.

Take action on the info I will share with you and you will see results! There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible. The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don t count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I m at my goal weight now. Please check out my blog, I think you will enjoy the information and my weight loss story. The link is below and best of luck hon.

what you can do but its kind of intense is only eat (or drink i guess) soup, juice, water, tea and smoothies. no citrus fruit though. do that for a week or as long as you can and you will see results

live on fruits and exercise only

How to lose weight easily? -

Im 15 stone and a quite a bit of it is muscle but ive still got a belly on me. I dont have alot of money to spend on weight loss stuff. I just need some advice on what to do. thanks:)

If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you ll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. Use a calorie calculator - http://calorieneedscalculator.com The number you get from this tool is what your body burns on a daily basis. To lose weight, simply eat less. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don t think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.Don t make all of these changes at once or you won t be able to properly adjust to them. Generally, eating healthier foods will decrease your calorie intake. Compare a doughnut to an apple and you ll see that healthy foods are lower in calories. You can find some more information at the Beginner s Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com

Sorry. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS LOSING WEIGHT EASILY!!!!There are a hundred questions a day on how to lose weight. Please look around. Everyone loses weight the same way!!

It sounds like you re already getting good exercise, so that s already half of it. I worked with a trainer for a few months and rather then having me on a strict special diet (because those are hard to stick to anyways) He advised me to just cut our soda and any fried foods. Going on a strict special diet for one.. may be expensive, two... may be hard to stick to, and three... you may not get all the food and fuel you need for your active lifestyle. Cutting out soda and fried foods alone (fries, chips, doughnuts, etc.) You can still eat most of things you love, and you ll start to lose that extra belly! :-)

How to lose weight????????? -

I need to shed fat and build muscle. I weigh in every week and I m in a competition, so it really counts for something. It s twelve weeks and I have about 80 lbs to lose total. (I know that I won t lose 80 lbs in 12 weeks but I need to get a good jumpstart on it in that amount of time)

I know you probably don t like running (who does), but it is the most efficient way of exercise to build muscle and burn fat. One trick I use when I m trying to cut down on what I eat is that I can only have the equivalent of one serving each of any of the food I eat, apart from fruit and veges. That way I can t eat too much because I don t have that much of a variety of food in my fridge. Also, I found that dinner was the meal that I was putting on the most weight from. Not only was dinner a much bigger meal than any other for my family, but it was always a lot higher in calories - since rice, potatoes, bread, etc are good sources of energy, but also therefore high in calories. I found that it was actually better in the long run to start eating afternoon tea because then I wasn t so hungry for dinner. They say that there s no secret food trick when dieting, but I disagree. I think that everyone has a different trick. For instance, I find that when I eat a certain type of food which I haven t eaten in a while then it fulls me up for a very long time, probably because my body is trying to remember how to digest it lol.Don t deprive yourself of food when you are genuinely hungry, because then your body will go into survivor mode and will save any food that you do eat as fat, because it doesn t know when the next meal is coming from. You should eat something small every three hours.Drink lots of water, since our bodys often give us the same message for both hunger and thirst. Water has no calories, so don t worry that it will make you gain weight. What some people don t seem to realise is that chocolate doesn t neccesarily = fat, and apples don t neccesarily = skinny. By all means, eat the chocolate - but then that will make up for something else that you would normally have eaten later. And just because apples are low in calories doesn t mean that if you eat a whole bagful you aren t going to gain weight.Good luck for your competition, hope I helped :-)

lose it naturally don t take pills because those may burn fat but they also burn muscle because they just burn everything they can get to so they have good effects and side effectsI suggest you look into H.I.I.T High Intensity Interval Training it is highly effective and very useful for building your legs muscles building endurance and losing weight if you do it properlyhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-intens

Of course diet and exercise is all ways the first words from health care providers and that s because it is the safest way to do so. However there are a couple other options, alli is a OTC medication that will help you lose about 5 lbs extra to every 5lbs of weight you lose with diet and exercise but there are side effects. There is also phenteramine a prescriptions weight loss solution that helps

People think that losing weight is some mythical thing, but its simply burning more calories than you are taking in. Just as how spending less money than you make in turn makes you richer. Cut down on your carbs, fats. Eat more of a protein and vegetable diet. For exercise: Do cardio or interval training. Classes at the gym that are cardio classes help alot.

explosive cardio is key, sprints, stairs, and hill runs is your best bet. also doin this first thing in the morning is best because you burn up to 300% more fat when you first wake up. and of coarse watch what you eat and eat 5 small meals a day instead of like 2 big ones keep your metabolism going.

When i wanted to lose weight and i did not wanna diet, i just ate whatever i wanted but in smaller portions, also i hate excersizing but i knew i needed to, so i started pilates, lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks doing that. i hope it helps(:

Eat healthier foods, eat less food, get more physical activity. If you don t know where to start with eating healthier and eating less, then refer back to the food pyramid we all learned about in grade school which shows you how much of each foods you should be eating each day.

Progresso Soup and water... Tuna for some protein.

dont eat ice cream every time your boyfriend dumps you

Most people don t realize how much waste can be trapped inside our bodies. Experts estimate that most people have 10-15 of waste trapped to the inside of their colon walls. Imagine how unhealthy this is with all these toxins sitting inside us. Oprah had a guest on her show that talked about how we need to make sure that we clean our bodies of this rubbish.

How to lose weight??? -

I know theres a lot of questions like this but mines is kind of different. I don t really like going on the treadmill. It just gets so boring and i can t really go to the gym since i have school and a job. I just want some weight loss tips that will help me lose weight. I know drinking a lot of water, eating fresh fruits and vegetables, and exercising will help but what else? what kind of exercises, etc. And also some exercises with how many sets, how many days a week and all that info will help. HELP

You need to make sure you have all these things dailya multivitamin6 8oz glasses of water5 servings of fruits and vegetables3 oz of meat2 dairy products (ice cream and frozen yogurt not included)2 tsp of a healthy oil (canola, olive, safflower, sunflower or flaxseed)and eat whole grains If you just walk for 30 mins per day that should take it off and keep it off

Walking can help a lot...I lost a lot of weight by just walking a lot. I d walk around a lake at least twice a day depending on how big or small it is. You don t have to walk every day...maybe take one or two days off or go light a few days. Drink lots of water even though I know you already said that. Maybe buy a DVD with a weight lifting program...nothing fancy, just cardio and a little weights and buy some 5 0r 10 pound weights and use that.

its 90 percent about what you eat and 10 percent about exercise along with eating good, dont eat as much, i mean dont starve yourself but when you think your hungary your really not and if you really are just drink a glass of water and next time your hungary eat an apple. just dont eat as much and take walks everyday walking is the same as running as long as you walk fast.

Just go for a walk, for 30 to 60 min a day, it will tone your whole body, do it for 30 days, ,, but you have to do it

Losing weight takes time and the right knowledge. Here is a great article that helped me out that will no doubt help you out...http://www.truthaboutabs.com/lose-stomacEnjoy!AviB

Have you tried this workout program? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr

Use the links below to check out these sites. They will give you lots of valuable information and weight loss tools to help you with what you need to lose weight

If you don t like the treadmill, walk/run around your neighborhood instead. To lose weight, you need to do cardio. Walking, biking, jogging, dancing, and swimming are some examples. To build muscle, you have to work on your muscles, but I m not really an expert on those exercises. Also make sure you re getting whole grains and lean proteins, too. Eat a big breakfast and a light dinner. You should work out as many days a week as you can, but don t over work yourself. Keep up with your grades and your work first =)

To achieve any weight loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients), lean protein to help build muscles and repair your body, and good amounts of fat for energy and needed nutrients the body needs that your body cannot create on its own. By eating every 4 or 5 hours (having 4 or 5 smaller meals instead of 3 big meals), it helps to keep your sugar levels balanced and prevent dips. Then you are more likely to take in less calories throughout the day.By making a few adjustments to your current diet (such as switching to water in place of juice and soda, etc, snacking on fruits and raw veggies instead, chosing whole grain products instead of enriched foods, etc) can also help you to shed some weight (depending on how your current diet is). Also cooking healthier (using a cook spray, switching to olive oil, grilling and steaming more often than pan frying and deep frying, etc.) And to help lessen your sweets consumption, try at least limiting yourself to only 2 or 3 a day. And try having healthier sweets like yogurt, all fruit frozen bars (some are only 90 calories each, and with calories so low, that a treat you could possible have each day), jello, 90 calorie or lower pudding cups, fruit, and low calorie ice cream bars (such as skinny cow, weight watchers, etc.)If you try interval cardio training and some weight lifting/resistance training, not only will you lose weigh, but you will also help your body become more leaner and tone looking and your core will become stronger.Try doing some ab work and don t forget to work out your obliques (your love handles )Also because muscle does weigh more than fat, you may be heavier essentially, but leaner too. Eventually the more muscles you will build, the more weight you can burn. More muscles will help you burn more calories at rest. And then eventually the fat/weight will come off... but everything takes time. Remember, it is possible to be leaner and stronger, but weight more. But don t give up and stay motivated... we all hit plateus. Also remember, that every one is a different individual and that we all lose weight from different places at different times. Your body choses when it is time, just be patience. And please note that if you try to lose a lot of weigh in a short amount of time, your body will really go through some health problems. Some risks could be that your hair may grown thinner, your periods may not be regular anymore (which is not a good thing), and your stomach system will be working slower, etc.Realistically, if you lose weigh the heathy way, then 1 to 2 pounds per week is a reasonable amount per week. Anything more, may be due to water loss or you have decided to go the other route and lose weigh by starving yourself.Remember that the number on the scale doesn t define you... you define you. The scale can t tell you how great you look in your jeans or how you feel... so don t rely so heavily on that scale. Our bodies s weight constantly fluctuates all the time... so it isn t always so reliable.

Hi, Eat breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper There another phrase: don t eat anything after six, but I think it s stupid. Eat only vegetables or fruit after six.Drink only mineral water, avoid sweet drinks.Move as much as you can. Run (boring), dance (you can do in the kitchen as well), walk with your dog before dinner, do small exercises when you watch TV.

eat healthy calori control diet and plenty of excersise

Making sure that you lose weight safely is most important. Anyone can lose pounds by practically starving themselves to death, but of course, that is nor healthy nor are you likely to see lasting results. I am not overweight, but wanted to lose a few pounds so I started Weight Watchers and have lost four pounds in 2.5 weeks so far. I am doing the points sytem and I can still eat some of my favorite foods- just keeping track of the points. It s really simple. I also beefed up my physical activity. A healthy diet and exercise are the keys to losing weight!
