Does drinking 8 glasses of water every day really help you lose weight fast? -

it helps me because i m to full of water to eat much. but be prepared to pitch a tent in the bathroom because your gonna pee like crazy. that also helps because its getting all the toxins out of your body. and water doesn t have sugar or caffiene, so you can drink all you want with no regrets

yes it does. Drink a glass before you eat and it will make you full and you eat less. but eat more times a day so you won t make your body loose what it needs from food.

yes because you have to keep going to the bathroom like a pregnant woman,but it does burn calories.

well I wanted to hope it does, and maybe in the long run it will, but I vowed to only drink water and nothing else about 6 weeks ago, I do desk work all day and I drink at least 66 fl. oz or water a day, so I get in my 8 glasses of water, I haven t lost any weight what so ever and I ONLY drink water, no cokes no juices...so I don t know maybe its me but I always heard you would drop up to 10 pounds alone with just drinking water..it hasnt done that for me yet, so good luck.

I have just started using them about three days ago, and i haven t seen any result and i do work out. I do my best to keep my self busy to help burn calories and i believe it s water weight that im losing and that isn t much. SO good luck...

What are quick exercises, that dont involve machines, to help you lose weight fast? -

ALSO! They say taht if you don t eat meals you gain weight instead of losing it, but will you lose weight if you eat about 6 meals of negative foods ina day...celery pickles etc? Thanks so much.!

Exercises that use all your muscle groups and are aerobic in nature, swimming, running, jump roping. I would stick to portion control in trying to lose weight, anything else sets you up for failure since you will revert back to your old habits. Once you understand the correct portions (forget super-size anything), you will eat less for the rest of your life. Ok, a binge or two, is ok.

Bike,run,swim,walk... Losing weight properly takes time. Eat 5 healthy meals a day and lots of water and skim milk. A meal example would be a fruit, tuna and crackers and a piece of cheese and a juice.I know you mentioned exercises that don t involve equipment but a very effective way to lose weight is to do strength exercises with machines. They really build the muscle that burns the fat off.

Joging, and biking are great calorie burning excercises and are fun, also stair stepping is one of the fastest calorie burning things there are, but take a lot of energy, and are hard to do for long periods of time

i would do squats. They burn alot of caleries. And try not to eat any junkfood. Do squats every other day (alittle more each t time) and lower your portions of food.

Can t be done. Find the time or learn to accept your current weight.
