How to lose weight Really fast? -

How can i lose weight Fast? I have three weeks and im thinking of a liqued diet or something where i eat rarely, please dont Critisize me, i am not thinking of becoming Anorexic, but i need to lose it Quickly any Help? Thank you

To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those standing-up crunches. I don t know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. You can do as many as your body can tollerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It s incredible!If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yougurt, fruits, and other health foods. I would not recommend the Liquid Diet; its dangerous to your health. The liquid diet is anywhere from 500 to 1200 calories a day. It is just a fad diet and doesn t work at all. The only weight you will lose from it will only be water weight, and it will cause a deficiency of important nutrients in you body.However, I would recommend fatloss4idoits because it provides your body with a good eating plan. It is like nutri-system only it doesn t cost near as much. You will lose the weight naturally and keep it off.

Don t starve yourself, your body needs food and nutrients. A simple recipe of healthy eating and exercise will give you results.Start by cutting out saturated fats (butter, mayo), sugars and alcoholic beverages. Eat 5-6 healthy, small meals a day that are high in protein, low in fat. Never skip breakfast...if you like eggs, buy Egg-Beaters, a very healthy alternative to eggs. Don t eliminate all of your carbs either...your brain needs them, so if you enjoy pasta and bread, make sure it s whole grain, but in moderation.Drink tons of water!! Lol, Anorexia is not good for sure. You could try cleansing your body of the toxins that are built up inside which will also rid of a lot of fat and water weight. Cleansing is healthy and is not a diet. I ve been doing it and it s working for me. So far I ve lost 26 pounds in less than 3 weeks. The Atkins diet has been proven to help people lose weight, how quickly, I couldn t say but I know a couple of friends who have lost weight with it although it remains open to discussion as to how good it really is for you.

the human body can never lose weight fast...drastic measures kill water and muscle weight,which is stupid...change your lifestyle for once and for all...eat a small healthy meal every 4 hours,drink enough water and brisk walk one hour daily...no excuses please...

try sweating it out. when i try to cut weight for wrestling i run in several pairs of sweats and sweaters. and i go to the sauna fully dressed. its not that healthy though... but if you dont care than do that.

What is a good dieting and workout plan to lose weight fast? -

Well, I m not overweight, but I would like to lose a few pounds for a wedding that s coming up soon. What can I say? I m just an ordinary teen. Either way, I just want to lose a few pounds. I heard that some people replace both meals with yogurt or cereal. (I ve tried the cereal one, it gets tiring though.) Is it even healthy to eat that everyday for a long period of time? So what is a good diet I can stay on even when I m in school? In school they always serve pizza or other foods that seem very fattening. I ve stopped eating sweets and started walking a mile everyday. What is a quick, easy and fast way to lose pounds on a good diet?

Do not go on that yogurt diet whatever you said. You will lose the weight but you will alsoo end up putting back one a few extra punds when you stop.If you told me how much time you had for the wedding and how much you want to lose by that time i could have helped more.All im gona say is, eat when youre hungry and stop when satisfied. If you eat when your not hungry your body will find it hard to digest. It will be in shock cause it doesn t need any food and you took some in. But when your hungry it is prepared to digest it fast.Stop when you SATISFIED. It s all about changing the way you view food. Eat fruits and vegetables and try to balance out your diet and make sure you know that weight loss is about life style change, not a quick fix. So I am 12 years old, i m about to go into 7th grade. When school started, I was 119 pounds and I felt really fat. Its really difficult to lose weight FAST but what I do is usually this:20-30 min of cardio (jogging, dancing, ect)20-40 min of muscle strengthing.Do this 5 times a week. Really watch what you eat too. You dont have to count calories if you dont want to, just be very self conscious and write everything down.The work outs I do are by: Gunnar Peterson, Zumba, Hip Hop Abs and tredmill. you re only 12 so you shouldn t worry about it, but if i really bothers you then start going for jogs or runs after school or before breakfast. also at night you could do some squats and sit-ups cos before you go to bed and when you just wake up are the best times for exercising. whatever you do though don t start going on diets or anything stupid like that, you re still growing and if you don t eat properly you can do yourself serious damage. people who starve themselves are not clever so don t go down that route.

first off that doesn t seen very fat but if you are uncomfortable then you should just exercise for at least an hour a day. like a real workout that makes you sweat and makes your heartbeat speed up. then eat smaller portions and eat lots of raw fruits/vegetables. i know that apples and celery are negative calories so fill up on those. and most inportantly drink TONS or water. its so good for you and it fills you up.good luck

No i do not think that you sound fat at all. Here are some small easy tips if you really want to use them. Take walks and drink lots of water. Try not to sleep to much but be sure to get enough. Also, just eat healthy. Cut off on the junk food but dont go vegetarian. Thats my advice.

At your age you shouldn t be to worried about your weight,however you also don t want to get into bad habits now while your so young because they will be hard to get out of when you get older and you are out of school. Just stay as active as you can play the sports you like and mix it up a little you don t have to do the same thing every day, the important thing is to do something.
