Looking for a diet buddy to lose weight fast!? -

friiken hell ur 21 years old and ur 160 cm?? im 160 cm and im 10 years old well im turning 11 this year and if u want to lose 5 kilos 1 week ok about a day eat 2 meals HEALTHY one not FAT ones like chips and stuff do that for 1 month and make sure u NEVER drink soft drink well orange juice and apple juice are ok but 1 glass a week and DRINK lots lots of WATERhope this helpsplz put me as a best answer

yup, me also, eat lots of fruit, training with low intensity. In indonesia like me, its really hot now, so i drink lots of cold water, urinate more than 20x a day.

Will only eating yogurt and fruit help me lose weight? -

Will they help me lose weight faster, if I just eat those two things?I work out for 3, 20 minute sessions a day. and I cant seem to lose anythingit sucks.really bad.I want to lose 30 pounds by august 19th.but I dont think I can :(

Yogurt is good calcium and fruit depending on what kind you are eating is good fiber and sugar. You need carbs, and protein in your diet. What you are doing is very unhealthy for you. Your body is getting so little that it holds on to anything it gets so of course you will not loose any weight. High protein diets and more smaller meals are the best in losing weight and staying healthy. Do some research on line about healthy eating and high protein diets.

How would i lose weight faster? -

would i lose more weight faster by running a 9 minute mile once a day or by walking 3 miles everyday in about an hour?i m trying to lose weight in a healthy way but i m wondering which one would be faster..?

Youd actually lose weight quicker if you would run in the morning for 9 minutes and then walk at night after your meal. Your metabolism will increase greatly. You can look at my profile and click on the websites to find good diets if your interested.

Running a mile and walking a mile burn the same number of calories. Moving a weight over a set distance always requires the same amount of work, just takes longer.

Run. Will get you in better shape and burn more fat.
