How can i lose weight fast before my sisters wedding? -

I would like to lose weight for my sisters wedding, which is early next year. But i want to lose it fast, cause i m getting fitted for my dress (im one of the bridesmaids) in a couple of months, and if i keep losing it gradually, i ll have to keep bringing the dress back for adjustments. I m not overweight, im 5 3 and i weigh 62 kilo s. Its just that the dress is going to be tight and i wanna lose weight around my hips and stomach.. anyone know how i can do this fast?

Walk walk walk and walk and drink lots of water. i just got a tredmill the first week i walked for an hour straight and drank nothing but water no milk no juice and i lost 8 pounds in a week wich is good for me.

The best thing for your metabolism, and ultimately weight loss, is to eat small meals throughout the day- 5-6 (breakfast- snack- lunch-snack-dinner-snack) Small meals, remember- when your body does not eat often, it puts itself into a so-called starvation mode where it conserves your calories and body fat instead of burning it for energy. Since you don t eat a lot, as you mentioned, try slowly introducing a bit more (healthy) food into your diet, throughout the day. Breakfast is very important- at least have breakfast every morning- some fruit or veggies, lean protein for snacks and meals.. Even if you are not hungry, have a small, healthy snack. My doctor and I set up a routine and it worked well for me. Try to figure out your Basal Metabolic rate (calculators are online) and figure out how many calories you are consuming. lots of people lose weight without exercising! I would cut back calories (eat at least 1000, no more than 1300 per day) to lose weight with no exercise. Walk around as much as you can on those crutches, sister! That s probably a better workout than regular walking! When you reach the weight you want to be at, increase your calories by 300 a day or so. If you re sitting watching lots of TV, munch on frozen fruit (pineapple, mango and peaches are my fav!) and get some air popped popcorn- no butter. These snacks last a long time and don t have many calories. Read some good books while you re sitting around to take your mind off of food. Raw veggies dipped in salsa is another great very low calorie snack. And again, get out and move on those crutches when you can.

I am not fat but not skinny im in the stage of going to over weight im only 14 and i hate it becuase all my friends go to the beach and can look good but i have flab and my weight is about 65-70 kilos which most of my friends are 55-65 and i know everyone is diff but if i dont fell like i like my body then i want to change i will and i hate going into a store and having to look at the 16 sometimes 14 but i want to be in 12-14 and i cant go to a gym and i cant be bothered going anywhere or hurting my body by not eating. Its hard for me and i want to fell gopd about myself because everyone should but what do i do?

it s the little things that matter you can eat healthier dairy products (mainly low fat yogurt with no fruit filling) can be very helpful towards diets eat a lot of fruits and veggies and drink water you can do small exercies at home for example start with 10 crunches a day and add one every day dont do sit ups because it s bad for the back and the tail bone you can also do some lowerbody excersises lay on the floor flat on your back and raise one leg off the ground about 6 inches and hold for a few seconds then do the other leg once you build more lower abb muscle then you can try both feet and you can do a few push ups each day keep in mind you dont need fancy equipment to lose weight it s will power but never push yourself too hard because you can hurt your body and become immobile always eat healthy and get plenty of exercise even if you dont lose weight your heart will be in good shape and you ll live longer than those people that are really skinny i wish you the best of luck

i lost weight really fast by eating just fruit and vegetables.You can just about eat as much fruit as you want and not put on weight.Fruit also has living enzymes and is full of nutrients so your skin and hair will also benefit.Remember to get enough protein though and iron. I get this through a little liver and some raw organic milk or whey.Pass on all the junk food and fad diets you see around. Fruit and vegetables are tops for losing weight and keeping it off. I weight lift so my only problem is gaining weight. hehe
