How to Lose Weight Fast? Please Help :)? -

okay, I am a model and I have an interview in two weeks for a new agency. They want super skinny models so i figure it wont hurt to lose a few pounds. I am 5 8 and i weigh about 105 pounds. Everyone please dont leave comments about how im already underweight or too skinny or anything because this is how it works in the modeling world :) anyways, i want to get down to at least 95 pounds or close too it :) Does anyone have any tips, tricks, ideas, diets or anything else that will help me? something fast and easy. and not just something like eat healthy or excercise because i already do :D thanks so much! Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.

one of the healthiest and best ways to lose weight is being a vegan cause you eat all natural, non fatty foods :) but i think that if they want you to be 95 pounds to hell with them!! they should take you the way you are which is already perfect

well with your height, i would say that it is gona be hard to be 95 pounds, im guessing eat extremly healthy because working out will just give you muscle which weighs more than fat. If ur already a vegetarian then good luck losin 10 pounds....

hmm well your bmi is currently bottomline underweight... so I suggest maybe cutting off an arm?haha but seriously... maybe try running for a good 30-45 minutes everyday.

If I were you, Id stop eating a lot, eat a healthy breakfast (cereal) eat a healthy lunch and dinner (and not a big portion of it) Exercise 6 days a week or even 7!

Each day for the next week this is what I m eating! Will I lose weight fast doing this?Every day I m eating 815 calories28 grams of proteinand 33 grams of fiber

I m gonna make some rules for you:rule 1: stop counting caloriesrule 2: enjoy liferule 3: stop trying to starve yourself to death, to maintain a healthy weight you need atleast 1200 calories a day. be healthy but don t be silly about it.

Its actually healthier to eat fruits and veggies, then exercise:)If you don t eat enough you will become sickly and more prone to illness.eat healthy and exercise, its the best way, and you will feel great.

THAT IS NOT ENOUGH! You need atleast 1500 - 2000 calories a DAY! you will NOT eat enough!

I need some help on how to lose weight!? -

ok i am 15 years old and 5 9 and a female and i weigh 167 pounds and i really dont like how i look. I play soccer for my high school and i do exercise with them but im a goalie which i dont do much running during the game so that does nothing for me. I really want to lose atleast 37 pounds atleast by the end of 2008. maybe in 6 months but i really want to change myself so i can finally wear that bikini!! Can anyone tell me some specific diet plans or meal schedules(breakfast,snack,lunch,dinenr) or even workout schedules.

I use winsor pilates buns and thighs and 8 min abs been only using it for 4 weeks and see great results....it really tones up the body. I also started to eat healthy....cut out junk food and soda! I eat 5 small meals instead of 3 regular portioned meals. This keeps me fuller longer and helps prevent me from snacking on things that aren t good for me.

I keep seeing people say that it s unhealthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week. What exactly are the health concerns for someone losing more than that?

The best advice I can give you is to focus on losing fat, not losing weight. If you lose three to five pounds per week, and it s all fat, no muscle - more power to you! Of course the only way to know this is with body composition testing. I recommend the Accu measure for home self testing as first choice. I suggest using the Tanita bio-electric impedance analysis scale only as second choice behind calipers for home self testing. Eat healthily and exercise properly... walking is ok, but do some real exercise and get your heart rate up!You might find your weight will actually go up for a short period..but that s muscle and perfectly natural, your actual fat content will go down.Have plenty to eat for breakfast, and also have smaller and more frequent meals to keep your metabolism high.
