It sounds like your weight loss program isn t a very good one for targeted weight loss. If you are working on one specific area, try not dieting as much, but instead exercising that specific area.

What is a good all-around weight loss/ body toning routine? Details inside.? -

Ok, I m 17 and I weigh around 160lb and I m 5 6 . I have a big butt lol literally and fatty thighs and a big stomach. I want to lose weight or tone my body. I m planning to stick to a good routine and I kinda wanna see big improvements atleast before at the end of this year, but before my graduation in April. I m aiming for atleast keeping off my fat thighs, stomach, and butt and maybe lose around 20-25lb. I want a solid exercise program and diet and maybe a toneing program after the weight loss program. Running. It absolutely sucks while you re doing it, but you ll see fast results. Have you ever seen a chubby distant runner? Start slowly and build up, both your speed and distance. And don t give up. For a 5 6 guy, I would say you shouldn t go any lower than 135. You d probably look very healthy at 140-145, though.As far as your diet, try to consume around 2000 calories a day. Limit refined sugars (desserts, sugary cereals, white bread) and drink lots of water. You re supposed to drink at least a half gallon a day.

Well, I heard that if you exersise in the morning before you eat you lose more weight than any other time. This is how it works: When you exercise after you eat, you have carbohydrates in your body and instead of burning fat, you burn those carbs. But in the morning before you eat, you have no carbs so your body is FORCED to use that fat. After that you need to eat a healthy breakfast. When you eat breakfast it s like adding fuel to the fire.

I know you dont want to hear this, but I ll tell you anyways.You shouldn t be loosing weight at your age. You re still not done growing. Your body needs all the fat it can get to help you grow, and stay healthy.
