How can I lose weight fast? -

I m 15, 5 6 and 125 lbs. I want to get down to at least 105 lbs I need some help..

I m going to assume your female and thus say you re perfectly fine. Don t worry about the pressure of those around you. You don t have to be stick thin to be beautiful or be in shape . It s those girls that have health problems and are so close to dying that it isn t funny. Keep the weight you have now. It s perfectly fine. I wouldn t advise you going lower then 115 to be honest, and even then, I still wouldn t like it.Just tone what you have now. Some curlups and things like that will work some miracles. Lose the weight by converting it into muscle. Sure, you ll weigh slightly more, but you ll be stronger, thinner, and feel better. Well, there is really no healthy way to lose it fast. I d say for 10 pounds give it at least two months. That actually is pretty fast. They say .5 to 2 pounds a week is alright. First, cut out all junk, reevaluate your diet. Are you eating enough Protein, vegetables, etc.....Second, up your workout. If you don t then start, if you already do, up the cardio to an extra day or so. If you can afford it, get a personal trainer. Third, don t give up, it may be half a pound at first then a pound here or there. Just be happy when it comes off and stays off. Good luck!!

You are in a good range you need to go by BMI Right now you are at your PERFECT BMI if you go down to 105 you would be unhealthy because your BMI shoud not go below 18 and at 105 it would be 16.9 You need to stay where you are. You also need to remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are active and toned then you really dont need to lose any weight. Please be careful I know that you might weigh more than some friends but you have to take into account that they might be a smaller frame or shorter than you. Weight is just a number. Being light does not mean that you look good and looking good does not mean that you are light. Hope this helps

I usually don t do diet fads, but I just started this job about 3 months ago and the doctor that I work for told me that weight watchers really does work. I m to start today. But if you are talking about really fast results, just get some kind of surgery.

How can i lose weight fast but healthy without doing much exercice? -

im 16 years old .....170m and 65 kilos....im desperate 2 lose weight until summer!!!!!

Okay. To start with- you mean you want to loose FAT, not WEIGHT - am I right?...Its really easy to drop 3kg fast with no exercise...Get Dehydrated!!!(not smart!- Im not recomending it!)But thats 3kg of water you ll be losing, the fat will still be happily sitting in a tyre around your middle, butt etc.So you want to loose fat.Now a lot of people think that if you dont eat at all or eat very little you ll loose the fat fast. I mean you re eating less, therefore your body will be burning fat for its energy instead of the food that you normally eat......right?...WRONG!!!Your body goes into starvation mode (this is your bodies programmed response - a survival mechanism) It says, Hello- we re not getting any/enough fuel - we d better conserve what we can so we can survive till more food comes along. So the first thing the body uses is the GLUCOSE in the blood and then the GLYCOGEN in the liver (stored energy source.) This doesnt last long at all - I m talking hours. So the next thing it breaks down to use for energy is the MUSCLES because this is metabolically active tissue - basically it burns heaps of energy just existing in your body!!! So this is the obvious choice to burn next as it is expending more energy just by existing (unlike the fat) so your body can conserve more energy by getting rid of this enegy-consuming tissue first. Then when your bodies used up as much muscle as it can manage it starts on the fat.But you have to eat sooner or later. (or die.. thats the other option. But thats definatly not healthy like you specified!!!) So you eat, but now your metabolism is slower cause you ve got hardly any muscle cause you ve used it all to fuel your body while in starvation mode. (remember muscle burns energy cause its a metabolically active tissue)So your body generally uses less energy so you can eat less than before and still put on fat! Cause you ll have more surplus kj(energy) to store.NOTE: this is why guys can eat so much more and not put on weight like us girls!! They have generally 1/3 more muscle mass than us girls so their metabolism is that much faster!!!Okay. So you can see thats not a good idea. So 3 moderate and healthy meals plus 2 small healthy snacks if you need them is the way to go! It keeps your metabolism working efficiently. DO NOT EAT!!! - white rice, white bread, sugar, soda (even diet stuff- its so bad for you), take away, chips, all that crap!. You would be surprised what a difference even that makes! INCREDIBLE FOODS: brown rice, fish (not battred or fried!!), chicken, vegies, a few eggs, some fruit. Oats are a great food for breakfast (not the processed kind)Stick to that as your staples, carbs are fine just choose the right kinds, perhaps let yourself have a moderate treat 1 to 2 times per week so you dont crack and binge. Stick to this and you will have a diet to be jelous of!!! (cause it equals a truly hot body and no stress cause you know you are doing your health and apperance a favour!)Note: drink pleanty of water, the thirst mechanism of the body is so weak- its often mistaken for hunger.This will help you loose weight. BUT...There is no such thing as loosing wieght fast and healthy without doing much exercise. You will have to do some to really be a knockout in that bikini!!!! a) You will be burning up so much more energy so the fat will go fasterb) As you know know, you will develop more muscle so you will be burning those kj 24/7 - even while you sit on your ****!And it will give you tone, or you will still look squishy, even if you are slim. Eat fruit and veggies during the day and a healthy meal in the evening. DO NOT SKIP meals. STAY AWAY FROM TEA AND SODA. If you skip meals, your body s metabolism will slow down. Also do not eat bread or cereal during the day. Breads slow down, your metabolism, but if you do eat bread, make sure it is wheat, easier on your digestive system.

I don t agree with the tea answer, it is a natural diuretic, as long as you don t put sugar in it. Regular soda has a lot of calories, but diet soda is ok. I have been eating lots of fruit and vegetables, salads, easy on the bread, drink skim milk (important for your age), water, go easy on the juice (lots of calories, whole fruit is better for you). I ve lost 40 lbs in 2 months this way.

There s really only one way to lose weight and keep it off- eat healthier meals and excercise. There are plenty of low impact options that are actually fun to do. But to avoid gaining weight back, you need to change how your body processes energy from food. The best way to do that is to excercise.

I don t think you need to loose any faster, but something that s worked for me in the past few weeks is a capsule of green tea and hoodia. well u shouldnt do anthing that will damage ur body so i suggest u get off the sweets and start exercising and eating right and it wont happen fast but you ll have a great body and if u workout every day then expect good results in 2 weeks later

I lost 20 lbs in 60 days by doing 2 key things. The first is get your body moving. If you do not exercise now, or find it hard to start, begin with something easy. Set an easy goal for your self, for example, walking for 30 min. 3 days the first week, or get a beginner level 30 min exercise dvd. Then excel from there. Second, is eat 6 small healthy meals a day. For example, I figured out that I would have to eat something every 90 min. to achieve this. I choose small portions of healthy foods that satisfied my body, and I never ever felt hungry. It sounds outrageous, and may take a week or two to kick in, but once it does, the weight loss is so swift, it seems to melt away!! However, I realize that everybody s body is different. I want to lose weight fast? -

I have to lose about 50 KGs. I don t have time to exercise. I wonder if there is something faster than a diet, can anyone recommend a medicine or a herb that they already used?

Surgery is faster than a diet, but you will eventually put all the flab back on and more because you won t have changed your eating and (lack of) exercise habits. Anything else is a scam and you will waste your money on crooks who tell you what you want to hear rather than what you need to do. If you have time to eat and put on weight, you have time to exercise - everyone does. It s a matter of making eating right and regular exercise a non-negotiable top priority in your life. This is hard love, but unless you change your way of thinking on this issue, you are only going to get bigger and more unhealthy. Please rethink your position on this. Exercise not only burns up fat, it makes you feel great and you will live a lot longer.
