Can someone give me some tips on how to lose weight fast!!!!! 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER? -

I wont to lose 10 kilos, in less than 6 months, what should i be eating, drinking, do you think i will be capable to lose that much weight? please someone help, remember 10 points best answer =)

Here are a few tips;WHEN to eat for losing weight... ? Eat (at least) three times a day. Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must eat (the right things, of course) ? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.? Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try. OK, one apple after 18:00 ? Don t starve Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health. Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet. ? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.WHAT to drink for losing weight... ? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day ! Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water! This improves your bowel, reduces the hunger sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks! Don t believe the slogan water makes me fat . Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys. ? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized! Don t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions. I thought this was not possible for me to achieve. Now... I don t even LIKE them anymore! Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health... ? Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.exercise for losing weight... ? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good. But remember, you re not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot - you ll get very hungry... and you ll be tempted to eat more. Don t exagerate! Walking is fine (but not very slow...) for your body, and your spirit. Half an hour, or one hour /day - it s up to you. Get fit while you sit new workout program that s the laziest way to get in shape - works almost any place, anytime, anywhere even while watching TV!? Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don t regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.? Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.Good luck!

Cutting calories to reduce weight often means cutting important nutrition. Positrim Healthy Living Weight Management Program combines nutritious eating with daily exercise and helps maintain a healthy lifestyle and manage your weight effectively. It is a scientific, comprehensive and easy to follow program. This program provides a simple plan for weight management, which comprises of losing weight sensibly and safely and thereafter maintaining the ideal weight.Positrim Meal replacement, low fat drink mix Healthy eating Regular Exercise.Remember, before initiating the program set a realistic goal for yourself. Say 5-8 kgs in 2 months time.it is possible..

Definitely - I have lost 28 pounds in two months so you can def lose 10 kgs which is about 22 pounds.First of all, you need to change your diet:breakfast - cereal and skimmed milk or a slice of toast and a bananalunch - salad with a little lean chicken, a piece of fruit and a yogurtdinner - veggie stir fry with a handful of brown rice or lean chicken/fish with veggies.EXERCISE - at least 30 mins of cardio three days a week. I usually do th following - 10 minutes on the treadmill alternating between 2 mins of inclined walking and 2 mins of sprinting/jogging, 10 minutes on the cross trainer, 5 minutes on the rowing machine and 20 minutes on the bicycle.I hope this helps and good luck

it is definitely possible to lose that much in 6 months! like everyone says, diet and exercise are crucial. Try to work out as much as possible, you might gain muscle weight at first, but over time it will ultimately help you lose weight. Eating healthy is important to. I wouldnt go on a strict diet, because that can be intimidating. Try to just have a healthier lifestyle, make good decisions. Instead of meatballs, have chicken meatballs. instead of chips, have fruit or veggies. If you want the most simple way to lose weight over time, i would say to avoid the following:-no fast food at all-no pop-no juice (only water and crystal light)-no chipsit is actually suprisingly easy to cut things like that out after you get started. Also, dont eat after 8 pm!! that really helps you lose weight. good luck!

Reducing weight in fast is danger. It should be in day today basis. Go fast walking or jogging in the morning after taking water as much as possible for one hour. If possible do yoga exercise daily for one hour. Eat more veg. If possible in raw. Avoid carbohydrate fat foods. Reduce sugar salt in ur food. Avoid butter, ghee, oil, cashewnut, pizza, burger, soft drinks.

it is possible, but should only be done under a doctor s supervision. You ll have to drink a lot of water and start an exercise routine. Then eat high protien, low fat foods with absolutely no refined or liquid sugar.I lost 12kg in a month but it was pregnancy weight and needed to come off.

ok drink 4-5 bottles of water every day run at LEAST 1 mile everydayeat healthy foods (no cheating)exercise in a different way than running everyday for more than 45 min.and believe in yourself!all that will let you lose 8lbs in 3 weeks

If you want to lose lots of weight then here is a great site that will help you out...http://www.truthaboutabs.comEnjoy!AviB

How 2 lose weight fast. i drink nothing but water and crystal light. i do dance in the morning wih my dumballs? -

Iam 27 yers old and my highth is 5.5. I try everry thing frome not eating. And drinking nothing but water. Wen I do eat norrmal I get sick. So shoned I eat nothing but vaergabers and frute. I need help how 2 lose weight fast. Any thing will do

1) If you lose weight fast the odds are you are going to put it back on fast.2) If as you claim you are eating and drinking nothing of any nutritional value then you cannot be performing any kind of decent workout because you won t have the energy/mental agility to do it (seriously relying on your body to burn fat for all your energy needs will make you clinically depressed!).3) See your doctor and get a proper diet/exercise plan!

hahaha...dumballs

If I do cardio everyday instead of 3 times a week, will I lose weight faster? -

Or does it not matter?

Hi, Isabella! There are three possible answers to your question. Yes--if you are doing sufficient cardio and don t injure yourself. No--if the average daily cardio you do would decrease. Or, it makes no difference--if the average daily cardio would be the same. Walking two miles in thirty minutes every day is equivalent to walking four miles in sixty minutes every other day. You do not mention whether you are doing mild or intense cardio. Since intense cardio must be brief, it is more for increasing cardiovascular fitness than losing body fat. The best mild cardio is brisk walking. It is sustainable until your dotage. Brisk walking is walking at 4 mph. If you average two miles daily at that pace, you probably will not gain more fat. To lose body fat, you should be averaging 45 to 90 minutes of brisk walking daily, i.e., 3 to 6 miles. You don t have to do it all during one walk. Instead of going for one 4 mile walk, it s fine to go for two 2 mile walks. The best time to walk is before your first meal of the day. If you are doing mild cardio like that for 45 to 60 minutes a day, you are getting sufficient cardio. What should do you to lose fat more quickly? Two things. First, do strength training. While the cardio will increase the amount of calories you burn during and immediately after your walks, proper strength training will build muscle, which is your METABOLIC FURNACE that will burn additional calories 24 HOURS A DAY. You should do a full-body routine. Concentrate only on the basic exercises, namely, full squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, dips, and chins. Use perfect exercise technique on every rep of every set. Once you are able to train intensely, you will experience DOMS (delayed onset muscular soreness). In order to ensure systemic recover, wait 24 to 48 hours before doing another strength training workout. In practice, this means you ll be doing strength training just once every 4 or 5 days. An afternoon session of pumping iron for about 45 minutes every fourth or fifth day isn t too much for a reshaped body, is it?Second, ensure that you are eating properly. This means eating a meal with sufficient proteins from natural sources every three waking hours (5 or 6 small feedings). Each feeding should contain at least 15 grams of protein for a female and at least 20 grams of protein for a male. In addition, avoid all processed (refined) carbohydrates. Allow yourself up to about 75 grams of carbs daily, but get them only from natural sources such as (preferably organic) vegetables and low carbohydrate fruits such as berries. Also, drink plenty of water--at least 3 quarts daily. Eating this way will, by itself, boost your metabolic rate. If you are addicted to carbohydrates, you may be pleasantly shocked at how fast you lose body fat when you add eating properly to doing sufficient mild cardio. If you adopt such an approach to eating and exercising, you will not only lose fat, you will keep it off. At the bottom of this reply, I ve added some links to free Internet resources for lists of foods that boost metabolism, and foods that slow down metabolism, a cardio walking for weight loss plan, and free strength training programs for beginners or more advanced. I hope this helps you, Isabella.Train in good health! All my best wishes.

You should because you will be working at boosting your metabolism and strengthening your heart and lung functions so they perform more efficiently. You will also have more energy. Just be careful not to overdo it because then the benefits go away. You should notice if you are. You ll be more prone to injury as well. I know because I ve been there. I enjoy working out. I would suggest doing cardio at least 5 days a week but you can do it everyday but vary your workout. Have some lighter cardio days.3 days a week: add in some toning exercises because that will shape your body and you will look thinner. Start doing pilates because that will help lengthen you, also making you look thinner. You can start slow and gradually increase, keeping it interesting and you will see results quicker too.

Yes you will lose weight faster, but at the same time, if you are doing intense cardio everday, then you are increasing risk of injury, because your muscle s won t have enough time to repair. But if you cardio is normal jogging, rowing etc, then yes, everyday will make you ose weight faster.

not really... you will loose weight if u do cardio with breaks in between because it takes energy for your body to loose weight and if your draining your energy everyday then your body does nt have enough energy to loose weight.. same with eating you need to eat healthy soo your body has the energy to loose your weight..

You might lose slightly more, but you are likely to injure yourself. remember when you build muscle you are damaging the muscle then it heals itself and gets bigger. I would stick to 3x a week and be less likely to have to stop due to injury.

Probably, but I would break it up somehow to keep it interesting. Different types of cardio every other day, or something. Or maybe start playing tennis, that s a great workout that you can do on opposite days.

you ll lose weight faster because you expend 7x energy as opposed to 3x, however, lifting weights is different because you have to take overtraining into account, but for cardio it s fine

Yes you will lose weight faster and your muscles will get stronger too! The more frequently you workout the better. The only thing you have to be careful of is injuries. Don t go too hard too fast you might hurt yourself.

No you will not lose weight faster, you may gain weight slower though because you will gain muscle tone faster than normally planned.

Likely, but you will get used to it so constant changing in your workout is crucial so your body does not get used to the work out.

yes, because your body will burn more fat as it will need more energy. However you still need to be eating healthily.good luck

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3 C 6 months and it sounds as though that youre in a rush to lose the weight for possibly an event with no downtime to spare. I am and have been on weight watchers for 2 years and lost 25 lbs. It was a slow and steady race, however, I havent gained the weight back cause my diet has been stabilized and so was the weight loss from 0.5 C 1 lb/week.Remember the weight gain didnt happen overnight, it happened slowly over time, the same is with proper healthy weight loss, you cant have/perform miracles over night. These are some things that I do.1. Drink lots of water as it kept me full longer.2. Used an appetite suppressant like hoodie to make sure I dont go over my daily calorie intake.3. Did cardio and toning 3 C 4 times a week.4. Made meal and recipe modifications as I cooked.5. When I dined out, I made sure that I wasnt shy about asking the kitchen to make modifications like dressing/sauce on the side, half portion ordered the kids meal etc.6. Brushing teeth after every meal, the mint acts like an appetite suppressant and without the taste in your mouth, you can easily forget about the food.7. Never drank diet cola, the aspartame actually made me crave food more for some reason.8. At work I take a break before lunch and either take the stairs in the building or just general toning without weights. We have a gym at work so I do about 15 minutes of weights which not only gets my blood flowing but releases tension from a**hole customers.9. Bought snacks in bulk (to save money) and properly measured what a cup or portion was and made individual baggies. There are some snacks on the market that are 100 calorie snacks, however, I find those to be too expensive than just buying in bulk and separating the portions yourself. Also by physically separating them yourself, you get an idea of what a portion is supposed to be and you learn to properly eye ball correct portions.Drink water- Green tea is also a good idea as it speeds up yourmetabolism- every day drink one tall glass of water about 5 minutes before you eat.2. Eat regularly- 5 times a day in small amounts proper meals- don t miss meals its important for your body to know its got alot of food to digest and lose- If you dont eat regularly the fat will build up cause your body thinks oh the host isn t give me enough food to burn off, i ll just slow down abit 3. Eat lots of fibre4. Consume more good fats6. Carbohydrates can help you lose weight- good carbohydrates but not too many-These include whole grains, vegetables; fruits and beans.7. Excercise regularly, everday-eg. being active for at least 1 hourWell everyone will give you a set limit of pushups or crunchies but jsut do as many as you can, you should try running early in the morning as its much mor peaceful. Try a salad everymeal but don t use thick dressings use a light vinnagrette or even a spritzer...Water sometimes get boring so try a low sugar juice or powerade (pour out 1/5 of the gatorade or powerade and fill it back up with water) or a aquafina+...i sometimes drink Fuze for a treat...Try buying some of those new snacks that are low calories, if you want a treat buy some low fat ice cream throw a little bit in a blender with bananas a strawberry and protein powder....Also try swimming it works greeatThis was given to me by the Sacred Heart Memorial HospitalBASIC FAT BURNING DIETThis diet is used for overweight heart patients to lose weight rapidly, before surgery. As with any diet, check with your doctor first. This is a 7-day diet and if followed you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 lbs and possibly between 17 and 20 lbs. Having an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference. This diet is fast, fat burning, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in.It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does NOT lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because of the removal of fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.Because everyone s digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day 3, you will have more energy than when you began IF you did not cheat. After being on the diet several days, you will find your bowel movements have changed--eat a cup of bran or fiber. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don t need the caffeine after the 3rd day.Definite NO s--No bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks (including diet drinks). Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice, and skim milk. The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat no fried foods or breads. You can eat broiled chicken or baked chicken instead of steak (ABSOLUTELY no skin on the chicken).Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. This 7 day eating plan can be used as often as you like, as a matter of fact, if correctly followed it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. At the end of the 7th day, if you have not cheated, you will have lost 10-17 lbs. If you have lost more than 15 lbs, stay off the diet 2 days before resuming again on day 1.Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference, both mentally and physically. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef only on one of the beef days. You need high protein in the beef the other days.BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP6 large green onions2 green peppers1-2 cans of tomatoes1 bunch of celery1 large head of cabbage1 pkg lipton soup mixCut veggies in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil veggies fast for 10 min. Cut to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories; the more you eat the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day. If eaten alone for indefinite periods, you would suffer malnutrition.DAY ONE--All fruits except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruits. For drinks--unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, or water.DAY TWO--All veggies. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh raw or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat along with the soup. At dinner time on this day reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruits.DAY THREE--Eat all the soup, fruits, and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have not cheated, you will find you have lost 5-7 lbs.DAY FOUR--Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as 3 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium and the carbohydrates, proteins, and calcium to lessen your cravings of sweets.DAY FIVE--Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water this day to wash away the uric acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once this day.DAY SIX--Beef and veggies. Eat to your hearts content of the beef and veggies on this day. You can have 2 or 3 steaks if you like with the green leafy veggies, but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once this day.DAY SEVEN--Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, and veggies. Again stuff yourself. Be sure to have the soup at least once this day.

I heard that by only drinking gatorade and not eating will help you lose weight fast, Is this true? -

If you re interested in using fasting as a means to lose weight, it s important that you go to a practitioner to help you through the process, such as a colon hydro-therapist or a Naturopathic doctor. I strongly discourage you from using Gatorade as your liquid of choice for a fast. Also, please understand that fasting solely for the purpose of losing weight is not likely to bring you very good results. When you fast or starve yourself by simply not eating enough food your body shifts the amount of calories it burns for everyday activities to as closely match the incoming calories as possible so that it can preserve what little its given until the starvation period has ended. When you cleanse, which usually does not include complete fasting, you help clear your body of trapped wastes and toxins that burden your body s ability to function, including its ability to lose weight and to absorb nutrients. Very, very simply put, the reason cleansing helps you lose weight is by helping your body to realize it s not starving (because it can believe you are even though you re eating a lot of food when you re toxic and not able to fully absorb the nutrients from your food) because it can actually take in and use the nutrients you re taking in, making it more effective and efficient at everything it does, including releasing stored fat.

If you don t eat your body will think that it s going through a famine , wich means no food supply and water, so it naturally will store MORE FAT and burn the muscle away. yes, the pounds will be lighter, but you will be fatter. Muscle weighs more than fat, remember that. So, is it the weight that matters or the physical fitness?Think about that before you go and starve yourself.

You are an idiot. God are you stupid !!!!

Whomever told you that needs their head examined. You need to eat properly to loose weight. Gatorade replaces LOST fluids. If you eat smaller portions of vegies and meats and drink lots of WATER you will loose weight. By not eating, yes you will loose weight but you will also loose nutrients and it can make you very very sick.

I really wonder how much money one could make by setting up an 8 week basic training course. Without the weapons of course, and marketing it as a weight loss program. Believe me at that level of physical activity they can feed you 1800 cal. a day and the weight just melts off. Might be a real money maker.

no, it won t. You will retain calories and water. Gatorade does contain a lot of calories and an astronomical amount of sodium. It will make you very sick. Drink water and eat less - that is how you will lose weight.

The thing with gatorade is that it is mostly sugar. It is not as healthy for you as you think. It helps rehydrate your body if you are doing strenuous exercise, and are sweating alot. But just as a drink, gatorade is actually not so healthy. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.http://www.caloriesperhour.com/Check out my before and after pic at my yahoo 360 pagehttp://profiles.yahoo.com/gorillamykeStay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk. Good LUCK!

sure, it will but gatorade has alot of sodium in it which causes every cell in your body to imabalance, especially your heart, which can be very dangerous. it is better to stick to the right ways to lose weight, which is cutting back on calories and doing more physical activity. increasing metabloism is a great way to lose weight but takes longer but lasts. don t eat after 6pm and drink a glass of water upon arising this will jump start your metabolism for the day and give mroe energy as well. Eat a big breakfast and don t sit around after. this tells your body to use food for fuel, not for strage which is what eating after six does, tells your body to store it. 80% of fat poeple don t eat breakfast at all or little for breakfast. 80% of skinny people eat a big breakfast.

don t eat - lose weight ( what a surprise lol )

Yes and eventualy it will also kill you

I did that once for a week. I felt really crappy by the third day. I did loose 5 lbs but gained it back really quick. Also, I consumed absolutly nothing but Fruit Punch gatorade for 7 days and it turned my pee red which freaked me out. It has too much sodium to be terribly effective. Pedalyte would work better but it tastes like crap.

You would lose weight, but that would be a very un-healthy way to do so. The best way is a proper diet, along with exercise. Before any weight loss program is started, medical advice should first be given.

How does a 13 year old lose weight fast,about 40-50 pounds??? -

I m in the seventh grade and hate being fat! i want to lose 40-50 pounds by the beginning of the 8th grade so i can be in shape for graduation. is there any good ideas to help me melt it off fast??? ideas please!

I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.4. Don t weigh yourself more than once a week5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you ll lose inches before pounds6. Avoid any type of low carb sweetener for the first two weeks7. Don t compare your loss to someone else s - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)8. Stalls are common around the third week so don t panic9. If you follow your plan to the T and don t lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you re doing low carb and when you started12. Don t blame the diet if you don t read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don t read the labels -- Don t blame the diet if you don t follow the dietMore infomation the link: --http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content task=view id=119 Itemid=62

That s not huge..a girl your age who is going to slim up during puberty with the right diet and exercise doesn t need crash diets. You need to accept you are not going to look like a catwalk model by graduation but get involved in school sports and wear something elegant that complements your figure and carry yourself well. Stop eating junk food - it ll do you the world of good. You can t pig out AND be thin.

At 13 you shouldn t be too concerned about body weight. Are you one of these females that watches a good amount of TV and see these celebrities losing weight fast and it being healthy . Talk with your parents. If they see you want to lose weight and still be healthy then I don t see them having a problem. You may not want to believe this but casual exercise, such as running or jogging, and healthy eating ie salads, cut down on sugars/salts/calories/carbs etc But also everybody loses weight differently. I know some women that try all sorts of exercise and dieting pills and they try to eat healthy but they still complain because they haven t lost weight.

i think 40-50 pounds is a bit much but you need to eat breakfast (but healthy food like a banana and strawberries) and eat a small lunch ( like a p-b and J sandwich with an 8 oz. glass of water and some fruit) and eat a small dinner (high protein with vegetables) you should try to run 3-4 times a week for about 30-60 minutes and do some push-ups and sit ups. You should break a heavy sweat. When your done with that eat a banana and a big spoon of peanut butter.

start whith your eatting,,,cut out the junk food, and move,,,,take every free moment and dance, walk, run, ect.,,hook up with others who want the same thing,

So many people will say this but...Exercise!I was a little over weight at one time and I switched schools. There I had PE and we ran ALOT and we went in the weight room 2 days a week and had lots of work out days. I also have very small lunches. If you go out and play for about an hour or ride a bike for around half an hour everyday and eat smaller meals you will notice a difference in about 2 weeks. Don t stress out about it, everyone is different, some people aren t made to be tall and slim and perfect, but you can achieve it. Just be happy with who you are because there are always people out there that are jealous ;)

Whats the safest way to lose weight fast? -

well it s almost summer and i m gonna be taking a trip back home...since i left there i gained 20 lbs... and i have to lose it or most of it before mid july... i need your help!!!!

20 Pounds is going to be tough, but I d say you can lose 15 if you follow this plan:Exercise:1 hour cardio every day - even if it s just walking. I would recommend doing some jogging for at least 10 minutes as part of the 1 hour cardio to get your heart rate up.Diet:There are calculators all over the internet for calorie-intake based on your current weight, but at a minimum, you need to cut down your food intake overall and distribute that across 5 meals every three hours, rather than the common 3 meals. That s not always the easiest lifestyle change, but it supercharges your metabolism and is how you lose weight.I would simply recommend cutting out 95% of snacks/desserts out of your diet until you ve reached your goal.Good Luck - It s hard to stick to that for a month and a half, but it will work if you do.

Well just cut back on your foods. Since you seem to be not paying much attention to it. Cut out all those oily, fatty, fast, and trans fatty foods. Pick whole grains/whole wheat instead of subsiding to a white pastry or bread. Eat lots of negative foods like various vegetables (mainly green), and fruits such as pomegranetes, pears (fiber), or apples (good nutrients). Also, you need to exercise at a good amount everyday as well as maintain your muscle mass. I encourage you to take 30 minute short walks every day, or within the same day after a meal (preferably 1 hour after to fully digest). Eat healthy, exercise healthy= you get healthy.

What diet can I use to lose weight fast but thats not harmful? -

I m overweight and would love to lose about 20 to 30 pounds. I love to eat. I have successful tried not to eat fast food a lot. But I m really not into the whole health food stuff. I also do some exercise but not a lot like I should be. My friend is crazy about that and I know that is not for me. What can I do to lost weight but its not harmful and easy.

There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. I came across this website that say you can actually lose more by eating more. In fact it claims that you can LOSE 9lbs Every 11 days!It s a very bold claim but that website has been around for quite sometime and even come with a 60-day money back guarantee. The fact is:If you begin eating 2,500 calories per day then your metabolism will adjust itself so that your body begins burning 2,500 calories per day. If you try to starve yourself by suddenly eating 1,000 calories per day then your metabolism will again ADJUST ITSELF so that your body begins to burn only 1,000 calories per day. Well, i can only suggest that you visit the site and read it for yourself and perhaps learn a thing or two at http://tummyfatnomore.com/index2.htmlgood luck and happy eating!

A metabolic boost would help. I love to eat (I manage a large Steakhouse). One of my customers turned me on to a chewable supplement. Lots of B12, antioxidants, and a sea vegetable blend which enhances digestion. All boost your metabolism which allows more calories to be burned. It actually contains the acai berry, mentioned above. Check it out read for yourself.http://www.chews4health.com/28423

Hi!Reading about the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet makes you wonder if they might not be on to something. The way the diet works is different than other fad diets that involve cutting out certain types of food like low carbohydrates, low fat or low calorie. Instead it uses calorie shifting foods that you would normally eat, increases the number of times you eat, and changes when you eat certain things for fast fat loss. What is Calorie Shifting? The way calorie shifting works involves tricking the fat hormones that are sent out by the brain. Every time you eat something, your brain sends out fat storing and fat burning hormones, depending on what the item is.The idea is to send more fat burning than fat storing hormones, so that the body does not hold onto the fat for later use. If you keep confusing the metabolism, you will see fast fat loss, as much as 9 pounds in 11 days, that is the first weightloss principle of Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet. How Does The Metabolism Control Weightloss? This scientific weight control fact about the metabolism and how it works stems from our ancestry as cavemen, when there were famine periods between hunts. The body would store and hold onto fat for survival. The metabolism has not evolved from this self-defense tactic and doesn t realize we can just run to the grocery store and get whatever we want.On restrictive diets, weightloss can plateau when the metabolism thinks it is experiencing a famine period, and it will only burn what is taken in. Even on some of the popular low carbohydrate diets, it is advised to eat pizza for two days when your weight plateaus to get the metabolism going. Why Do Some Weightloss Diets Leave You With No Energy? The only problem with many of these restrictive weightloss diets is the metabolism goes back to only burning what you take in and many people complain about being tired and worn down, when it is mainly the metabolism storing up the energy for later.By eating healthy, nutritious foods that are fat burning, the metabolism burns as much energy as you need. Many people on restrictive weightloss diets will regain the weight when they go back to eating normal foods. What Is The Best Diet For Weightloss? The best weight control diet allows you to eat the foods that you would normally eat, have in your refrigerator and cabinets. By timing when you eat certain foods, how many times a day you eat them, and balancing the types of food, your metabolism will burn what you take in and then some, because it knows you will be feeding it again shortly, instead of starving.Prepackaged fat loss products and frozen dinners are not something you can live on the rest of your live. You need to understand the basics of natural weight control, and Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet uses the fundamental principles of controlling the metabolism with calorie shifting normal foods you eat every day.Check my source, it might help. It s a diet that works. Good luck!
