rope jumping, running, swimming, bicycling, etc. All of those things would be useless if you don t eat healthy meals though; oat meals for breakfast would be a good start because they help you to stay full longer throughout the day! good luck!

Jogging would be the best for your heart and for an over-all body aerobic exercise activity. Cycling comes second.At least that is what a cardiologist told me recently.

The fastest way I know of to lose weight is by going on a liquid diet. I don t mean just by drinking water! There are several medically approved meal replacement plans to choose from. I am on the Optifast diet and it is great. I lost 16 kilos in the first 3 weeks. It is good for me as it takes the worry out of food for a while. If you go on a liquid diet, follow the instructions to the letter. You have to also drink at least 2 litres of water as well. While you are on the liquid diet, take the opportunity to learn all about correct eating habits, nutritious food, exercise etc. There are thousands of sites on the net to help you with that. L am wanting to lose 100lbs can anyone tell me how to lose weight fast without trying to overdue it.? -

l am a 28yr old who weights over 200 and l am wanting to lose the weight very badly how can l do it without over doing it. l know exercise and eating right does it but how do you try to stick with it. Is there anyone who can tell me any exercises or eating tips that have worked for them and got the weight off fast.

Work out for an hour a day for atleast five days a week and eat very light. Drink water water water and water. No juice that has high fructose corn syrup, no sodas AT ALL! lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits, but don t go nuts with the fruit. I eat cereal, maybe two bowls a day, but that not really fattening cereal, buy cereal that has less than 15 calories from fat not calories but calories from fat. By the way, eat foods that contain less than 25 calories from fat but you want to lose this fast, so just stick with the fruits and veggies and water and exercise, and i promise you ll be fine. You won t see results after the first week or two but don t get discouraged, it s just your body getting use to the workout and new diet. I m doing this now and it works very well for me. Drink lots and lots of ice cold water, stay away from white foods,such as bread, noodles, etc. Eat lots of veggies and fruits 6 times a day. Everyday exercise in some way. Walking, sit-ups etc. If you arent use to excerise in any form start out just 5 mins a day for a week, move up to 10 the second week etc. Diet pills dont work and fast doesnt work. WATER Muy Importante, 64oz is right on the money. Also, dont eat after 7pm. Eat your biggest meal for breakfast. Don t drink with your meals, you will eat less and stay full longer. Cut back on booze, LOTS of calories. Make your own soups and stews at home for the week for lunches, veggie stew is delicious and has VERY little calories. Try not to combine protein and carbs at a setting. That s all the tips I can think of at the moment.

The answer for me was Papayamine. It is not a diet per say but it is a complete food therefore you eat less because your body has the nutrients it needs. well...i wouldn t recommend trying to lost 100lbs in a short amount of time. skipping the carbs and eating lean protein ( tuna, chicken breasts, turkey) and dairy like cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, etc. will allow u shed some water weight and drop a size or two. drink water, coffee, no pop, etc. some green veggies are ok like brocili, spinach, green beans ( no butter, etc). this is a basic, simple clean plan but don t do it for more than 2 weeks. i did this to fit in a bridesmaid dress and it worked like a charm. that night when i ate dinner and cake, the dress was SOOO tight!

Dexatrim. It doesn t do anything unhealthy to you at all. It only curbs appetite. It works well. The others can ALL cause heart damage.

Nothing over the counter works. Nothing sold on TV works. If the bottle, ad, website or commercial says this product/these claims have not been evaluated by the FDA it s bogus.I take phentermine, which is by prescription. I had to have a physical before I could take it, and I can only take it for 3 months and then I have to take a break from it. It s addicting and has other side effects (I have hot flashes, my friend gets faint in the sun, so different for everyone).

I agree with Blue . Exercise and eating right (balanced diet) will do it. Of course, it s easier said than done. But, once you start, you ll feel better and have more energy. Just follow the basic four food groups. Also, if you want to go to a gym, that it would be great. But, if you don t like gyms, or don t have the money, just walk at the mall, or at a school gym or football stadium and/or track field. You might look into going to a college and taking a continued education course. Anyway, First, Ask your doctor. If he wants to prescribe a pill. Get another doctor. The side effects could be worse than being overweight. You need to find something that is best for you. It seems to me that walking and eating a balanced diet (limit junk foods - but don t cut them out, depriving yourself won t help!). If you start to crave some fattening or junk food , just have a little bit. Don t take an entire box or package with you to eat in front of the tv. Would i lose weight faster if i substituted water for cold green tea w/o sugar?? -

could it work?? have you ever tried that?

if green tea has calories in it, then yes, it would work. because water keeps you hydrated AND sometimes when you feel like you re hungry, you may just be dehydrated. so before you go and eat because you think you re hungry, drink water first and wait about 10 minutes and see if you re still hungry.=D

Green Tea has a lot of good stuff in it. I would drink that AND water. ;) Your body needs water just as much. =) A green tea every morning (not the Lipton green tea, real green tea) and water for the rest of the day is probably a really good decision for your health. ;D

I doubt it. Water is one of the most important fluids in your body, and it refreshes your body in ways cold green tea can t. Besides, water is healthier (in terms of calories, sugar, etc...) than cold green tea.
