What weight loss program or diet has worked best for yall? -

I need ya;ll help.

Running. Walking. Don t eat to much. Stop drinking soda and drink more water. Determination pays off.

Weight Watchers is the program I have been most successful on, but I think it comes down to good self-esteem, dealing with stress in ways besides eating, consuming a good amount of protein, and whole grain carbs, not allowing yourself to get too hungry, and drinking plenty of water. Exercise is another important piece, always remember anything is better than nothing when it comes to exercise. Find something you like, and have fun! Not getting enough fluids can actually slow down your metabolism; so that drinking water or non-caloric beverage part is really important.Good Luck, it s hard, but can be done.

I have lost 14 pounds in the past 3 months by walking 4 miles per day (about 1 hour and 30 minutes) and by avoiding junk foods. No donuts, chips, cookies, etc, but I eat well every day. If I can do it, anyone can.

south beach was my favorite only cause i loved that kind of food... it really comes down to the exercise though.

I joined weight watchers in august and have since lost 33 pounds and 7 inches, and I am still losing. I tried everything before weight watchers. I did slim-fast was my second, however, I always felt like I was starving.

Is there a weight loss program that really works? -

I started the Atkins diet about 3yrs ago and lost quiet abit of weight but now I ve gain it back and can t seem to loose anything! Please HELP!

Everything works as long as you stick to it. Diets are just a temporary fix.... if you really want to keep the weight off you have to change the way you eat and exercise for good!!!! I heard Lindora has a really good food plan (never tried it myself)... and for exercise....Curves is a great gym, and its WOMEN ONLY!!! so it s alot more comfortable to go to (I m a member and I ve lost 15lbs).... or if you want to work out at home you can try Turbo Jam. I just started it last week and I feel great...its alot of fun! Well I hope I ve helped some.... good luck!

weight watchers is great! you learn how to control your portions and still enjoy the foods you like....

Weight Watchers is an excellent program. They have 2 different approaches now. The point based diet and the lower carb diet. Sounds like the points program would be more beneficial. You really learn portion control and make better choices. The principles you will learn here will stay with you forever and you are more likely to succeed long term. But there are some really good weight loss programs available, if you like the diet you will probably do well.Don t forget to add some physical activity. It works wonders. Just walking every day will rev up your metabolism and kick up your weight loss.This site has some good info

How can i lose weight quickly? -

i am roughly 75kg and wanna lose 15-20kg as quickly as possible i have two three weeks to lose as much as i can as i have my birthday and wanna look my best .....any tips would halp but also remeber i have so much stuff to do so would be kinda hard to lose weight on top of that...(coursework,deadlines,etc.)

exercise and stop eating fattening foods. Try jogging 5 miles in a week times for a month and you will definitely start noticing a change. try to get 30 push ups a day and 50 crunches... Also make sure to eat healthy and drink lots of water. don t over exercise to lose the weight quicker because it will cause heart problems... and make sure to wait at least 30 minutes after you eat you don t want to over pump your heart because your heart is also in the process of helping your stomach digest your food. if you follow by these steps by the time your birthday comes youll look great....

Liposuction is the only fast way. You didn t gain all that weight in a month, it s not going to come off in a month. u dont mention your height...u could be 6ft 5, and weigh 75kg and look good.u may be refering to body definition, if thats the case, you need to lose the fat, by reducing the amount you eat.best way to tone up is cardio exercises. and using free weights (under supervision, if u never lifted before)

From what I heard you will go to the toilet a lot.....and not in a good way. Like you have to go right now. Diet and exercise my friend. The Weight Watcher program does work. You get to eat real food. It s about making right better choices and smaller portions.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. how can i lose weight in time for spring break...give me a program please!!!

There is no program to get you thin in a month or less. Yoyo dieting only causes you to gain more weight after you stop dieting. You need to make a lifestyle change by combining excerise and calorie intake. Anyone that tells you there is a quick fix diet program is misleading you. If there were such a program we wouldn t have overweight people. I think you needed to think about this last spring. Best advice go to the tanning salon. Darker skin gives the appearance of being thin. Good luck.

Is this exercise routine alright? -

In a desperate attempt to lose weight quickly, I m going to exercise as much as I can every day, not worrying about anything else.I ve done this before but I got cocky prematurely and stopped after losing about 20 pounds in like 3 weeks. My record from that time was 11 miles in one day.Right now I m doing three half-hour walks at 3 MPH, increasing it by a tenth of a mile every day. Today I must do 4.6 miles. I m using a treadmill, of course, and also two 3-pound weighs, one on each hand.The question is this: is 3 MPH good? I sweat a lot with that, but I guess I could do a bit more if I slowed it down. Plus I would need less rest in between walks. So should I favor time/duration or intensity? Which is better for losing weight?Thanks.

3 mph is a very slow pace. if you going to walk that slow, you should at least increase incline to 10 percent or higher. I never run cause its bad for the bones. I lose fat by starting off with 3 mph at 10 percent incline then raise it to like 5 mph with 13 incline for 1 minute then go back to 3 mph at 10 incline for 2 minutes and repeat. You may also want to do some body weight excerises like pull ups and pushups for as many as you can do for every 15 minutes of the above rountine. this will burn alot of calories. I m 180 lbs and burn like 1500 calories per hour on this rountine but afterwards I am also burning calories because this is high intensity.But you lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks, dam!!!!! are you sure its not just water weight cause thats a lot. Along with the fat loss program you should do some muscle building excerises. each pound of muscle burns 18 calories a day at least.

Exercise is just as pivotal as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the sole diet which clearly delivered for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today.
