Okay number one you do not need to lose weight according to my assumptions I made with a BMI calculate (link below if you want to fill in the information that is incorrect to get a more accurate answer) I am also a cheerleader and being the flyer isn t everything and it certainly isn t worth you health and possibly your life. You BMI is on the lower end of the spectrum on healthy weight and by even losing a little you will be in the underweight zone which is seriously dangerous! But when tryouts do come remember to smile, have fun, yell from your diafram, keep tight motions, and practice all the matieral presented to you. Make sure you streach and start practicing now to make sure you have clean motions, jumps, dancing, and of corse tumbling. Best of Luck!

Weight training works wonders. There s this booklet that I followed for the first two weeks. I did all weight training for 6 days without cardio (you can probably add that in to speed up weight loss). Keep in mind that the kind of weight training this booklet had was for people who have a hard time gaining muscle. I just used it as a guide for weight loss. I m sure you can find a book out there about losing weight with weight training methods. If you add in running/cardio that will help. I would suggest at least an hour of moderate to intense cardio for rapid weight loss. If you begin to lose weight then suddenly hit a plateau, add in some new exercise routines.
Exercise more and last but not least you need to have Strong Willpower ......

I ve recently lost 65lbs since April 9 doing the following:Do not eat over 2000 calories. Make your calories count. 2000 is a lot believe it or not. I kept my food intake as fat free as possible. And here is the kicker for true success...get a diet journal and write what you eat down. You ll be amazed of how easy it is. Staple foods with this plan is a lot of chicken breast. Vegetables in the frozen section have a lot to offer that are very low calorie. Snack items...sugar free jello gelatin, sugar free jello pudding. Fresh fruit. 100 calorie snack packs make it easy to keep track.I lost 21lbs my first month by doing the above and I did not exercise at all. Your weight loss does slow down after this initial period so incorporating some sort of physical activity is essential if you really want to kick it up a notch. Hang in there and don t give up. I would think eat very little. This is probably because when you eat nothing, you bloat and often when you begin eating again, you gain more weight. something like that.
dont go on a crash dietEat healthy and exercise. Millions of skinny, healthy people arent wrong.
For me, I would just excersize more.Not eating is very risky, and can most likely turn to anorexia.Not eating actually slows your metabolism,your calorie burner, which means you wont be loosing any weight.
eating nothing is never a good idea.your body needs nutrients to grow healthier.
If you ate very little, but they re both really stupid ideas:)
Don t try to lose weight fast. If you fast and don t eat for a period of time, you will just eat more the next time you eat and you will gain it back. Same if you eat very little. Use the food pyramid and watch your servings. Excerise and have fun doing it. It will keep you busy.
