Does anybody know to lose weight fast and tone up your body? -

Im 15 yrs. old and weigh 148 Lbs. and im only 4 10 My doctor told me that im only suppposed to weigh between 118-121Lbs. So i need to get my body in shape before school starts! ( August 29) so ppl. plz help out? I hate working out but love to eat No time to got to the gym and dont have any equimpent so i need something easy and fast (and cheap)

This is sooo not healthy, but I used to take laxatives and drink alot of water. It is not healthy and I only did it for a few days at a time. One the flip side you loose alot of weight pretty quickly. Once you have it dropped eat only 4 or 5 small meals a day so your metabolism boosts, and start pilates stat. You should get there in a few weeks.

I m short like you, so i know how it is...okay, this is called calorie shifting...for example, for a week straight, eat 1800 calories, then for 4 days eat 1100 calories, your metabolism is used to burning 1800 calories, that it will do the same, when your eating only 1100, so for a few days, you will bun approximately 700 per day, which is a very good workouts worth of calories!after the 4 days, add 300 calories to the 1100, and keep that for 5 days, then subtract lets say 500 calories, and eat 900...and so on. you wont have to exercise at all, but it is good to exercise in addition, it will make you loose more weight.i also recommend to eat 5 or 6 small meals through out the day. keep this up for about a month, and then take a week long break...and do it again!=]

come on,you really dont know??cut off an arm!no,just joking...haha...do cardio and toning exercises 6 days/week and calorie shift your food portions..as long its all healthy foods,you can lose about 9-12 lbs/month,which is fast but also safe enough...dont go for silly fad diets...

Is there a diet pill that will help me lose weight fast? -

Diet Pills are a waste of money. If you need a pill to give you a boost of energy try Vivarian Caffeine pills. Does the same exact thing. Fraction of the price. Or, Try the Medifast Diet from Take Shape for Life. You will lose weight quickly with little or no exercise. It was recommended by my Dr. and it is healthy. They teach you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours so you speed up your metabolism. I lost 25 lbs. from it so far.

actually, there is. but you do have to eat healthy. its called FAHRENHEIGHT. its not expensive , but i do reccomend that you excersize and eat healthy. dont expect do loose weight overnight. also the most dangerous thing you can do with this pill is starve yourself and take too many pills or even pills at all. most models do this, but they also end up in hospitals.

Well I have tried diet pills and they don t work. I have eaten more soy and that seems to help. I lost 5 lbs in a week on a soy diet. So Give it a try and eat more soy.

I like to eat, a lot.

Eat less or eat mainly veggies for a day. Drink 5 cups of green tea and then go for a walk or run....Green tea boosts the metabolism. Losing weight fast is not healthy...remember not more than 5 pounds a week.

Try a cleansing diet. I lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in only 9 days. I continued and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. I feel so much better! This could work for you too. It works by removing toxins from the system. We ingest toxins in our food (pesticides, preservative, chemicals) etc....water is contaminated, pollution in the air, smoke, alcohol etc..... toxins are stored in your fat. I am wanting to lose weight because i am over weight

what is ur weight now? and ur height too? any how u can follow the diet as.1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet3) Don��t eat any type of junk food.4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can6) use brown bread7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt8) no sugar of any type.9) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. 11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) 12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fastat least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

Don t restrict too many calories because you are still growing..and you need a lot of nutrients to do so. So I suggest playing a sport or increasing you physical activities. Don t starve yourself and don t pig out.

Exercise and eat less junk. Talk to your doctor or ask the school nurse about what is appropriate for you to eat for your age. Do NOT restrict your diet severely because you need the nutrients and can really mess up your body if you aren t careful. Start jogging in the morning or evening (ask a friend to go because it is always safer to run with a buddy). If it s too cold for that, purchase a fitness video or two (Wal-Mart or Target carries a good variety) and work out 30 minutes a day at least 4 times a week. Your body will thank you (and your grades may improve too -- exercise is good for the mind and body).Anyway, I was overweight at your age and am only 9 years older now, and I wish I would have lost the weight then then trying to get it off (slowly but surely) now. I encourage you to work for it now rather than later.

You have got to exercise! Due to your age nutrition is also extremely important, if you are going to cut anythig out just start with soda and fruitjuice, you will be amazed at what cutting those and substituting water will do for you.

Lots of exercise, if you don t move you wont loose weight. Also stay away from junkfood and drink plenty of water. Whenever u need a snack eat some fruit. If you starve yourself your body will panick and hold onto all of its fat.

Always eat a good breakfast! It starts you matabulism and you burn calories. Then, eat less on lunch and dinner. Don t try to eat half of what your eating now. Take a little bit of your plate by day so you can get used to eating less.Then, in any free time jog, do sit ups and push ups!You will see improvement! Just keep at that schedule!

How you can lose weight fast in 10 days? -

Cut out all carbs and do lots of exercise. EAt only fruit and veg.

That s totally not right. It s impossible.

A 10 day diet. Let me ask you something did you gainthat weight in 10 days no you did not so what makes you think you can take of 10 lbs. of fat in 10 days . I,m a boxing coach and I can tell you how to lose 10 lbs in one day but its not healthy. This is what you need to do stop eating fried foods dairy products soft drinks white breads sweets and do 45 minutes a day 6 days a week of cardio and eat smaller portions of food take your time and in about two months you will look and feel great

I lost 23 pounds in 4 weeks, the way i did it. I went to the gym and did Cardio for an hour then went to the weight room and did crunches, and other exercises with low weight high reps....which means do crunches with maybe 50lbs and do anywhere between 15-18 reps with only a 25 second break in between. Now doing other weight training like i worked out Monday-Saturday for 2 hours each day. My Training included:MondayBackLegsShouldersin between each of these exercises right after you do your reps drops down and do 15-20 situps.TuesdayBicepsTricepsChest(Bench)in between these reps drop down and do 15-20 Crunches or Side Crunches for your ObliquesWednesdayBackLegsShouldersin between these reps drop down and do 15-20 Flutter Kicks(Military Term because thats what im in) Its basically Lay down on your back put your hands in the small of your back laying down on them. Raise your feet 6 inches off the ground and move them up and down in a fluid motion every 4th kick is one rep....so basically your doing anywhere between 60-80 reps of kicks in a fluid motion.ThursdayCurl BarBenchTricepsin between each of these resp you wanna so side crunches 15-20 repsFridayLegsbackshouldersin between these reps you wanna do 15-20 rocky sit-ups. bascially a sit-up but on your way up you wanna twist your upper body.SaturdayBicepsTricepsChestin between these reps you wanna do 15-20 situps.Now i usually did it this way, i would do weight room first for that hour and then go to the Cardio and do one solid hour of cardio. It will hurt and if you do it right you will shed inches and weight like nothing.Your diet while doing this, you wanna drink only water. Replenish your body with water and keep yourself hydrated. Your meals you wanna eat anwhere between 4-5 meals a day in smaller portions. Breakfast i usually had a Bagel and grapefruit. Lunch was any type of meat with a veggie. a mid day snack was maybe a granola bar or something. Dinner was a meat and a veggie. Remember to drink alot of water. WATER WATER WATER! lol I drank a big glass of water before i ate because that fills you up quicker. when i woke up i had a Huge glass of water and throughout the day i was drinkin water. before i went to bed i had a huge glass of water. If you do this work-out right you will shed weight like nothing and lose inches. like i said i did this for a month with a couple cheating times and still lost 23 pounds in 4 weeks.
