Lose weight fast? -

hii m 13yrs old and a malei want to lose weight fast so that i can have a flat stomach.i currently weigh 148lbs, but i want to weigh about 125 - 130 lbs.i want to achieve this by Christmas 2007 (or sooner!!!)also i would like to work on my muscles what are the best ways to do this???

high protein and start out by toning the muscle you have with low weight and more reps of bicep curls, tricep curls and push ups, then when the cut is noticed increase the weights to higher weights less reps in one session; then the next session slightly lower weights and more reps and alternate that way; stay away from simple carbs and go for whole grains and complex carbs and the good fats and try getting your protein from limited fat sources, yogurt, cheeses, milk, peanuts, and lean meats rather than high fat content proteins. good luck!!

What s an unhealthy way to lose weight fast? No supplements.

there s this diet where you eat maple syrup cayenne pepper and lemon juice. and nothing else. not even water. they claim you feel weird because the toxins are being released from your body but really you re only consuming 300 calories. beyonce did it to get thin for dream girls and even she admits that it wasn t worth it.

Regardless of what people say, the Atkins Diet is very healthy and you can drop 10-20 pounds in the first 2 weeks. Now keep in mind, this is mostly water weight so the real fat lose occurs after the first 3-4 weeks. It s an awesome diet for dropping weight fast. Weight Lifting helps you lose fat, lots of it, although your weight may go up as muscle weighs more than fat.And swimming (especially underwater) burns lots of calories and build your lungs (which is very useful)Also, you can burn 200-600 calories every 15 minutes by jump-ropingAnd biking is good for you and easy on joints.

Ive been doing 8 minute abs on youtube. look up fitforthesummer also on youtube and click on the account named that. Start an extreme workout regimen.Start starving.Start starving and working out to the extreme.Go on some crazy all meat or all veggie diet.Where all of these do work they are only a quick fix and will most likely result in you gaining the Weight back and then some.Start slow but determined.Cut out sweets, cokes, and salt.Start working out for ad least 30 mins a day 5-6 days a week. I suggest the elliptical. It s amazing.And work your way up on both your diet and your exercise. If you start too extreme you wont stick to it and you will continue to battle the bulge. The key is to change your lifestyle.

OK so i want to lose weight fast so i only want to eat the minimum possible any tips? -

just limit yourself to 1500 calories a day and 30-35 grams of fat a day. For people not on diets thats 2000 calories and 50 grams of fat.

I don t get it. How long did it take you to gain the weight? How do you expect to loose it any faster? It just doesn t work that way. Any way that you come up with to loose weight fast will be unhealthy. The only fast way to loose weight is to loose muscle or water weight wich means the only thing left is fat. Your weight on the scale may go down but your body fat percentage will only go up. You need to accept the fact that it took a while to gain the weigh and it will take a while to loose it. Make lifestyle changes. Diets don t work because as soon as you come off your diet you go right back to what ever it was that made you gain the weight in the first place.

Well that sounds unhealthy. Fast weight loss only leads to fast weight gain and it can be hard for your skin to bounce back if you are a large person losing a lot of weight. Also, eating healthy is often more about better choices than volume alone. It would be helpful if you looked at why you want to lose weight and if you are over-weight to begin with why that s happened. Health is a lifestyle, not a yoyo.
