Weight loss program? -

how can i lose weight in time for spring break...give me a program please!!!

There is no program to get you thin in a month or less. Yoyo dieting only causes you to gain more weight after you stop dieting. You need to make a lifestyle change by combining excerise and calorie intake. Anyone that tells you there is a quick fix diet program is misleading you. If there were such a program we wouldn t have overweight people. I think you needed to think about this last spring. Best advice go to the tanning salon. Darker skin gives the appearance of being thin. Good luck.

Is this exercise routine alright? -

In a desperate attempt to lose weight quickly, I m going to exercise as much as I can every day, not worrying about anything else.I ve done this before but I got cocky prematurely and stopped after losing about 20 pounds in like 3 weeks. My record from that time was 11 miles in one day.Right now I m doing three half-hour walks at 3 MPH, increasing it by a tenth of a mile every day. Today I must do 4.6 miles. I m using a treadmill, of course, and also two 3-pound weighs, one on each hand.The question is this: is 3 MPH good? I sweat a lot with that, but I guess I could do a bit more if I slowed it down. Plus I would need less rest in between walks. So should I favor time/duration or intensity? Which is better for losing weight?Thanks.

3 mph is a very slow pace. if you going to walk that slow, you should at least increase incline to 10 percent or higher. I never run cause its bad for the bones. I lose fat by starting off with 3 mph at 10 percent incline then raise it to like 5 mph with 13 incline for 1 minute then go back to 3 mph at 10 incline for 2 minutes and repeat. You may also want to do some body weight excerises like pull ups and pushups for as many as you can do for every 15 minutes of the above rountine. this will burn alot of calories. I m 180 lbs and burn like 1500 calories per hour on this rountine but afterwards I am also burning calories because this is high intensity.But you lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks, dam!!!!! are you sure its not just water weight cause thats a lot. Along with the fat loss program you should do some muscle building excerises. each pound of muscle burns 18 calories a day at least.

Exercise is just as pivotal as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the sole diet which clearly delivered for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off 20 pounds, it clearly does work!

Would this be okay...? -

I really want to lose weight for an upcoming party my friend is throwing. If I were to not eat until the party (it s on Saturday - Sunday), and then go back to eating normally, would I starve or get sick or something? It s not even a week, so I can t imagine it being too bad. I just want to be able to look skinny in a bathing suit. I take three different vitamin supplements daily (women s One A Day, 1000mg of vitamin D, and 1000mg of vitamin C), so it s not like I m not getting any nutrients at all.Also, what are some easy exercises I can do at home to lose weight quickly?Please, no rude comments. I m really self-conscious and I just want to look good for the party.Thank you.

You don t want to take vitamins on an empty stomach, it causes you to throw up whatever you have in your system, even if it is just liquids.

Im about 30 pounds over weight. I really want to lose weight any suggestions. Or any weight loss programs, -

I try to get exercise every day -- my preferred method is to walk a couple of miles. Sometimes I walk to the store, sometimes it s to dinner and sometimes it s to a nearby park for a concert. However, some exercise is part of any successful weight-loss program.The other thing I did was to quit eating a full lunch and switched to some carrots and an apple. It s tough and it requires willpower, but it worked for me. I lost 15 pounds in three months and have kept it off for two years. I eat a normal breakfast and dinner, including whatever deserts would normally have. Just by cutting out a big lunch, I lost weight.

Take a multivitamin every day.Reduce your calorie intake to your target weight(pounds) times 10.9 but never cut off necessary nutrients like minimum daily fat, etc. as it leads to deficiency and increases appetite. Eat balanced in moderation and exercise 30 minutes a day atleast 5 out of 7 days, that will do the trick!

Eat baby food! Small portions and nutritious! Don t eat it for too long though... seriously... it works.

replace juices and sodas with water. it s a simple fix that really shows results. also, try not to eat more than 2 servings of foods that have 150 Cal per serving at one time. stay away from most junk foods(especially the ones that taste good) AND hot pockets. they can kill a diet.

Hello, the first thing you should do is boost your metabolism. You eat 5 SMALL meals a day and then drink only water, water helps dissolve fat cells. Good luck and your weight does not determine how beautiful you are.

Here is something I tried. I did not eat any bread, milk, potatoes, rice, cereal, etc. for 10 days and I lost 14 lbs. I ate as much of anything else that I wanted, and still lost weight. You can t eat things with wheat or starches, and NO DAIRY. Eat a pound of bacon for supper if you want...YOU WILL STILL LOSE as long as you stay away from the ones I have listed. Try it, what have you got to lose?!

I don t think dieting helps anywear near as much as excercise based on my personal experience, but to truly be successful you have to do both and do something you can stick with in the long run. Quick fixes don t work. Find a diet and an excercise program you can do FOREVER, not just for 3 months or 3 years, FOREVER. Then be patient and wait for the results. You have to push yourself. Good things don t come that easy.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off.
