Help me do i need to lose weight? -

I am about 130-140 but I am 11 and my height is 5 1 or 2 and I want to know if i need to lose weight fast and how. Any websites or tips and don t be rude and say get rid of the cake, i don t even have cake. If you do you might as well not answer. Thank you.

Just try exercising and running. Try biking to the park then play sports. Do you run at school? That is good. It might help you.

just eat right and do some exercise.your metabolism is still fast and you re still realllllyyyyyyy young.

I know it s tough to lose wait. I myself had trouble but with diet and exercise i lost the pounds. Don t skip breakfast. You lose more wait eating breakfast because it boosts your metabolism!

Your will not lose the weight overnight. But try eating sensible and in moderation. Eat a healthy breakfast, then eat a healthy snack (such as 10 pretzels, hand full of mini carrots, 4-6 oz lowfat/or fat free yogurt, then have a sensible lunch such as a sandwich: wheat bread, lunch meat slice cheese and salad with only a tablespoon of salad dressing, then an afternoon snack again a fruit or vegetable then dinner, bake broil or grill you meat only eat 3-4 ounces of meat such as chicken, beef or pork loin or baked broiled or grilled fish, an hour or two before you go to bed munch on some carrots or apple, something that takes long to chew this should help you not wake up hungry, Make sur to eat fruits and vegetables daily and drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. have you ever visited caloriecount.about.com? It s a great website that will figure out how many calories your body needs to lose weight, and has tons of tips as well. The main thing I think is that you need to be aware how many calories you re consuming. You should aim for 1200-1500 a day depending on how active you are and your body frame.

How do i lose weight fast? -

i need to lose weight fast(possibly 10 pounds)and i want to wear my bikini and look nice in it how do i lose it now.P.S im younger than 17

I m going to tell you what I do...because that ll probably help the best. It works for me:)You need to tone up. By lifting weights AND doing cardio, you ll be very trim. Here is my typical diet which is low-fat high protein...great for minimizing fat and building muscle. its better to eat more than less...if you dont eat your body uses its muscles for energy and you lose your muscle, therefore, burning less calories during the day. eat when your hungry and stop when your full. cut back your calories maybe a few hundred...it helps me when i write out what i eat. don t EVER be discouraged though...tell yourself well at least i feel better from working out and if you keep encouraging yourself and being positive, you will probably end up pigging out less and being healthy and losing weight. plateus happen all the time during workouts btw. you need to change the workout and confuse the body if that happens. the BEST site ever is fitnessmagazine.com. you need to make a account and they have the GREATEST workouts ever. Go to search and type in 4 wk makeover and it gives you weight trianing and cardio workouts. I did the weight training the other day and I m sooo sore! Your friend needs help before she develops a serious eating disorder.Laxatives cause your body to expel food before your body gets any goodness so she will not get any vitamins etc she needs.Her skin will deteriorate and look bad, she will lose weight too fast and damage her muscles, her organs will be damaged and her teeth will start to rot from the acid in her vomit.Be a good friend and talk to her, nothing is worth putting her life at risk

She will have major health issues if she keeps this up. By the way the vomiting will ruin her teeth as well. Tell her to cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs

Yes and she will eventually get very sick.A friend of mine did that for 2 years 15 years ago. She s still suffering from the damage done to herself. The nerves in her feet and ankles are completely messed up and her stomach will never get completely better. She has chronic pains in her belly, her doctor (and two others she s seen trying to get a different opinion) has told her this all because of her laxative use and hurling years ago.Please tell your friend not to ruin her body. Your friend needs help. You need to help her this is a very unhealthy cycle, Don t try it. Once in college my girl friends and I decided to try laxatives to loose weight and we were all sooooo sick! one of my friends couldn t controll her pooping, and did it on the way to class!!!! in her pants!!! It will mess up your body and you may even need one of those bags that your poop goes in someday. Vomiting ruins your tooth enamal and you can get blood shot eyes, not to mention screwing up your eletrolytes! You will get very sick, maybe not right away but trust me!!! Its bad news, Would you rather exercise and loose the weight normally or have rotten teeth $hitting in your pants in front of everyone!! How pretty is that?

yes she can lose weight fast but it is unhealthy!!!!! When she stops doing it she might gain the weight back because she is starving herself so her body will store all the food into fat cells. Plus if she loses a lot her skin will hang and sag because she is losing it too fast. she should eat her weight in cals. say she ways 150 she should eat 1500 calories a day and as she loses weight she should reduce the calorie intake until she reaches around 1200 calories. Exercise 20min 3x a week and eat healthy and follow the cal. she should lose weight pretty quick. you shouldn t eat four hours before you go to bed if you want to lose weight so your body has the chance to burn the calories. High metabolism is the key. You should try to help your friend before she gets into a nasty habit that turns into a deadly disease!!!!

friiken hell ur 21 years old and ur 160 cm?? im 160 cm and im 10 years old well im turning 11 this year and if u want to lose 5 kilos 1 week ok about a day eat 2 meals HEALTHY one not FAT ones like chips and stuff do that for 1 month and make sure u NEVER drink soft drink well orange juice and apple juice are ok but 1 glass a week and DRINK lots lots of WATERhope this helpsplz put me as a best answer

yup, me also, eat lots of fruit, training with low intensity. In indonesia like me, its really hot now, so i drink lots of cold water, urinate more than 20x a day.

Will only eating yogurt and fruit help me lose weight? -

Yogurt is good calcium and fruit depending on what kind you are eating is good fiber and sugar. You need carbs, and protein in your diet. What you are doing is very unhealthy for you. Your body is getting so little that it holds on to anything it gets so of course you will not loose any weight. High protein diets and more smaller meals are the best in losing weight and staying healthy. Do some research on line about healthy eating and high protein diets.
