i want to lose weight...but nothing seems to work and i dont have time to go to the gym becasue of work and school and other. im 125 lbs..and i just wanna lose like 8 pounds. im a diabetic and i dont wanna GET overweight.

I do really need to know your age and how tall you are but I can tell you this. . .First of all please don t go on a fad diet. . . the weight will come off easily but then you ll gain the weight again soon. What you need to do is exersize daily-around half an hour to an hours worth and remember you only start burning fat after half an hour of exersize, any exersize less than half an hour is just burning glucose. A good routine is about 5 mins of streching, run for 30 mins, 100 crunches, 100 sit-ups, 30 push-ups and stretch again at the end for 5 mins.Then you need to start eating less-some people like three small meals a day or you can have 5-6 even smaller meals if you snack a lot. Count calories, keep a food journal, and walk whenever/wherever you can. I lost 10 pounds in a month by reducing my caloric intake to only 1,000 calories or less per day. I ate stuff like egg whites (good source of protein), english muffins, and those string cheese sticks. Also, I am addicted to soda, so I just drank either diet sodas or the C2 Cokes which are half the calories in a normal Coke. I also bought a huge trampoline for exercise because it makes exercise fun! The first week is the most difficult because you will feel starved, but after the first week your stomach will have shrank and you will feel fuller on less food.

How to lose weight on medication that causes weight gain? -

I have nerve damage and bad migraines, my doctor put me on medication that works to fix one and prevent the other, one of it s side effects is weight gain... We are trying to find different meds but for right now I m stuck on this one. But if you workout EVERTDAY, doing cardio for at least 45 minutes and strenth training, you should be able to lose 2-3 pounds a week. If you cut your meals to more moderate portions that should also help.

i have found the Weight Watchers point system to be very effect and easy to follow. You can buy a lot of stuff already prepared with the points right on the box. You should have no problem losing 15 pounds by October on this diet. Good luck.

Others I know have been on this diet and have been able to lose a lot of weight and keep it off. Hi there:1) In order to outline any sort of plan for you we d/I d need more info: your current weight, age, height, activity level. 2) Thanksgiving is November 26th. Today is October 5th. If ANY dietician, doctor, or trainer EVER encourages you to 25 pounds in less than 8 weeks, RUN (away from them, not on the treadmill for the 5 or so hours/day one of those quacks would probably recommend). This will send your body into starvation mode. It is possible to experience, rapid, TEMPORARY weight loss in the form of water (dehydration), muscle (weakness), and SOME fat, but at the expense of your health and well-being. When your body experiences extreme/prolonged calorie deficit, it thinks there s a famine and begins to hoard (store) every calorie you eat. Instead of LOSING fat, it will hang onto it for dear life! Then, the instant you start eating normally again, all of those extra calories will go straight into storage and you ll likely end up regaining the weight...and then some.Better to work on a 500-cal/day (MAX) deficit with combined diet and exercise. They are things that we can very well do for our selves but we don��t. That is why we often ask our kids to fetch us this or take away that. Training your pet is a wonderful thing indeed. It is quite remarkable how some people get their dogs to fetch them something. But the fact is that while you may be making sure that your dog is getting a lot of exercise, you are neglecting your bit of the story.

i don t think is possible to lose that much weight fast and keep it off. a healthy weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds a week therefore you would a have to cut out a minimum of 500 calories a day. that is a lot of calories to lose just 1 pound a week.

eat as least as possible, must avoid sugar, candy soda !!run on the treadmill or run outside.

The main thing is willpower. Also, surrounding yourself with all the right food!! So if your gonna pick and snack at stuff.. at LEAST it ll be healthy food.There s a whole method of doing so. By consuming about 1500-1800 calories a day..exercising for a good 30+ mins a day. Every 3500 calories you burn, you will lose 1lbs. So if you consume 1700 calories today, and your body burned 2700 calories (from everyday living as well as the exercise you didi) your deficit will be 1000 calories. Do this everyday and you will lose 2lbs a week. Of course, that s 8-10lbs a month. It can be done.. Ive done it. I lost 60lbs within 9 months :)Best thing is to learn all you can.. gain the will power and desire.. and you will be on your way to a healthy lifestyle.Please check out the website in the source. If you really want to lose weight you need to cut the carbs and saturated fats and run/walk or even go biking. Go to the mall, walk and shop. Ride your bike to the store, down the back roads. Or, if you want fast results go running. It will make you feel more energized as well!
