Could somebody please help me lose weight fast? -

i need something better than just work out and eat healthy i already do. i m not like obese or anything, but i hate that i could be really good looking but i have like 20 lbs i want to shed. its killing my self confidence here. ummm dont give me a pep talk either just tell me how you or somebody you know lost weight fast.

Well I ve lost a lot of weight from my childhood unto adolescence. I can t tell exactly how much weight I lost because I gained body thickness and muscle during ouberty (which I m still going through). I started eating less and participating more in sports. Also I went out to run at least a mile once in a while. Then I got more active and become a talented long distance runner but not the best. I started to run more and started to substitute bad foods with healthy ones. Then I ran much more like running a 10 kilometer race and running 2-mile races at track meets. I also started to life weights (muscle burns more calories so the more muscle you have the better but for a girl a girl wants lean muscle which can be gained by long distance running. Look at the lean long distance runners in the Olympics!) Then I came to what I am at now with much less body fat and eating healthy and starting to eat protein bars. Work hard and you can have anything in life.

sports like soccer because when you play your lifting your heart rate and burning calories and you run during most of the game. you should also run 1 or 2 miles 4 or 5 times a week and try to improve your speed and try to get a mile in in the fastest time. it will help because you ll be running and try to go faster. eat food with low carbs but don t starve yourself eat something every couple of hours thats healthy like a banana or a small package of crackers. try to eat foods that give a lot of energy, vitamins and calciums without much fat. if you don t like to run try riding a bike for a couple miles w/a friend so it i ll be fun while your exercising try to swim laps as much as possible. but DO NOT try being bulimic or aneroxic it is not a good idea i promise. and try to avoid sugar and stuff with satured and unnecessary fat but don t starve yourself i did it once and i ended up going to the hospital and having a food tube and being forced to eat thats not a good thing. try new exercises or sports it will burn calories and can be fun

Do not eat anything (drink water is ok) after 5 or 6pm, which means no dinner but you can eat a lot for breakfast n lunch. It will be hard for most people but it works! My skinny friend has become like a real fashion model, besides her skin condition has become amazingly great.

try doing ab crunches. Around 50 a day for starters. Gradually build upon it. With any luck and a LOT of motivation, you ll be sporting a six pack like me after like 6 months. :P

If you re already eating right and exercising, you re on the right path. This works for me: ALWAYS breakfast, crazy amounts of water throughout the day, running at least 4 times a week and Super Dieter s tea once a week (or maybe once every two weeks because it can be pretty strong). I would suggest egg beaters and a piece of fruit (preferrably a banana to give you necessary protein). Drink water. They say if you drink water in the morning it gets your brain working a lot better. Drink water again because our body needs A LOT of water everyday. Plus, if you drink water throughout the day, the less snack urges you will get. It s not smart to snack- adds extra calories. If you re dying to eat drink water and crew on a piece of Stride or Orbit gum. Long lasting and good tasting! Sometimes hunger can be mistaken for thirst! So keep that in mind.For dinner I would suggest chicken varieties or fish. Stay away from a lot of red meat. Red meat contains a lot of sodium and fat. You don t want a lot of sodium and sugar in your diet. Eat veggies and perhaps a small amount of brown rice. Use butter spray (it s fat free). Parkay makes the best tasting! It really does taste like butter!!!For a snack at night if you re still hungry try fat free/sugar free jello or pudding. Popcorn is also a really good choice. Low fat (94% fat free) is sold at Walmart or you can even get the corn and pop it yourself. Add some butter spray and you re in business. Don t add extra salt though!Don t eat past 7PM if possible. Late night eating is really bad for you!Exercise- Try running, walking fast, parking far away so you can get that extra distance in, sit-ups (increase how many you do EVERY night), push-ups, walks, sports/biking, swimming, Wii fit (ha), dancing...Basically any way to stay active! Always be on the move. When sitting watching tv move your legs to keep moving and burning those calories. Stair stepping is also good. If you live relatively close to a studium, go to there and run the stairs.Remember- With a healthy diet and staying active, you ll lose weght without a problem! Don t add sugar, perhaps a small amount of Splenda (not even the whole packet- you don t need it, it ll be sweet with only a drop of it).

(as many as you like)And then for lunch and dinner, you can have whatever you want as long as you dont mix carbs with protein.Example meal: Pasta with vegetables OR meat with vegetables.NO meat and pasta in the same meal. How can I lose weight fast? -

I have gained 20lbs. this winter...what diet do you know, from experience, will work the fastest??? I feel like porky pig!!

theres no magic bean to take to lose weight.you need to set little goals and before you know it u will have lost the extra pounds.go for little walks,drink more water.plus now thats its getting nicer out you probably wont be in the house as much.but always remember you are pretty just the way u are.

Go to the doctor I have a friend of mind that is in this weight loss program and she lost weight fast.It s a B12 shot that the doctor gives you plus pills to take.It s safe

I love weight watchers. I have done it before and it is something where you can eat the foods you like just in the right portions. A lot of people say you would be on this diet for the rest of your life but what it really does is train you to eat correctly. I highly recommend it and when I first started it I lost 7 pounds the first week and then maybe 1-2 the next couple of weeks and then plateud but it picked back up again. Their websit probably has a lot of info. Just research it.

Reduce eating and increase excercise. The greater the effort, the greater the results.

the only thing that worked for me was weight watchers and drinking tons of water. if you dont want to pay to join ww, then go to ebay and buy the weight watchers starter kit. I can chose any foods i want to eat, and i dont feel deprived. good luck.

I would not use weight loss pills. They mess up your metabolism, and thats part of the reason why people gain the weight right back after they achieved their goal weight. Nor, crash diets and things like slim fast( or a product like it ) for the same reason. A good suggestion is looking into a good program like weight watchers or jenny craig etc. Then see which one you think would work best for you. and Definitely Optimism

No your fine. I m an inch taller than you and a pound less and I know I am not fat but I am not a stick. And a year older. Anyway, I am trying to lose weight. I just want to look better and have the body I did last year. Just try to cut all junk and exercise 20 minutes a day. You arent fat darlin. Im 15 and Im like 10 stone 10 which is way more than you. And you are the same height as me. I dont think Im fat because I weigh more than I look but I would like to loose some weight so I look toned and stuff.There is no easy way to loose weight but your best bet would probably we swimming, running, fast walking and stuff like that.Good luck (: xx

NOOO your not fat... your tall and fine. If you want to be healthy and feel better and more tone about yourself then maintain an eating and excersise plane that you can actually follow and your body and mind will eventually get use to it. You will look better and feel way better too.

No I dont think your fat at all I think your perfect size and if you did still want to lose weight even if you dont have to then I would say only lose maybe 10 pounds but I really dont think you should lose any I would just try to stay at the same weight

just exercise, watch what you eat, i lost 20 pounds in two months, i jog hour a week, did kickboxing twice a week, 1hr20min each session, and went to group training twice a week 20mins each. and i eat practicaly every two hours. do what works for you, i kept it up for two months and i went from a size 22 to 16 now, so im happy, i wish to lose 50 more pounds in the summer

How can i lose weight fast? -

ok so im on a diet and ive lost five pounds by eating right and exersize but what else can i do? i want to look go by summer so is ther a way i could lose weight faster tha i already am?

ur already losing weight. you dont need to rush it. the only answer i can give u is starve yourself, because a ridiculous question deserves a ridiculous answer.i dont care if you give me a thmbs down...its the truth. if youre already doing things right and losing some weight steadily thats the best and safest way.

If you re losing weight at around 1-2 lbs a week, don t change anything, you re doing great. Trying to lose weight faster may actually cause you to fail, because you ll get tired of doing it all.Though, I would recommend not thinking of it as a diet. congrats on the 5 you have lost! if you are eating right and exercising there isn t much else you can do, just make sure you are eating breakfast to gear up your metabolism. eat 6 small meals daily and drink 64 ounces of water daily. I did this an lost up to 30 pounds and I am embarrassed to say I have gained at least 20 pounds because my mother has been ill and it took a toll on me just thinking I could have lost her, I begin eating all the wrong foods and drinking sodas again. look.doing the low carb diet is one of the HARDEST things ive EVER done.BUT! it pays off in the end.Ive lost 45 pounds alone!even when I dont exercise I lose weight.Its hard yea. but its worth it.dont eat no more than 20 carbs a day.:-]

I don t think so. I actually do the bike, which is amazing...the faster you petal the more calories you burn....the belly is actually burning fat b/c you are sweating. Not a lot of ppl. know that walking on treadmill/bike/or walking outside burns fat around the mid section...but it is so true. ALSO IMPORTANT: Do not use incline k? b/c your thighs will get bigger...try little to no resistance!! :) Walking also will burn the extra surrounding fat that is covering muscles (underneath it)...so definitely do a lot of carido. Try sit ups too like 2 to 3 times a week to make abs show quicker!Being a vegetarian or even one that eats red meat or dairy like ONCE IN AWHILE is the best to be one because you are healthy as a horse and you won t have that excess fat and food inside your intestines that most red meats do.Look, alright, I��m not trying to promote becoming a vegetarian, but here me out k?Here s what I eat and my protein is perfect and I m super healthy and have tons of snacks to choose fromHaving a high protein diet is good in loosing fat, because the more protein is in a food item the less total fat and calories from fat!I eat lots of beans (Lima, Soy, red kidney, black, navy- RAW; never in can(but that is just my choice-if you wanted canned its NOOOO PROBLEM)Try Quinoa too, you can find it in your grain, beans, or nut aislesI also eat lots of salad with tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, carrots-yum yum!The entire kosher aisle has manyyyy products to munch on!Also, Some Kashi products are great to snack on!Try Edamame too!- tons of protein and tastes delicious! (Veggie section even though it��s a bean loll)Dairy (if you eat it): cheese-I d suggest you go for this yogurt called Fage 0 or Chobani yogurt (it has about 15 grams of protein in it I believe)... Ummm lets see, what else? Theres Goat cheese and ALL goat products which I consider to eat if my protein is too low (but that is rare b/c I usually get my protein in evvveryday. ALL vegetables are fun and easy to cook-I like broccoli, asparagus, yams, pumpkin, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower-and you can do whatever you want with it (fry, boil, steam, baked...etc.)Have you ever heard of Matzo s? they are crackers that have 4 grams of fat per serving (1) and only has 21 grams to 27 grams of Carbs in it depending on which version you get. BUT make sure you get the 100% whole wheat ones ya know?-just to be the healthiest. There is also absolutely no sugar in it either (sugar if not burned turns into fat btw)��.. The calories range from like 90 to 140 calories too! Oh, did I mention they are extremely delicious!? (Kosher aisle)Mott��s applesauce, no added sugar is one of my favorite things to eat too!You can find organic applesauce too which provide different flavors without added sugarAll ��no added sugar�� products are phenomenalNOTE: BEEF, Oh my god -it is very bad for you and does not leave your intestine for months and months (look it up on internet...it��s the worse food for you-unless used in moderation and VERY VERY small portions)Brown rice or even white rice is great tooMiso soups are fantastic as well as any other soups (especially the ones with very little sodium)Fruit is ALWAYS a great snack at night!Ok, that��s all I can think about now off the top of my head, if you need to know anymore then just message me k?Take care(I know I went on a rampage here, but I honestly hope this helps!)xoxoxox
